Zvuči gotovo nevjerojatno, ali je istinito. U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji (SDŽ) samo od 1. rujna prošle godine, od kada su ponovno počele rasti brojke pozitivnih na COVID, do 6. siječnja ove godine, koronavirusom je zaraženo 10 posto županijskog stanovništva, odnosno njih 45.480 bilo je pozitivno na PCR testiranju koje je obavljeno na Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije (NZJZ SDŽ).

U istom razdoblju od četiri mjeseca i šest dana na NZJZ-u SDŽ testirane su ukupno 138.884 osobe pa ispada da je od ukupnog broja testiranih, u protekla četiri mjeseca i šest dana, njih čak 32,7 posto bilo pozitivno, što je ogroman postotak.

Međutim, valja istaknuti da je ovaj četveromjesečni postotak oboljelih “šala” za postotak koji se u SDŽ pojavljuje u protekla četiri dana, varirajući od 59 do 67 posto pozitivnih. Toliki broj pozitivnih, odnosno tijek pandemije, nije moguće kontrolirati jer je poznato da se pandemija može kontrolirati do postotka od najviše 10 posto pozitivnih u nekoj populaciji.

Istovremeno u SDŽ je do sada dvjema dozama cijepljeno oko 53 posto odraslog stanovništva pa se s obzirom na velik broj novooboljelih postavlja pitanje ima li se uopće tko više zaraziti u SDŽ.

- Da bismo bili koliko-toliko mirni, trebali bismo imati procijepljenost u SDŽ od 80 posto pa bismo mogli tolerirati onu brojku zaraženih i preboljelih koji se nisu cijepili. Tada bismo, sa zaraženima i preboljelima, stekli kolektivni imunitet. Veliki su nam problem oni koji se reinficiraju, odnosno koji su COVID preboljeli unutar godinu dana i koji se nakon preboljenja COVID-a nisu cijepili. Oni sada ponovno obolijevaju i na taj način produžuju ovu agoniju - kaže nam dr. sc. Željka Karin, ravnateljica NZJZ-a SDŽ.

Da neće sve stati u trenu i da treba očekivati i daljni porast oboljelih, opominje dr. Karin.

- Ove brojke koje imamo danas, odnosno proteklih dana, to su brojke od Božića, odnosno od masovnih druženja, okupljanja i proslava blagdana. Mi tek očekujemo porast oboljelih od Nove godine, ona će tek “doći na naplatu” jer treba proći otprilike dva tjedna od početka vala da bi brojke “podivljale”. Tako da sljedeća dva tjedna očekujemo dodatni rast novooboljelih - iznosi dr. Karin.

Novi kapaciteti Istovremeno dok brojke, odnosno postoci zaraženih rastu, dotle se u KBC-u Split doslovno vodi rat protiv pandemije. Otvaraju se novi kapaciteti, kako bi svi oni kojima je to potrebno bili smješteni na liječenje. Tako je jučer na liječenju u bolnici bilo 208 pacijenata, od čega je njih 47 bilo priključeno na respirator.

Ova brojka od 208 hospitaliziranih je za samo jednog pacijenta manja od rekordne brojke 209 hospitaliziranih koja se dogodila u drugom valu COVID-a, prije više od godinu dana.

- Strašno je, brojke su ponovno eskalirale. Molim sve naše sugrađane koji imaju simptome COVID-a, koji su testirani i koji su pozitivni, da ne izlaze vani. Neka ostanu doma i izbjegavaju kontakte i na taj način pomognu svima nama da se što prije riješimo ove pandemije. Brojka hospitaliziranih je nevjerojatno velika, a svi moraju biti svjesni toga da je tih 208 pacijenata u teškom zdravstvenom stanju, odnosno da je većina njih životno ugrožena. Pa ne prima bolnica na hospitalizaciju ljude da bi tamo samo ležali i odmarali. To su teško oboljele osobe! Zbog toga pati kompletan zdravstveni sustav - rekla je dr. Željka Karin.

Djelatnici Klinike za infektologiju KBC-a Split ne mogu “dignuti glavu”, a da je zaista tako, možda najbolje govori podatak da nam se u srijedu prof. dr. sc. Ivo Ivić, predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju, kojeg smo oko 14 sati nazvali da ga pitamo kakva je situacija na Klinici - uspio javiti SMS porukom tek poslije 22 sata tog dana.

Napisao je da su u srijedu u ambulanti hitnog prijama Infektologije pregledali 100-tinjak pacijenata, a njih čak 21 ostavili na liječenju. Dok ljudi oboljevaju i umiru, od ponedjeljka se u Spaladium areni prvom dozom cijepilo 275 ljudi.

