Bivši ministar gospodarstva, poduzetnik Goranko Fižulić je gostujući u Novom danu N1 televizije istaknuo da smo zakasnili s uvođenjem strožih mjera te da je za očekivati da će broj hospitaliziranih, odnosno umrlih rasti iduća dva tjedna.
- Isti oni koji kažu da je došlo do stagnacije porasta broja zaraženih, tvrde da je i broj zaraženih višestruko veći od onog koji je identificiran. To je kontradikcija - rekao je Fižulić i dodao:
- Ako se ne zna točan broj zaraženih, onda se ne može znati ni koji je trend, pada li brojka ili stagnira ili raste. Svaki treći testiran je pozitivan posljednjih desetak dana. To je velika masa pozitivnih, ali tu je i ogroman broj nedetektiranih. Jedini način je, kao što je rekao Đikić, da se bitno poveća broj dnevnih testiranja.
Komentirao je i činjenicu da se rezultati brzih antigenskih testova još uvijek ne pribrajaju ukupnom broju zaraženih u Hrvatskoj:
- Jučer je dr. Šikić kod vas rekla da je u Zagrebu evidentirano 560 i nešto pozitivnih antigenskih testova, ali da oni nisu pribojani ovoj brojci od 3.600 slučajeva koliko je službeno objavljeno. Hrvatska je među tri ili četiri države koja najmanje testira na sto tisuća stanovnika u Europi, to je velik problem. Kad imate nekontrolirano širenje u populaciji, izgubite kontrolu nad širenjem, što nam se dogodilo. Zašto Hrvatska nije povećala kapacitete kad je to bila strategija drugih država, ja to ne znam. Prema tome se može dogoditi da netko završi u bolnici, a nije pribrojan ukupnom broju pozitivnih u Hrvatskoj.
Ističe da je anesteziolog dr. Andrej Šribarza za N1 demantirao samog ministra jer je definirao krevet intenzivne kao onaj koji ima i respirator.
- Još proljetos je Beroš rekao da Hrvatska ima 800 respiratora, a u rujnu da imamo 1.400 kreveta na odjelima intenzivne njege. Time je doveden u pitanje taj broj. Osnovni problem našeg pristupa je što nismo uspostavili odgovarajući sustav između bolnica i ministarstva i što danas ni ministar ne zna reći koliko imamo kreveta, respiratora, koliko je toga stvarno popunjeno, ali uvjeren sam da bolnice nikad nisu ni prijavljjivale ništa osim pacijenata.
Ne znamo danas koliko su slobodni naši kapaciteti na intenzivnim njegama, koliko je kreveta s visokoprotočnim kisikom, kao ni gdje je tih 800 respiratora i zašto ih sad varaždinski župan kupuje, a ukupan broj ljudi na respiratorima je 115. Nešto ne štima. Savjetujem svima da usporede koronavirus.hr sa stranicom bilo koje države u Europi gdje se jednim pogledom na stranicu svi mogu uvjeriti točno kakvo je stanje u bolničkom sustavu, kakvi su kapaciteti... - kaže Fižulić.
Govoreći o mjerama, spomenuo je kako su zemlje, koje su prošle loše u drugom valu poput Češke i Belgije, mjerama zatvranja drastično smanjile incidenciju i osigurale da u narednim tjednima dođe do neke vrste otvaranja kako bi građani mogli za vrijeme blagdana potrošiti, biti s obiteljima itd.
- Mi se, nažalost, nismo doveli u tu poziciju, predugo smo oklijevali, a mjesecima se zna da, koliko kontakata imaš, to si više u rizičnoj skupini. Jedini način borbe protiv pandemije prije cjepiva je smanjenje kontakata. Stvari u vrlo jednostavne. Kontakti i druženja, u restoranima, kafićima, na misi, zboru, na poslu, sve su to situacije u kojima se možete zaraziti.
Oni koji će se danas zaraziti, naš bolnički sustav će za njih saznati za 15 dana. Ovaj broj umrlih i onih na bolničkom liječenju će i dalje rasti. Javnost nije osvijestila tu činjenicu i tu se više ništa ne može napraviti. Kašnjenje s mjerama vidi se kroz povećanu stopu smrtnosti. Uspješnost Vlade u borbi s koronavirusom mjerit će se samo tom činjenicom - rekao je.
- Ako se ovaj trend nastavi još dva tjedna, vjerojatno ćemo doći do 3.000 ljudi na bolničkom liječenju. Zato se otvara Arena. A kad dođemo do toga, Vlada neće imati kamo ako će brojevi rasti, morat će uvesti novi val strožih mjera. Ovdje epidemiolozi više ništa ne mogu, ovo je stvar kliničkih liječnika i medicinskog osoblja - upozorava Fižulić za N1.

