Da nekim slučajem Netflixovi filmovi dolaze u hrvatska kina, nedavni "Presretač" mogao bi se spariti za akcijski-trilerski maraton s "Crnom lokacijom" ("Black Site").

Oba filma se odvijaju na izoliranom mjestu, podatnom za donedavno poistovjetljivi ugođaj "lockdowna", tamo unutar američke baze za presretanje nuklearnih projektila 1500 milja od Havaja, ovdje na američkoj tajnoj lokciji u nekoj stranoj zemlji, kreiranoj za ispitivanje političkih pritvorenika-bombaša sa svih strana svijeta, poput Farhana (Simon Elrahi) kojeg ispituje Miller (Jai Courtney).

U oba filma uljezi dolaze na to mjesto i izazivaju ugrozu uz pomoć izdajice/nekoga "iznutra", od terorista s planom da uništi Ameriku "atomski zdesna" u "Interceptoru", do "najopasnijeg čovjeka na svijetu" u tijelu Hatcheta (Jason Clarke), navodno odgovornog za terorizam u Istanbulu, prilikom čega su smrtno stradali suprug i kćerka analitičarke CIA-e Abby Trent (Michelle Monaghan).

Konačno, u oba filma protiv terorista se bore traumatizirane junakinje, od Else Pataky do Monaghanice, koje strše na tom mjestu većinski napučenom muškarcima, ali se ne daju i "umiru ženski" u primjerenoj donjoj majici poput Brucea Willisa. "Znam da igraš školski, ali ovi ne vole čitati, ako kužiš što hoću reći", govori nadređeni Abby. Jasno, ona do kraja filma neće igrati školski nakon što Hatchet bude uhvaćen i prebačen na tajnu lokaciju.

Hatchet je isprve pozicioniran kao zagonetan lik i redateljica Sophia Banks u svom dugometražnom filmskom debiju podiže misteriju i tenziju očekivanja među agentima s glasinama koje kolaju o njemu, tipa da koristi nož za nemilosrdna umorstva i da nije čovjek, već "demon".

Kad se Hatchet oslobodi i počne ubijati svakog (agenta) na koga naleti u nizu vrlo nasilnih scena, očito je da on nije "demon", ali i da je namjerno dopustio da bude uhvaćen kako bi došao po Farhana. Puno toga je preočito u filmu mutnjikave politike koji ne iskorištava do kraja neke trenutke, recimo da Hatchet pušta pritvorenike iz ćelija kako bi iz toga stvorio akcijsko-trilerski naizgled zanimljive situacije i povisio uloge/opasnost.

Ni labirintna lokacija nije iskorištena do maksimuma za napetu igru mačke i miša jednom kad je Abby zapečati da uhvati Hatcheta ("I'm locking us down!"). Banks želi biti nova Kathryn Bigelow ("Blizu tame", "Pakleni val", "Čudni dani", "Narednik James", "Zero Dark Thirty", "Detroit"), ali nema istančan nerv za geografiju i koreografiju akcijskih prozora u zatvorenom prostoru.

Iako, povremeno podigne tenziju otkucavajućeg sata (potencijalno slanje drona da zbriše tajnu lokaciju), uprizori solidan akcijski prizor poput odbačaja od eksplozije u "slow-motionu" i pokazuje zainteresiranost za pojedine glumačke ili žanrovske inverzije.

Monaghan je glumila u akcijskim filmovima (serijal "Nemoguća misija", "Oko sokolovo", "Izvorni kod", "Naoružani propovjednik", "Bostonski heroji"), no nije bila junakinja, da bi se sada (s)našla u "against-type" heroine. Courtney i Clarke sukobljavali su se u petom "Terminatoru", ali ne ovako brutalno.

I, napokon, Banks kao da, računajući "lockdown" premisu, pretvara Hatcheta u svojevrsni virus koji je izbjegao kontroli i smiče sve pred sobom. Možda se u njoj jednog dana probudi Bigelow i snimi neki dobar metaforički akcijski film.

