Iako mnogi imaju naviku piti vodu prije spavanja ili čak držati čašu uz krevet za slučaj da tijekom noći ožedne, stručnjaci kažu da to nije dobra ideja te da previše tekućine može negativno utjecati na kvalitetu sna budući da izaziva potrebu za češćim mokrenjem, prenosi Večernji list.

- Piti vodu neposredno prije spavanja ima smisla samo ako su vam usta suha ili je pak jako vruće pa se želite rashladiti – rekla je psihologinja i bihevioralna liječnica za spavanje, doktorica Shelby Harris​.

Objasnila je koliko je tekućine dovoljno i kada treba piti.

- Svakako je bolje dobro se hidrirati tijekom dana nego previše piti navečer kako biste izbjegli noćne odlaske u WC koji mnogima remete san – poručila je Harris. 

Studija iz 2019. godine pokazala je tako da su jednako loše i kratko spavali oni koji su bili na granici dehidracije kao i oni koji su pili puno navečer prije spavanja, a urologinja Vannita Simma-Chiang čak smatra da je najbolje ništa ne piti nakon 19 sati - naravno, uz pretpostavku da se dovoljno pije tijekom cijelog dana, navodi Večernji list.

Ona je objasnila kako organizam noću izlučuje manje urina i povećava se sposobnost mjehura da ga zadrži kako bismo mogli neometano odspavati šest do osam sati.

Osim manjeg unosa vode u organizam, liječnici savjetuju izbjegavanje alkohola i kave. 

Simma-Chiang tvrdi da bi zadnji gutljaj vode u danu trebao bi biti tri do četiri sata prije spavanja, osim ako trebate popiti neki lijek, ali ističe da zato tijekom dana treba piti dovoljno vode.

- Ako ste loše spavali, dan započnite s velikom čašom vode s limunom – napomenula je Harris za 'Mind Body Green', prenosi Večernji list.

Iako mnogi imaju naviku piti vodu prije spavanja ili čak držati čašu uz krevet za slučaj da tijekom noći ožedne, stručnjaci kažu da to nije dobra ideja te da previše tekućine može negativno utjecati na kvalitetu sna budući da izaziva potrebu za češćim mokrenjem, prenosi Večernji list.

- Piti vodu neposredno prije spavanja ima smisla samo ako su vam usta suha ili je pak jako vruće pa se želite rashladiti – rekla je psihologinja i bihevioralna liječnica za spavanje, doktorica Shelby Harris​.

Objasnila je koliko je tekućine dovoljno i kada treba piti.

- Svakako je bolje dobro se hidrirati tijekom dana nego previše piti navečer kako biste izbjegli noćne odlaske u WC koji mnogima remete san – poručila je Harris. 

Studija iz 2019. godine pokazala je tako da su jednako loše i kratko spavali oni koji su bili na granici dehidracije kao i oni koji su pili puno navečer prije spavanja, a urologinja Vannita Simma-Chiang čak smatra da je najbolje ništa ne piti nakon 19 sati - naravno, uz pretpostavku da se dovoljno pije tijekom cijelog dana, navodi Večernji list.

Ona je objasnila kako organizam noću izlučuje manje urina i povećava se sposobnost mjehura da ga zadrži kako bismo mogli neometano odspavati šest do osam sati.

Osim manjeg unosa vode u organizam, liječnici savjetuju izbjegavanje alkohola i kave. 

Simma-Chiang tvrdi da bi zadnji gutljaj vode u danu trebao bi biti tri do četiri sata prije spavanja, osim ako trebate popiti neki lijek, ali ističe da zato tijekom dana treba piti dovoljno vode.

- Ako ste loše spavali, dan započnite s velikom čašom vode s limunom – napomenula je Harris za 'Mind Body Green', prenosi Večernji list.

Iako mnogi imaju naviku piti vodu prije spavanja ili čak držati čašu uz krevet za slučaj da tijekom noći ožedne, stručnjaci kažu da to nije dobra ideja te da previše tekućine može negativno utjecati na kvalitetu sna budući da izaziva potrebu za češćim mokrenjem, prenosi Večernji list.

- Piti vodu neposredno prije spavanja ima smisla samo ako su vam usta suha ili je pak jako vruće pa se želite rashladiti – rekla je psihologinja i bihevioralna liječnica za spavanje, doktorica Shelby Harris​.

Objasnila je koliko je tekućine dovoljno i kada treba piti.

- Svakako je bolje dobro se hidrirati tijekom dana nego previše piti navečer kako biste izbjegli noćne odlaske u WC koji mnogima remete san – poručila je Harris.