Bivši ministar gospodarstva, poduzetnik Goranko Fižulić je gostujući u Novom danu N1 televizije istaknuo da smo zakasnili s uvođenjem strožih mjera te da je za očekivati da će broj hospitaliziranih, odnosno umrlih rasti iduća dva tjedna.
- Isti oni koji kažu da je došlo do stagnacije porasta broja zaraženih, tvrde da je i broj zaraženih višestruko veći od onog koji je identificiran. To je kontradikcija - rekao je Fižulić i dodao:
- Ako se ne zna točan broj zaraženih, onda se ne može znati ni koji je trend, pada li brojka ili stagnira ili raste. Svaki treći testiran je pozitivan posljednjih desetak dana. To je velika masa pozitivnih, ali tu je i ogroman broj nedetektiranih. Jedini način je, kao što je rekao Đikić, da se bitno poveća broj dnevnih testiranja.
Komentirao je i činjenicu da se rezultati brzih antigenskih testova još uvijek ne pribrajaju ukupnom broju zaraženih u Hrvatskoj:
- Jučer je dr. Šikić kod vas rekla da je u Zagrebu evidentirano 560 i nešto pozitivnih antigenskih testova, ali da oni nisu pribojani ovoj brojci od 3.600 slučajeva koliko je službeno objavljeno. Hrvatska je među tri ili četiri države koja najmanje testira na sto tisuća stanovnika u Europi, to je velik problem. Kad imate nekontrolirano širenje u populaciji, izgubite kontrolu nad širenjem, što nam se dogodilo. Zašto Hrvatska nije povećala kapacitete kad je to bila strategija drugih država, ja to ne znam. Prema tome se može dogoditi da netko završi u bolnici, a nije pribrojan ukupnom broju pozitivnih u Hrvatskoj.
Ističe da je anesteziolog dr. Andrej Šribarza za N1 demantirao samog ministra jer je definirao krevet intenzivne kao onaj koji ima i respirator.
- Još proljetos je Beroš rekao da Hrvatska ima 800 respiratora, a u rujnu da imamo 1.400 kreveta na odjelima intenzivne njege. Time je doveden u pitanje taj broj. Osnovni problem našeg pristupa je što nismo uspostavili odgovarajući sustav između bolnica i ministarstva i što danas ni ministar ne zna reći koliko imamo kreveta, respiratora, koliko je toga stvarno popunjeno, ali uvjeren sam da bolnice nikad nisu ni prijavljjivale ništa osim pacijenata.
Ne znamo danas koliko su slobodni naši kapaciteti na intenzivnim njegama, koliko je kreveta s visokoprotočnim kisikom, kao ni gdje je tih 800 respiratora i zašto ih sad varaždinski župan kupuje, a ukupan broj ljudi na respiratorima je 115. Nešto ne štima. Savjetujem svima da usporede koronavirus.hr sa stranicom bilo koje države u Europi gdje se jednim pogledom na stranicu svi mogu uvjeriti točno kakvo je stanje u bolničkom sustavu, kakvi su kapaciteti... - kaže Fižulić.
Govoreći o mjerama, spomenuo je kako su zemlje, koje su prošle loše u drugom valu poput Češke i Belgije, mjerama zatvranja drastično smanjile incidenciju i osigurale da u narednim tjednima dođe do neke vrste otvaranja kako bi građani mogli za vrijeme blagdana potrošiti, biti s obiteljima itd.
- Mi se, nažalost, nismo doveli u tu poziciju, predugo smo oklijevali, a mjesecima se zna da, koliko kontakata imaš, to si više u rizičnoj skupini. Jedini način borbe protiv pandemije prije cjepiva je smanjenje kontakata. Stvari u vrlo jednostavne. Kontakti i druženja, u restoranima, kafićima, na misi, zboru, na poslu, sve su to situacije u kojima se možete zaraziti.
Oni koji će se danas zaraziti, naš bolnički sustav će za njih saznati za 15 dana. Ovaj broj umrlih i onih na bolničkom liječenju će i dalje rasti. Javnost nije osvijestila tu činjenicu i tu se više ništa ne može napraviti. Kašnjenje s mjerama vidi se kroz povećanu stopu smrtnosti. Uspješnost Vlade u borbi s koronavirusom mjerit će se samo tom činjenicom - rekao je.
- Ako se ovaj trend nastavi još dva tjedna, vjerojatno ćemo doći do 3.000 ljudi na bolničkom liječenju. Zato se otvara Arena. A kad dođemo do toga, Vlada neće imati kamo ako će brojevi rasti, morat će uvesti novi val strožih mjera. Ovdje epidemiolozi više ništa ne mogu, ovo je stvar kliničkih liječnika i medicinskog osoblja - upozorava Fižulić za N1.
