Europski centar za prevenciju i kontrolu bolesti (ECDC) prošlog tjedna upozorio je na povećani rizik bolesti koje prenose komarci u Europskoj uniji (EU).

Vrsta komaraca Aedes albopictus, poznati prijenosnik virusa chikungunya i denga groznice, etablira se dalje prema sjeveru i zapadu u Europi, ističe ECDC. Andrea Ammon, direktorica ECDC-a, poručila je da se posljednjih godina vidi geografsko širenje invazivnih vrsta komaraca na prethodno nezahvaćena područja u EU/EEA.

“Ako se ovo nastavi, možemo očekivati više slučajeva, a možda i smrti od bolesti kao što su denga, chikungunya i Zika virusi te, pod određenim okolnostima, i virus Zapadnog Nila”, upozorila je Ammon.

Prema podacima ECDC-a tijekom 2022. godine zabilježena su 1133 slučaja zaraze i 92 smrtna slučaja od infekcije virusa Zapadnog Nila. Najviše slučajeva prijavila je Italija (723), a u Hrvatskoj ih je prijavljeno znatno manje – osam.

Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) za N1 je naveo da komarci prenose i druge neke zarazne blesti poput žute groznice i japanskog encefalitisa. “No, nikad ih nismo imali niti importirane u Hrvatskoj”, navode iz Zavoda.

“U Hrvatskoj su od tih tropskih bolesti zadnjih godina zabilježene groznica zapadnog Nila i denga groznice. Ziku i malariju smo imali samo kao importirane slučajeve”, rekli su nam iz HZJZ-a.

Prošle godine u Hrvatskoj je jedna osoba oboljela od denga groznice, a jedna od malarije, piše N1.

Ove godine smo imali jednu importiranu denga groznicu i tri importirane malarije, navode iz HZJZ-a.

Groznica Zapadnog Nila

Najveći broj slučajeva zaraze virusom Zapadnog Nila prijavljuje se od srpnja do rujna.

“Većina zaraženih osoba je asimptomatska. U oko 20-40% zaraženih osoba javlja se bolest nalik gripi – povišena temperatura, glavobolja, umor, bolovi u mišićima, mučnina, ponekad kožni osip.

U oko 1% zaraženih javlja se teški oblik bolesti sa zahvaćanjem središnjeg živčanog sustava, odnosno simptomima upale mozga i moždanih ovojnica, te akutne mlohave klijenuti”, navodi Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo Andrija Štampar.

Osobe starije od 60 godina s kroničnim bolestima i oni s oslabljenim imunitetom su u većem riziku od razvoja teškog oblika bolesti.

Denga groznica

Glavni prijenosnici ovog virusa su komarci vrste Aedes aegypti i Aedes albopictus. Posljednji poznatiji kao azijski tigrasti komarac, široko je rasprostranjen na području Hrvatske. Većina oboljelih osoba je asimptomatska, navodi NZJZ Andrija Štampar.

Osobe s klinički razvijenom bolesti najčešće obole od blagog oblika – denga groznice koja se, nakon inkubacije od 4–7 dana (3-14), manifestira naglim nastankom temperature u trajanju prosječno 2-7 dana praćene glavoboljom, bolovima iza očiju, bolovima u zglobovima i osipom.

U manje od 5% slučajeva može se javiti teži oblik bolesti u smislu hemoragijske groznice i šoka koji mogu imati smrtni ishod. Godišnje u svijetu obole deseci milijuna ljudi s oko 20000-25000 smrtnih ishoda, uglavnom u djece.

Chikungunya

Virus prenose komarci vrsta Aedes aegypti i Aedes albopictus (azijski tigrasti komarac). Nakon inkubacije od 4–8 dana (2-12) kod oboljelih se javlja visoka temperatura, glavobolja, bolovi u mišićima i jaki bolovi u zglobovima. Polovina zaraženih razvija makulo-papularni osip koji se češće javlja u djece s mogućom pojavom krvarenja iz desni i petehija po koži.

Kod 30-40% zaraženih mogu dugo vremena ostati prisutni bolovi u zglobovima, ponekad godinama. Osobe starije životne dobi (>65) i kronični bolesnici imaju veći rizik za razvoj teže kliničke slike. U trudnica koje razviju bolest u zadnjem tjednu pred porod moguć je prijenos virusa na plod.

Zavod za javno zdravstvo Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije navodi da se tropskim krajevima kod manjeg broja ljudi (pogotovo djece) može razviti teška hemoragijska vrućica ili denga sindrom šoka, koji može biti smrtonosan.

Europski centar za prevenciju i kontrolu bolesti (ECDC) prošlog tjedna upozorio je na povećani rizik bolesti koje prenose komarci u Europskoj uniji (EU).

Vrsta komaraca Aedes albopictus, poznati prijenosnik virusa chikungunya i denga groznice, etablira se dalje prema sjeveru i zapadu u Europi, ističe ECDC. Andrea Ammon, direktorica ECDC-a, poručila je da se posljednjih godina vidi geografsko širenje invazivnih vrsta komaraca na prethodno nezahvaćena područja u EU/EEA.

