Karcinom je jedan od vodećih javnozdravstvenih problema u Hrvatskoj. Godišnje od njega oboli 25.000, a umire približno 14.000 ljudi. Ukupna smrtnost od raka u Hrvatskoj među najvišima je u EU-u.

Ovo je više nego zastrašujuće, ali nedavna studija otkriva nešto na što treba obratiti veliku pozornost. Istraživači su otkrili da kombinacija nekih navika može drastično smanjiti rizik od raka i to za čak 61 posto, piše živim.

Dobitna kombinacija

Nova studija objavljena u časopisu Frontiers of Aging otkriva da kombinacija tjelovježbe, omega-3 masnih kiselina i vitamina D3 - može smanjiti vjerojatnost razvoja agresivnih karcinoma.

Istraživači su tijekom tri godine pratili 2157 sudionika u dobi od 70 godina i više (Portugal, Austrija, Njemačka, Francuska i Švicarska).

Tretmani su provedeni u različitim skupinama kako bi se utvrdilo koja metoda (ili kombinacija metoda) može smanjiti mogućnost invazivnog raka.

Karcinom je jedan od vodećih javnozdravstvenih problema u Hrvatskoj. Godišnje od njega oboli 25.000, a umire približno 14.000 ljudi. Ukupna smrtnost od raka u Hrvatskoj među najvišima je u EU-u.

Ovo je više nego zastrašujuće, ali nedavna studija otkriva nešto na što treba obratiti veliku pozornost. Istraživači su otkrili da kombinacija nekih navika može drastično smanjiti rizik od raka i to za čak 61 posto, piše živim.

Dobitna kombinacija

Nova studija objavljena u časopisu Frontiers of Aging otkriva da kombinacija tjelovježbe, omega-3 masnih kiselina i vitamina D3 - može smanjiti vjerojatnost razvoja agresivnih karcinoma.

Istraživači su tijekom tri godine pratili 2157 sudionika u dobi od 70 godina i više (Portugal, Austrija, Njemačka, Francuska i Švicarska).

Tretmani su provedeni u različitim skupinama kako bi se utvrdilo koja metoda (ili kombinacija metoda) može smanjiti mogućnost invazivnog raka.