Da nekim slučajem Netflixovi filmovi dolaze u hrvatska kina, nedavni "Presretač" mogao bi se spariti za akcijski-trilerski maraton s "Crnom lokacijom" ("Black Site").

Oba filma se odvijaju na izoliranom mjestu, podatnom za donedavno poistovjetljivi ugođaj "lockdowna", tamo unutar američke baze za presretanje nuklearnih projektila 1500 milja od Havaja, ovdje na američkoj tajnoj lokciji u nekoj stranoj zemlji, kreiranoj za ispitivanje političkih pritvorenika-bombaša sa svih strana svijeta, poput Farhana (Simon Elrahi) kojeg ispituje Miller (Jai Courtney).

U oba filma uljezi dolaze na to mjesto i izazivaju ugrozu uz pomoć izdajice/nekoga "iznutra", od terorista s planom da uništi Ameriku "atomski zdesna" u "Interceptoru", do "najopasnijeg čovjeka na svijetu" u tijelu Hatcheta (Jason Clarke), navodno odgovornog za terorizam u Istanbulu, prilikom čega su smrtno stradali suprug i kćerka analitičarke CIA-e Abby Trent (Michelle Monaghan).

Konačno, u oba filma protiv terorista se bore traumatizirane junakinje, od Else Pataky do Monaghanice, koje strše na tom mjestu većinski napučenom muškarcima, ali se ne daju i "umiru ženski" u primjerenoj donjoj majici poput Brucea Willisa. "Znam da igraš školski, ali ovi ne vole čitati, ako kužiš što hoću reći", govori nadređeni Abby. Jasno, ona do kraja filma neće igrati školski nakon što Hatchet bude uhvaćen i prebačen na tajnu lokaciju.

Hatchet je isprve pozicioniran kao zagonetan lik i redateljica Sophia Banks u svom dugometražnom filmskom debiju podiže misteriju i tenziju očekivanja među agentima s glasinama koje kolaju o njemu, tipa da koristi nož za nemilosrdna umorstva i da nije čovjek, već "demon".

Kad se Hatchet oslobodi i počne ubijati svakog (agenta) na koga naleti u nizu vrlo nasilnih scena, očito je da on nije "demon", ali i da je namjerno dopustio da bude uhvaćen kako bi došao po Farhana. Puno toga je preočito u filmu mutnjikave politike koji ne iskorištava do kraja neke trenutke, recimo da Hatchet pušta pritvorenike iz ćelija kako bi iz toga stvorio akcijsko-trilerski naizgled zanimljive situacije i povisio uloge/opasnost.

Ni labirintna lokacija nije iskorištena do maksimuma za napetu igru mačke i miša jednom kad je Abby zapečati da uhvati Hatcheta ("I'm locking us down!"). Banks želi biti nova Kathryn Bigelow ("Blizu tame", "Pakleni val", "Čudni dani", "Narednik James", "Zero Dark Thirty", "Detroit"), ali nema istančan nerv za geografiju i koreografiju akcijskih prozora u zatvorenom prostoru.

Iako, povremeno podigne tenziju otkucavajućeg sata (potencijalno slanje drona da zbriše tajnu lokaciju), uprizori solidan akcijski prizor poput odbačaja od eksplozije u "slow-motionu" i pokazuje zainteresiranost za pojedine glumačke ili žanrovske inverzije.

Monaghan je glumila u akcijskim filmovima (serijal "Nemoguća misija", "Oko sokolovo", "Izvorni kod", "Naoružani propovjednik", "Bostonski heroji"), no nije bila junakinja, da bi se sada (s)našla u "against-type" heroine. Courtney i Clarke sukobljavali su se u petom "Terminatoru", ali ne ovako brutalno.

I, napokon, Banks kao da, računajući "lockdown" premisu, pretvara Hatcheta u svojevrsni virus koji je izbjegao kontroli i smiče sve pred sobom. Možda se u njoj jednog dana probudi Bigelow i snimi neki dobar metaforički akcijski film.
