Izgleda da spor oko parkirališta na Gripama neće tako lako završiti. Ponovo je ograđena sporna površina u Osječkoj ulici. Tijekom popodneva su osvanuli betonski blokovi koji su postavljeni na crvenoj liniji koju iscrtao sam dogradonačelnik Bojan Ivošević, a ne na mjestu gdje su prije nešto manje od mjesec dana ispilani metalni stupići pod obrazloženjem da se radi o nerazvrstanoj cesti.

Naime, nakon što su uklonjeni stupići, s parkirališta pokraj Koteksa i dvorane Gripe, automobili su mogli nesmetano ulaziti i izlaziti bez da uopće moraju proći kroz rampu pokraj naplatne kućice koncesionara tog parkirališta Tončija Omrčena. Sada zbog betonskih blokova moraju ulaziti i izlaziti isključivo pored naplatne kućice.

Današnji nastavak prepucavanja oko parkirališta dešava pola mjeseca nakon što je Upravno vijeće Javne ustanove športski objekti Split (JUŠOS) temeljem dopisa dogradonačelnika Bojana Ivoševića, 15. rujna jednostrano raskinulo ugovor o zakupu parkinga s privatnom tvrtkom "My Way" Tonćija Omrčena.

Rečeno nam je da se zatvorio nelegalan prolaz koji nema prometnu suglasnog niti signalizaciju, a slučaju saobraćajne nesreće postavlja se pitanje tko bi snosio odgovornost. Kako doznajemo, vlasnik tvrtke "My Way" poziva se na zakonski institut samopomoći koji vrijedi u roku od 30 dana od dana kada je narušen posjed.

Izgleda da spor oko parkirališta na Gripama neće tako lako završiti. Ponovo je ograđena sporna površina u Osječkoj ulici. Tijekom popodneva su osvanuli betonski blokovi koji su postavljeni na crvenoj liniji koju iscrtao sam dogradonačelnik Bojan Ivošević, a ne na mjestu gdje su prije nešto manje od mjesec dana ispilani metalni stupići pod obrazloženjem da se radi o nerazvrstanoj cesti.

Naime, nakon što su uklonjeni stupići, s parkirališta pokraj Koteksa i dvorane Gripe, automobili su mogli nesmetano ulaziti i izlaziti bez da uopće moraju proći kroz rampu pokraj naplatne kućice koncesionara tog parkirališta Tončija Omrčena. Sada zbog betonskih blokova moraju ulaziti i izlaziti isključivo pored naplatne kućice.

Današnji nastavak prepucavanja oko parkirališta dešava pola mjeseca nakon što je Upravno vijeće Javne ustanove športski objekti Split (JUŠOS) temeljem dopisa dogradonačelnika Bojana Ivoševića, 15. rujna jednostrano raskinulo ugovor o zakupu parkinga s privatnom tvrtkom "My Way" Tonćija Omrčena.

Rečeno nam je da se zatvorio nelegalan prolaz koji nema prometnu suglasnog niti signalizaciju, a slučaju saobraćajne nesreće postavlja se pitanje tko bi snosio odgovornost. Kako doznajemo, vlasnik tvrtke "My Way" poziva se na zakonski institut samopomoći koji vrijedi u roku od 30 dana od dana kada je narušen posjed.
