Kršenja ljudskih prava Hrvatsku su stajala četiri milijuna eura, piše u četvrtak Večernji list, navodeći da je Europski sud za ljudska prava od 17.916 zahtjeva iz Hrvatske utvrdio povredu u njih 2,3 posto.

Po tom omjeru jedino je Njemačka izrazito bolja (0,6 posto), dok smo mi u rangu Francuske (2,2 posto) i Islanda (2,1 posto). Grčka ima omjer od 9,6 posto uspješnosti zahtjeva, navodi dnevnik.

Među 47 zemalja Vijeća Europe Hrvatska je po broju presuda u korist građana na 12. mjestu. Europski sud za ljudska prava omiljeno je pravno utočište za najupornije pravdoljupce među onima koji drže da im je hrvatska pravna država uskratila neko od prava zajamčenih Europskom konvencijom za zaštitu ljudskih prava i temeljnih sloboda čiji smo potpisnik od studenoga 1997. godine.

U protekle tri godine ESLJP je u 115 slučajeva, što je pet posto od 2233 riješenih predmeta, donio presudu, dok su ostali zahtjevi naših građana proglašeni nedopuštenim odnosno odbačeni. Od kada smo stranka Europske konvencije, ESLJP je donio 506 presuda protiv Hrvatske i u 406 utvrdio barem jednu povredu konvencijskih prava (u 66 slučajeva povreda nije utvrđena, u 27 slučajeva došlo je do prijateljskog rješenja, i sedam je ostalih odluka).

Naizgled ne čini se puno, s tim da je prosjek unazad tri godine dosegao gotovo 40 presuda, u odnosu na oko 1,3 milijuna predmeta riješenih godišnje. Ali, riječ je o najtežim kršenjima konvencijskih prava i to od strane naših pravosudnih tijela u predmetima koji su prošli “rešeto” najmanje dva ili tri stupnja na redovnim sudovima, a potom i kontrolu Ustavnog suda, što je uvjet za obraćanje ESLJP-u.

Najviše je utvrđeno povreda prava na pošteno suđenje (142), zbog dugih suđenja (105), zaštite imovine (55), prava na poštivanje privatnog i obiteljskog života (54), na učinkovit pravni lijek (37), slobode i sigurnosti (33), nehumani i ponižavajući tretman (20), piše novinar Večernjeg lista Marinko Jurasić.

Kršenja ljudskih prava Hrvatsku su stajala četiri milijuna eura, piše u četvrtak Večernji list, navodeći da je Europski sud za ljudska prava od 17.916 zahtjeva iz Hrvatske utvrdio povredu u njih 2,3 posto.

Po tom omjeru jedino je Njemačka izrazito bolja (0,6 posto), dok smo mi u rangu Francuske (2,2 posto) i Islanda (2,1 posto). Grčka ima omjer od 9,6 posto uspješnosti zahtjeva, navodi dnevnik.

Među 47 zemalja Vijeća Europe Hrvatska je po broju presuda u korist građana na 12. mjestu. Europski sud za ljudska prava omiljeno je pravno utočište za najupornije pravdoljupce među onima koji drže da im je hrvatska pravna država uskratila neko od prava zajamčenih Europskom konvencijom za zaštitu ljudskih prava i temeljnih sloboda čiji smo potpisnik od studenoga 1997. godine.

U protekle tri godine ESLJP je u 115 slučajeva, što je pet posto od 2233 riješenih predmeta, donio presudu, dok su ostali zahtjevi naših građana proglašeni nedopuštenim odnosno odbačeni. Od kada smo stranka Europske konvencije, ESLJP je donio 506 presuda protiv Hrvatske i u 406 utvrdio barem jednu povredu konvencijskih prava (u 66 slučajeva povreda nije utvrđena, u 27 slučajeva došlo je do prijateljskog rješenja, i sedam je ostalih odluka).

Naizgled ne čini se puno, s tim da je prosjek unazad tri godine dosegao gotovo 40 presuda, u odnosu na oko 1,3 milijuna predmeta riješenih godišnje. Ali, riječ je o najtežim kršenjima konvencijskih prava i to od strane naših pravosudnih tijela u predmetima koji su prošli “rešeto” najmanje dva ili tri stupnja na redovnim sudovima, a potom i kontrolu Ustavnog suda, što je uvjet za obraćanje ESLJP-u.

Najviše je utvrđeno povreda prava na pošteno suđenje (142), zbog dugih suđenja (105), zaštite imovine (55), prava na poštivanje privatnog i obiteljskog života (54), na učinkovit pravni lijek (37), slobode i sigurnosti (33), nehumani i ponižavajući tretman (20), piše novinar Večernjeg lista Marinko Jurasić.

Kršenja ljudskih prava Hrvatsku su stajala četiri milijuna eura, piše u četvrtak Večernji list, navodeći da je Europski sud za ljudska prava od 17.916 zahtjeva iz Hrvatske utvrdio povredu u njih 2,3 posto.

Po tom omjeru jedino je Njemačka izrazito bolja (0,6 posto), dok smo mi u rangu Francuske (2,2 posto) i Islanda (2,1 posto). Grčka ima omjer od 9,6 posto uspješnosti zahtjeva, navodi dnevnik.

Među 47 zemalja Vijeća Europe Hrvatska je po broju presuda u korist građana na 12. mjestu. Europski sud za ljudska prava omiljeno je pravno utočište za najupornije pravdoljupce među onima koji drže da im je hrvatska pravna država uskratila neko od prava zajamčenih Europskom konvencijom za zaštitu ljudskih prava i temeljnih sloboda čiji smo potpisnik od studenoga 1997. godine.

U protekle tri godine ESLJP je u 115 slučajeva, što je pet posto od 2233 riješenih predmeta, donio presudu, dok su ostali zahtjevi naših građana proglašeni nedopuštenim odnosno odbačeni. Od kada smo stranka Europske konvencije, ESLJP je donio 506 presuda protiv Hrvatske i u 406 utvrdio barem jednu povredu konvencijskih prava (u 66 slučajeva povreda nije utvrđena, u 27 slučajeva došlo je do prijateljskog rješenja, i sedam je ostalih odluka).

Naizgled ne čini se puno, s tim da je prosjek unazad tri godine dosegao gotovo 40 presuda, u odnosu na oko 1,3 milijuna predmeta riješenih godišnje. Ali, riječ je o najtežim kršenjima konvencijskih prava i to od strane naših pravosudnih tijela u predmetima koji su prošli “rešeto” najmanje dva ili tri stupnja na redovnim sudovima, a potom i kontrolu Ustavnog suda, što je uvjet za obraćanje ESLJP-u.

Najviše je utvrđeno povreda prava na pošteno suđenje (142), zbog dugih suđenja (105), zaštite imovine (55), prava na poštivanje privatnog i obiteljskog života (54), na učinkovit pravni lijek (37), slobode i sigurnosti (33), nehumani i ponižavajući tretman (20), piše novinar Večernjeg lista Marinko Jurasić.
