Propustom osoblja na COVID odjelu bolnice u Kruševcu u Srbiji u dva je respiratora dospjelo sredstvo za dezinfekciju, javlja srpski Telegraf. 

Srećom, medicinsko je osoblje na vrijeme primijetilo problem s destiliranom vodom i reagiralo, pa su pacijenti spojeni na respiratore prošli bez posljedica po zdravlje.

Direktor Univerzitetskog kliničkog centra u Nišu Zoran Perišić ističe da nijednom pacijentu nije bilo ugroženo zdravlje upravo zato što je problem primijećen na vrijeme.

- Otopina za ovlaživanje kisika je destilirana voda koja se priprema u našem odsjeku za hemodijalizu u bolnici u Kruševcu. Priprema se u posebnim posudama koje se svaki put dezinficiraju. U subotu sam obaviješten da se prethodne noći dogodilo da sredstvo za dezinfekciju nije bilo potpuno uklonjeno, a da je u posudu ulivena destilirana voda za respiratore. Naglašavam da se ta tekućina ne ulijeva u centralni sistem, nego u rezervoare za svaki respirator za pojedinačne pacijente. Dezinfekcijska tekućina je imala istu konzistenciju i boju kao i destilirana voda, ali je prilikom ulijevanja otopine u respirator drugog pacijenta, primijećeno da mu je miris drugačiji. Odmah je sve zaustavljeno tako da pacijenti tu otopinu nisu inhalirali i nikakve štete po njih nije bilo. Da su udahnuli dezinfekcijsko sredstvo, sigurno bi imali snažnu iritaciju, ali je pravovremenom reakcijom to spriječeno, a cijela pripremljena serija je povučena", objašnjava Perišić.

Nakon ovog incidenta pooštrena je procedura pripreme otopine za ovlaživanje kisika, što uključuje imenovanje osobe nadležne za kontrolu čistoće posude koja se za tu svrhu upotrebljava, piše Telegraf.

Propustom osoblja na COVID odjelu bolnice u Kruševcu u Srbiji u dva je respiratora dospjelo sredstvo za dezinfekciju, javlja srpski Telegraf. 

Srećom, medicinsko je osoblje na vrijeme primijetilo problem s destiliranom vodom i reagiralo, pa su pacijenti spojeni na respiratore prošli bez posljedica po zdravlje.

Direktor Univerzitetskog kliničkog centra u Nišu Zoran Perišić ističe da nijednom pacijentu nije bilo ugroženo zdravlje upravo zato što je problem primijećen na vrijeme.

- Otopina za ovlaživanje kisika je destilirana voda koja se priprema u našem odsjeku za hemodijalizu u bolnici u Kruševcu. Priprema se u posebnim posudama koje se svaki put dezinficiraju. U subotu sam obaviješten da se prethodne noći dogodilo da sredstvo za dezinfekciju nije bilo potpuno uklonjeno, a da je u posudu ulivena destilirana voda za respiratore. Naglašavam da se ta tekućina ne ulijeva u centralni sistem, nego u rezervoare za svaki respirator za pojedinačne pacijente. Dezinfekcijska tekućina je imala istu konzistenciju i boju kao i destilirana voda, ali je prilikom ulijevanja otopine u respirator drugog pacijenta, primijećeno da mu je miris drugačiji. Odmah je sve zaustavljeno tako da pacijenti tu otopinu nisu inhalirali i nikakve štete po njih nije bilo. Da su udahnuli dezinfekcijsko sredstvo, sigurno bi imali snažnu iritaciju, ali je pravovremenom reakcijom to spriječeno, a cijela pripremljena serija je povučena", objašnjava Perišić.

Nakon ovog incidenta pooštrena je procedura pripreme otopine za ovlaživanje kisika, što uključuje imenovanje osobe nadležne za kontrolu čistoće posude koja se za tu svrhu upotrebljava, piše Telegraf.

Propustom osoblja na COVID odjelu bolnice u Kruševcu u Srbiji u dva je respiratora dospjelo sredstvo za dezinfekciju, javlja srpski Telegraf. 

Srećom, medicinsko je osoblje na vrijeme primijetilo problem s destiliranom vodom i reagiralo, pa su pacijenti spojeni na respiratore prošli bez posljedica po zdravlje.

Direktor Univerzitetskog kliničkog centra u Nišu Zoran Perišić ističe da nijednom pacijentu nije bilo ugroženo zdravlje upravo zato što je problem primijećen na vrijeme.

- Otopina za ovlaživanje kisika je destilirana voda koja se priprema u našem odsjeku za hemodijalizu u bolnici u Kruševcu. Priprema se u posebnim posudama koje se svaki put dezinficiraju. U subotu sam obaviješten da se prethodne noći dogodilo da sredstvo za dezinfekciju nije bilo potpuno uklonjeno, a ...
