- Kabul je trenutno deveti krug pakla. Prema informacijama koje dobivamo s terena navodno američki vojnici to nazivaju "World War Z", što je ime američkog filma o zombi apokalipsi. Sve je zamotano u bodljikavu žicu, stalno se puca. S jedne strane američki vojnici pokušavaju smiriti situaciju, s druge talibani pokušavaju smiriti situaciju. Svugdje su čahure, komadi odjeće, hrane. Sve je razbacano, ljudi i dalje pokušavaju ući na aerodrom i stanje se ne može smiriti, rekao je Branimir Vidmarović, vanjsko politički analitičar, javljajući se Skypeom iz Bakua za emisiju "Dobro jutro, Hrvatska".

Vidmarović je rekao da je velika gužva i na nebu iznad Afganistana - piše portal HRT-a.

- Promet vojnih zrakoplova je ogroman. To se da pratiti na stranici poput Flight Radara gdje možete vidjeti kako lete beskonačnom kolonom. Intenzitet je tako jak da ih u zraku prati i zračni tanker koji im toči odmah gorivo, dodao je.

- Talibani puštaju polako Afganistance koji žele napustiti zemlju, ali sada je to malo strože, provjeravaju papire koje imaju. Ukoliko je ta dokumentacija prema američkim zahtjevima onda se ide dalje, ukoliko ne - ne puštaju ih. Amerikanci pokušavaju održati red i mir jer oko kabulskog aerodroma ima kanal preko koje Afganistanci pokušavaju ući, tako da se stalno puca u zrak. Ljudi s terena javljaju da stalno nešto gori. Ne ratuje se, ali je stanje kao da ja pravi rat, objasnio je Vidmarović.

Rok za napuštanje Afganistana je 31. kolovoza, no kako je rekao Vidmarović, čini se da neće svi uspjeti napustiti zemlju.

- Izgledno je da će talibani dozvoliti daljnju evakuaciju pod uvjetom da se sve strane snage povuku. Nakon toga će to biti civilni aranžmani, naravno uz uvjet da imaju sve dokumente i vize. Također, postoje američki Afganistanci koji ne žele napustiti zemlju. Ima tu jako veliki broj ljudi koji će se evakuirati još mjesecima, rekao je. 

Prema procjenama State Departmenta, oko 90.000 ljudi čeka na evakuaciju. To uključuje, rekao je Vidmarović, i američke državljane, postrojbe i Amerikance.

- To su primarno afganistanske izbjeglice i među njima ima žena, iako se nisu vidjele. Onaj čuveni blitzkrieg zrakoplova je vrlo riskantan pothvat koji su si mogli priuštiti samo jaki muškarci, najhrabriji, najočajniji, oni koji  nisu imali što izgubiti. Nemamo provjerenih informacija, znamo samo koliko će koja zemlja primiti izbjeglica - Kanada 20 tisuća, Velika Britanija 10-20 tisuća. Najveći broj afganistanskih izbjeglica trenutno je u Pakistanu, njih čak 1,5 milijuna. U Iranu je oko 760 tisuća izbjeglica legalno, dok se ilegalno ta brojka procjenjuje na oko 3 milijuna. U susjednim zemljama ih je puno više nego što se očekuje da će to biti u Europi, rekao je Vidmarović.

Talibani koji su bili na vlasti 1996.-2001. bili su brutalni, nepomirljivi, ideološki i teološki vrlo čisti i u potpunoj suprotnosti na ono na što su Afganistanci bili navikli, kaže Vidmarović.

- Talibani su pokušavali uspostaviti verziju islama koju je propovijedala Al Kaida. Sada je stanje malo drugačije, očito da su se i talibani promijenili. Ne strahuju sada svi od njihove vladavine. U devedesetima od njih su najviše strahovale etničke grupe koje nisu bile Paštunci, poput Tadžika, Uzbeka, Hazara. I danas te grupe najviše strahuju od talibanskog, paštunskog nacionalizma. Stasala je cijela generacija koja nije odrastala uz talibane, išla na fakultete, odrastala uz YouTube. Oni strahuju možda ne za svoj život, nego da će im se sve aktivnosti uskratiti. Afganistan je vrlo konzervativna zemlja. Sve one ljude koje vidimo u medijima, u zračnoj luci, koji strahuju - to je vrlo mali sloj stanovništva, rekao je Vidmarović.

Upitan što slijedi dalje, Vidmarović je rekao da je najbolje za sigurnost Afganistana da talibani konsolidiraju vlast.

- Formiranje vlade, inkluzivne, ne na način na koji to Zapad misli, nego na afganistanski kroz ujedinjene plemena, i onda potraga za legitimacijom i sredstvima. Puno lošiji scenarij je da se pokreti otpora protiv talibana aktiviziraju, da uzmu maha i da se građanski rat nastavlja i da zemlja polako tone u propast, zaključio je piše portal HRT-a.