Zvuči gotovo nevjerojatno, ali je istinito. U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji (SDŽ) samo od 1. rujna prošle godine, od kada su ponovno počele rasti brojke pozitivnih na COVID, do 6. siječnja ove godine, koronavirusom je zaraženo 10 posto županijskog stanovništva, odnosno njih 45.480 bilo je pozitivno na PCR testiranju koje je obavljeno na Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije (NZJZ SDŽ).

U istom razdoblju od četiri mjeseca i šest dana na NZJZ-u SDŽ testirane su ukupno 138.884 osobe pa ispada da je od ukupnog broja testiranih, u protekla četiri mjeseca i šest dana, njih čak 32,7 posto bilo pozitivno, što je ogroman postotak.

Međutim, valja istaknuti da je ovaj četveromjesečni postotak oboljelih “šala” za postotak koji se u SDŽ pojavljuje u protekla četiri dana, varirajući od 59 do 67 posto pozitivnih. Toliki broj pozitivnih, odnosno tijek pandemije, nije moguće kontrolirati jer je poznato da se pandemija može kontrolirati do postotka od najviše 10 posto pozitivnih u nekoj populaciji.

Istovremeno u SDŽ je do sada dvjema dozama cijepljeno oko 53 posto odraslog stanovništva pa se s obzirom na velik broj novooboljelih postavlja pitanje ima li se uopće tko više zaraziti u SDŽ.

- Da bismo bili koliko-toliko mirni, trebali bismo imati procijepljenost u SDŽ od 80 posto pa bismo mogli tolerirati onu brojku zaraženih i preboljelih koji se nisu cijepili. Tada bismo, sa zaraženima i preboljelima, stekli kolektivni imunitet. Veliki su nam problem oni koji se reinficiraju, odnosno koji su COVID preboljeli unutar godinu dana i koji se nakon preboljenja COVID-a nisu cijepili. Oni sada ponovno obolijevaju i na taj način produžuju ovu agoniju - kaže nam dr. sc. Željka Karin, ravnateljica NZJZ-a SDŽ.

Da neće sve stati u trenu i da treba očekivati i daljni porast oboljelih, opominje dr. Karin.

- Ove brojke koje imamo danas, odnosno proteklih dana, to su brojke od Božića, odnosno od masovnih druženja, okupljanja i proslava blagdana. Mi tek očekujemo porast oboljelih od Nove godine, ona će tek “doći na naplatu” jer treba proći otprilike dva tjedna od početka vala da bi brojke “podivljale”. Tako da sljedeća dva tjedna očekujemo dodatni rast novooboljelih - iznosi dr. Karin.

Novi kapaciteti Istovremeno dok brojke, odnosno postoci zaraženih rastu, dotle se u KBC-u Split doslovno vodi rat protiv pandemije. Otvaraju se novi kapaciteti, kako bi svi oni kojima je to potrebno bili smješteni na liječenje. Tako je jučer na liječenju u bolnici bilo 208 pacijenata, od čega je njih 47 bilo priključeno na respirator.

Ova brojka od 208 hospitaliziranih je za samo jednog pacijenta manja od rekordne brojke 209 hospitaliziranih koja se dogodila u drugom valu COVID-a, prije više od godinu dana.

- Strašno je, brojke su ponovno eskalirale. Molim sve naše sugrađane koji imaju simptome COVID-a, koji su testirani i koji su pozitivni, da ne izlaze vani. Neka ostanu doma i izbjegavaju kontakte i na taj način pomognu svima nama da se što prije riješimo ove pandemije. Brojka hospitaliziranih je nevjerojatno velika, a svi moraju biti svjesni toga da je tih 208 pacijenata u teškom zdravstvenom stanju, odnosno da je većina njih životno ugrožena. Pa ne prima bolnica na hospitalizaciju ljude da bi tamo samo ležali i odmarali. To su teško oboljele osobe! Zbog toga pati kompletan zdravstveni sustav - rekla je dr. Željka Karin.

Djelatnici Klinike za infektologiju KBC-a Split ne mogu “dignuti glavu”, a da je zaista tako, možda najbolje govori podatak da nam se u srijedu prof. dr. sc. Ivo Ivić, predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju, kojeg smo oko 14 sati nazvali da ga pitamo kakva je situacija na Klinici - uspio javiti SMS porukom tek poslije 22 sata tog dana.

Napisao je da su u srijedu u ambulanti hitnog prijama Infektologije pregledali 100-tinjak pacijenata, a njih čak 21 ostavili na liječenju. Dok ljudi oboljevaju i umiru, od ponedjeljka se u Spaladium areni prvom dozom cijepilo 275 ljudi.