“Ako se ovo nastavi, možemo očekivati više slučajeva, a možda i smrti od bolesti kao što su denga, chikungunya i Zika virusi te, pod određenim okolnostima, i virus Zapadnog Nila”, upozorila je Ammon.

Prema podacima ECDC-a tijekom 2022. godine zabilježena su 1133 slučaja zaraze i 92 smrtna slučaja od infekcije virusa Zapadnog Nila. Najviše slučajeva prijavila je Italija (723), a u Hrvatskoj ih je prijavljeno znatno manje – osam.

Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) za N1 je naveo da komarci prenose i druge neke zarazne blesti poput žute groznice i japanskog encefalitisa. “No, nikad ih nismo imali niti importirane u Hrvatskoj”, navode iz Zavoda.

“U Hrvatskoj su od tih tropskih bolesti zadnjih godina zabilježene groznica zapadnog Nila i denga groznice. Ziku i malariju smo imali samo kao importirane slučajeve”, rekli su nam iz HZJZ-a.

Prošle godine u Hrvatskoj je jedna osoba oboljela od denga groznice, a jedna od malarije, piše N1.

Ove godine smo imali jednu importiranu denga groznicu i tri importirane malarije, navode iz HZJZ-a.

Groznica Zapadnog Nila

Najveći broj slučajeva zaraze virusom Zapadnog Nila prijavljuje se od srpnja do rujna.

“Većina zaraženih osoba je asimptomatska. U oko 20-40% zaraženih osoba javlja se bolest nalik gripi – povišena temperatura, glavobolja, umor, bolovi u mišićima, mučnina, ponekad kožni osip.

U oko 1% zaraženih javlja se teški oblik bolesti sa zahvaćanjem središnjeg živčanog sustava, odnosno simptomima upale mozga i moždanih ovojnica, te akutne mlohave klijenuti”, navodi Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo Andrija Štampar.

Osobe starije od 60 godina s kroničnim bolestima i oni s oslabljenim imunitetom su u većem riziku od razvoja teškog oblika bolesti.

Denga groznica

Glavni prijenosnici ovog virusa su komarci vrste Aedes aegypti i Aedes albopictus. Posljednji poznatiji kao azijski tigrasti komarac, široko je rasprostranjen na području Hrvatske. Većina oboljelih osoba je asimptomatska, navodi NZJZ Andrija Štampar.

Osobe s klinički razvijenom bolesti najčešće obole od blagog oblika – denga groznice koja se, nakon inkubacije od 4–7 dana (3-14), manifestira naglim nastankom temperature u trajanju prosječno 2-7 dana praćene glavoboljom, bolovima iza očiju, bolovima u zglobovima i osipom.

U manje od 5% slučajeva može se javiti teži oblik bolesti u smislu hemoragijske groznice i šoka koji mogu imati smrtni ishod. Godišnje u svijetu obole deseci milijuna ljudi s oko 20000-25000 smrtnih ishoda, uglavnom u djece.

Chikungunya

Virus prenose komarci vrsta Aedes aegypti i Aedes albopictus (azijski tigrasti komarac). Nakon inkubacije od 4–8 dana (2-12) kod oboljelih se javlja visoka temperatura, glavobolja, bolovi u mišićima i jaki bolovi u zglobovima. Polovina zaraženih razvija makulo-papularni osip koji se češće javlja u djece s mogućom pojavom krvarenja iz desni i petehija po koži.

Kod 30-40% zaraženih mogu dugo vremena ostati prisutni bolovi u zglobovima, ponekad godinama. Osobe starije životne dobi (>65) i kronični bolesnici imaju veći rizik za razvoj teže kliničke slike. U trudnica koje razviju bolest u zadnjem tjednu pred porod moguć je prijenos virusa na plod.

Zavod za javno zdravstvo Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije navodi da se tropskim krajevima kod manjeg broja ljudi (pogotovo djece) može razviti teška hemoragijska vrućica ili denga sindrom šoka, koji može biti smrtonosan.

Upozorenje zbog bolesti koje šire komarci: Ako se nastavi, možemo očekivati više slučajeva, a možda i smrti od bolesti

Europski centar za prevenciju i kontrolu bolesti (ECDC) prošlog tjedna upozorio je na povećani rizik bolesti koje prenose komarci u Europskoj uniji (EU).

Vrsta komaraca Aedes albopictus, poznati prijenosnik virusa chikungunya i denga groznice, etablira se dalje prema sjeveru i zapadu u Europi, ističe ECDC. Andrea Ammon, direktorica ECDC-a, poručila je da se posljednjih godina vidi geografsko širenje invazivnih vrsta komaraca na prethodno nezahvaćena područja u EU/EEA.

“Ako se ovo nastavi, možemo očekivati više slučajeva, a možda i smrti od bolesti kao što su denga, chikungunya i Zika virusi te, pod određenim okolnostima, i virus Zapadnog Nila”, upozorila je Ammon.
