Slučajno smo ulovili ovog čudnog raka pa nas zanima o kojoj je vrsti riječ. Ulovljen je u Bračkom kanalu na oko 39 m dubine, a širina oklopa mu je bila oko 2 cm.

Kad se radi o ovakvim morskim životinjama definitivno bi ih trebalo imati u posjedu jer ih je na osnovu samo slike teško identificirati precizno do same vrste.

Naime, ako bolje pogledate tijelo, posebice nožice, vidjeti ćete da to nije sve njegovo tijelo nego da na njemu postoje izrasline drugih morskih životinja.

U ovom slučaju prvenstveno to mislim na neke spužve koje su vidljive po nogama i maskiraju osnovne karakteristike ovog raka.

Ipak, brojeći noge, jasno je da se radi o dekapodnom raku, tj. redu rakova s deset nogu, a ako se već moram izjasniti rekao bih da se radi o jednoj vrsti morskog pauka i to najvjerojatnije o vrsti latinskog naziva Inachus dorsettensis.

Iz reda Inachus morskih pauka ima oko 10 vrsta koji su inače prisutni u cijelom istočnom Atlantiku i to od Norveške na sjeveru pa sve do atlantskih obala Južne Afrike. Također su prisutni u Mediteranu kao i u Jadranu i to od sjevera pa do juga.

Ova vrsta nema neku preferenciju okoliša pa se nalazi na različitim dnima od kamenitih do muljevitih. Drži se od plitkog područja od 6 m pa sve do stotinjak metara dubine.

Iako izgleda kao veći, posebice kad se rašire sve nožice, ova vrsta raka zapravo spada u manje jer se rakovima mjeri veličina oklopa koja kod ovog morskog pauka dosegne do tek 3 cm veličine.

Zanimljivo je kako je ovaj morski pauk izgleda poslastica za neke poznate stanovnike mora, prvenstveno škrpuna kao i mrkog muzgavca jer je u istraživanjima često nađen u njihovim želucima.

Slučajno smo ulovili ovog čudnog raka pa nas zanima o kojoj je vrsti riječ. Ulovljen je u Bračkom kanalu na oko 39 m dubine, a širina oklopa mu je bila oko 2 cm.

Kad se radi o ovakvim morskim životinjama definitivno bi ih trebalo imati u posjedu jer ih je na osnovu samo slike teško identificirati precizno do same vrste.

Naime, ako bolje pogledate tijelo, posebice nožice, vidjeti ćete da to nije sve njegovo tijelo nego da na njemu postoje izrasline drugih morskih životinja.

U ovom slučaju prvenstveno to mislim na neke spužve koje su vidljive po nogama i maskiraju osnovne karakteristike ovog raka.

Ipak, brojeći noge, jasno je da se radi o dekapodnom raku, tj. redu rakova s deset nogu, a ako se već moram izjasniti rekao bih da se radi o jednoj vrsti morskog pauka i to najvjerojatnije o vrsti latinskog naziva Inachus dorsettensis.

Iz reda Inachus morskih pauka ima oko 10 vrsta koji su inače prisutni u cijelom istočnom Atlantiku i to od Norveške na sjeveru pa sve do atlantskih obala Južne Afrike. Također su prisutni u Mediteranu kao i u Jadranu i to od sjevera pa do juga.

Ova vrsta nema neku preferenciju okoliša pa se nalazi na različitim dnima od kamenitih do muljevitih. Drži se od plitkog područja od 6 m pa sve do stotinjak metara dubine.

Iako izgleda kao veći, posebice kad se rašire sve nožice, ova vrsta raka zapravo spada u manje jer se rakovima mjeri veličina oklopa koja kod ovog morskog pauka dosegne do tek 3 cm veličine.

Zanimljivo je kako je ovaj morski pauk izgleda poslastica za neke poznate stanovnike mora, prvenstveno škrpuna kao i mrkog muzgavca jer je u istraživanjima često nađen u njihovim želucima.

Rak neobičnog izgleda

Slučajno smo ulovili ovog čudnog raka pa nas zanima o kojoj je vrsti riječ. Ulovljen je u Bračkom kanalu na oko 39 m dubine, a širina oklopa mu je bila oko 2 cm.

Kad se radi o ovakvim morskim životinjama definitivno bi ih trebalo imati u posjedu jer ih je na osnovu samo slike teško identificirati precizno do same vrste.

Naime, ako bolje pogledate tijelo, posebice nožice, vidjeti ćete da to nije sve njegovo tijelo nego da na njemu postoje izrasline drugih morskih životinja.

U ovom slučaju prvenstveno to mislim na neke spužve koje su vidljive po nogama i maskiraju osnovne karakteristike ovog raka.

Ipak, brojeći noge, jasno je da se radi o dekapodnom raku, tj. redu rakova s deset nogu, a ako se već moram izjasniti rekao bih da se radi o jednoj vrsti morskog pauka...
