Prijelaz s motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem na one s baterijom smanjit će broj radnih mjesta u ključnom njemačkom automobilskom sektoru za trećinu, izračunao je institut ifo.
Njemačka je vlada prošle godine produljila program subvencija za kupnju električnih vozila do 2025. godine kako bi potaknula građane na kupnju i smanjila emisiju stakleničkih plinova.
Njemačka automobilska industrija već je krenula u istraživanje i razvoj, gradi nove kapacitete za elektrifikaciju, zajedno s digitalizacijom, što je pomoglo sačuvati zaposlenost.
Sektor trenutno zapošljava oko 613 tisuća radnika, navodi Ifo.
"Na kocki je između 29 i 36 posto radnih mjesta", pokazalo je istraživanje instituta, koje je naručilo Udruženje automobilske industrije (VDA), a objavljeno je u četvrtak.
Čak i ako se do 2025. i uvođenja "elektromobilnosti" umirovi oko 86.000 radnika, broj radnih mjesta koja bi mogla biti izgubljena ostaje velik, upozoravaju u institutu.
Prekvalifikacija bi trebala početi odmah da se ublaže posljedice, rekao je voditelj istraživanja Oliver Falck.
Proizvođači automobila mogli bi također vratiti u svoje pogone proizvodne procese prepuštene podiizvođačima, ali to bi pogodilo dobavljače komponenti, primijetio je Falck.
"Prijelaz na elektromobilnost veliki je izazov, posebno za srednje tvrtke u sektoru opskrbe", potvrdio je predsjednik ifoa Clemens Fuest.
U 2019. proizvodi vezani za motore s unutarnjim izgaranjem vrijedili su 149 milijardi eura, naveo je Fuest.
Električni automobili ne trebaju ni glave cilindra, ni pumpe za gorivo, ni svjećice ni auspuhe, podsjeća čelnik Ifoa.

Prijelaz s motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem na one s baterijom smanjit će broj radnih mjesta u ključnom njemačkom automobilskom sektoru za trećinu, izračunao je institut ifo.
Njemačka je vlada prošle godine produljila program subvencija za kupnju električnih vozila do 2025. godine kako bi potaknula građane na kupnju i smanjila emisiju stakleničkih plinova.
Njemačka automobilska industrija već je krenula u istraživanje i razvoj, gradi nove kapacitete za elektrifikaciju, zajedno s digitalizacijom, što je pomoglo sačuvati zaposlenost.
Sektor trenutno zapošljava oko 613 tisuća radnika, navodi Ifo.
"Na kocki je između 29 i 36 posto radnih mjesta", pokazalo je istraživanje instituta, koje je naručilo Udruženje automobilske industrije (VDA), a objavljeno je u četvrtak.
Čak i ako se do 2025. i uvođenja "elektromobilnosti" umirovi oko 86.000 radnika, broj radnih mjesta koja bi mogla biti izgubljena ostaje velik, upozoravaju u institutu.
Prekvalifikacija bi trebala početi odmah da se ublaže posljedice, rekao je voditelj istraživanja Oliver Falck.
Proizvođači automobila mogli bi također vratiti u svoje pogone proizvodne procese prepuštene podiizvođačima, ali to bi pogodilo dobavljače komponenti, primijetio je Falck.
"Prijelaz na elektromobilnost veliki je izazov, posebno za srednje tvrtke u sektoru opskrbe", potvrdio je predsjednik ifoa Clemens Fuest.
U 2019. proizvodi vezani za motore s unutarnjim izgaranjem vrijedili su 149 milijardi eura, naveo je Fuest.
Električni automobili ne trebaju ni glave cilindra, ni pumpe za gorivo, ni svjećice ni auspuhe, podsjeća čelnik Ifoa.