Sve je razbacano, ljudi i dalje pokušavaju ući na aerodrom i stanje se ne može smiriti, rekao je Branimir Vidmarović, vanjsko politički analitičar, javljajući se Skypeom iz Bakua za emisiju "Dobro jutro, Hrvatska".

Vidmarović je rekao da je velika gužva i na nebu iznad Afganistana - piše portal HRT-a.

- Promet vojnih zrakoplova je ogroman. To se da pratiti na stranici poput Flight Radara gdje možete vidjeti kako lete beskonačnom kolonom. Intenzitet je tako jak da ih u zraku prati i zračni tanker koji im toči odmah gorivo, dodao je.

- Talibani puštaju polako Afganistance koji žele napustiti zemlju, ali sada je to malo strože, provjeravaju papire koje imaju. Ukoliko je ta dokumentacija prema američkim zahtjevima onda se ide dalje, ukoliko ne - ne puštaju ih. Amerikanci pokušavaju održati red i mir jer oko kabulskog aerodroma ima kanal preko koje Afganistanci pokušavaju ući, tako da se stalno puca u zrak. Ljudi s terena javljaju da stalno nešto gori. Ne ratuje se, ali je stanje kao da ja pravi rat, objasnio je Vidmarović.

Rok za napuštanje Afganistana je 31. kolovoza, no kako je rekao Vidmarović, čini se da neće svi uspjeti napustiti zemlju.

- Izgledno je da će talibani dozvoliti daljnju evakuaciju pod uvjetom da se sve strane snage povuku. Nakon toga će to biti civilni aranžmani, naravno uz uvjet da imaju sve dokumente i vize. Također, postoje američki Afganistanci koji ne žele napustiti zemlju. Ima tu jako veliki broj ljudi koji će se evakuirati još mjesecima, rekao je. 

Prema procjenama State Departmenta, oko 90.000 ljudi čeka na evakuaciju. To uključuje, rekao je Vidmarović, i američke državljane, postrojbe i Amerikance.

- To su primarno afganistanske izbjeglice i među njima ima žena, iako se nisu vidjele. Onaj čuveni blitzkrieg zrakoplova je vrlo riskantan pothvat koji su si mogli priuštiti samo jaki muškarci, najhrabriji, najočajniji, oni koji  nisu imali što izgubiti. Nemamo provjerenih informacija, znamo samo koliko će koja zemlja primiti izbjeglica - Kanada 20 tisuća, Velika Britanija 10-20 tisuća. Najveći broj afganistanskih izbjeglica trenutno je u Pakistanu, njih čak 1,5 milijuna. U Iranu je oko 760 tisuća izbjeglica legalno, dok se ilegalno ta brojka procjenjuje na oko 3 milijuna. U susjednim zemljama ih je puno više nego što se očekuje da će to biti u Europi, rekao je Vidmarović.

Talibani koji su bili na vlasti 1996.-2001. bili su brutalni, nepomirljivi, ideološki i teološki vrlo čisti i u potpunoj suprotnosti na ono na što su Afganistanci bili navikli, kaže Vidmarović.

- Talibani su pokušavali uspostaviti verziju islama koju je propovijedala Al Kaida. Sada je stanje malo drugačije, očito da su se i talibani promijenili. Ne strahuju sada svi od njihove vladavine. U devedesetima od njih su najviše strahovale etničke grupe koje nisu bile Paštunci, poput Tadžika, Uzbeka, Hazara. I danas te grupe najviše strahuju od talibanskog, paštunskog nacionalizma. Stasala je cijela generacija koja nije odrastala uz talibane, išla na fakultete, odrastala uz YouTube. Oni strahuju možda ne za svoj život, nego da će im se sve aktivnosti uskratiti. Afganistan je vrlo konzervativna zemlja. Sve one ljude koje vidimo u medijima, u zračnoj luci, koji strahuju - to je vrlo mali sloj stanovništva, rekao je Vidmarović.

Upitan što slijedi dalje, Vidmarović je rekao da je najbolje za sigurnost Afganistana da talibani konsolidiraju vlast.

- Formiranje vlade, inkluzivne, ne na način na koji to Zapad misli, nego na afganistanski kroz ujedinjene plemena, i onda potraga za legitimacijom i sredstvima. Puno lošiji scenarij je da se pokreti otpora protiv talibana aktiviziraju, da uzmu maha i da se građanski rat nastavlja i da zemlja polako tone u propast, zaključio je piše portal HRT-a.

- Kabul je trenutno deveti krug pakla. Prema informacijama koje dobivamo s terena navodno američki vojnici to nazivaju "World War Z", što je ime američkog filma o zombi apokalipsi. Sve je zamotano u bodljikavu žicu, stalno se puca. S jedne strane američki vojnici pokušavaju smiriti situaciju, s druge talibani pokušavaju smiriti situaciju. Svugdje su čahure, komadi odjeće, hrane. Sve je razbacano, ljudi i dalje pokušavaju ući na aerodrom i stanje se ne može smiriti, rekao je Branimir Vidmarović, vanjsko politički analitičar, javljajući se Skypeom iz Bakua za emisiju "Dobro jutro, Hrvatska".
