Sjeverna Koreja nastavila je 2023. razvijati nuklearno oružje i proizvoditi nuklearni fisijski materijal, izbjegavajući sankcije UN-a kojima je cilj prekinuti financiranje nuklearnih programa i programa balističkih projektila Pjongjanga, navodi se u neobjavljenom izvješću UN-a.

"Nakon rekordne razine kibernetičkih krađa u 2022., procijenjene na 1,7 milijardi dolara, hakeri iz DNRK (Sjeverne Koreje) navodno su nastavili uspješno ciljati kriptovalute i druge financijske razmjene na globalnoj razini", napisali su neovisni promatrači sankcija u izvješću Vijeću sigurnosti UN-a koje je Reuters u četvrtak dobio na uvid.

Promatrači, koji dvaput godišnje podnose izvještaj Vijeću, ranije su optuživali Sjevernu Koreju da koristi kibernetičke napade kako bi pomogla u financiranju svojih nuklearnih i raketnih programa. Sjeverna Koreja je odbacila optužbe o hakiranju ili drugim kibernetičkim napadima.

Misija Sjeverne Koreje pri Ujedinjenim narodima u New Yorku nije odmah odgovorila na zahtjev za komentar o izvješću.

Ranije u četvrtak sjevernokorejski čelnik Kim Jong Un smijenio je vrhovnog vojnog generala i pozvao na dodatne pripreme za mogućnost rata, povećanje proizvodnje oružja i proširenje vojnih vježbi, izvijestio je državni medij KCNA.

Sjeverna Koreja je pod sankcijama UN-a zbog svojih nuklearnih programa i programa balističkih projektila od 2006. Te su mjere jednoglasno ojačane tijekom godina, ali 15-člano tijelo sada je u mrtvoj točki jer Kina i Rusija guraju njihovo ublažavanje kako bi uvjerile Pjongjang da se vrati razgovorima o denuklearizaciji.

UN-ovi promatrači sankcija rekli su da su hakeri koji rade za sjevernokorejski Glavni ured za izviđanje (RGB), njezinu glavnu obavještajnu agenciju, "nastavili koristiti sve sofisticiranije kibernetičke tehnike za krađu sredstava i informacija".

"Tvrtke u sektoru kriptovaluta, obrane, energetike i zdravstva bile su posebno ciljane", napisali su u sažetku izvješća koje bi trebalo biti objavljeno sljedećih tjedana. "DNRK je nastavila s pristupom međunarodnom financijskom sustavu i također se uključila u nezakonite financijske operacije."

Promatrači su izvijestili o kontinuiranom nezakonitom izvozu ugljena i "bogatom izboru mjera za izbjegavanje sankcija koje provode brodovi koji isporučuju rafinirane naftne proizvode u DNRK". Sjeverna Koreja je također nabavila 14 novih brodova kršeći sankcije.

"Iako su granice zemlje i dalje uglavnom zatvorene, obujam trgovine se povećao, uglavnom zbog ponovnog pokretanja željezničkog prometa. Velik izbor strane robe brzo se ponovno pojavio", napisali su promatrači, dodajući da su nastavili istraživati nezakoniti uvoz luksuzne robe.

Promatrači su rekli da također istražuju navodni sjevernokorejski izvoz vojne komunikacijske opreme i streljiva te "moguće slučajeve prodaje oružja".

Sjeverna Koreja nastavila je 2023. razvijati nuklearno oružje i proizvoditi nuklearni fisijski materijal, izbjegavajući sankcije UN-a kojima je cilj prekinuti financiranje nuklearnih programa i programa balističkih projektila Pjongjanga, navodi se u neobjavljenom izvješću UN-a.

"Nakon rekordne razine kibernetičkih krađa u 2022., procijenjene na 1,7 milijardi dolara, hakeri iz DNRK (Sjeverne Koreje) navodno su nastavili uspješno ciljati kriptovalute i druge financijske razmjene na globalnoj razini", napisali su neovisni promatrači sankcija u izvješću Vijeću sigurnosti UN-a koje je Reuters u četvrtak dobio na uvid.

Promatrači, koji dvaput godišnje podnose izvještaj Vijeću, ranije su optuživali Sjevernu Koreju da koristi kibernetičke napade kako bi pomogla u financiranju svojih nuklearnih i raketnih programa. Sjeverna Koreja je odbacila optužbe o hakiranju ili drugim kibernetičkim napadima.

Misija Sjeverne Koreje pri Ujedinjenim narodima u New Yorku nije odmah odgovorila na zahtjev za komentar o izvješću.

Ranije u četvrtak sjevernokorejski čelnik Kim Jong Un smijenio je vrhovnog vojnog generala i pozvao na dodatne pripreme za mogućnost rata, povećanje proizvodnje oružja i proširenje vojnih vježbi, izvijestio je državni medij KCNA.

Sjeverna Koreja je pod sankcijama UN-a zbog svojih nuklearnih programa i programa balističkih projektila od 2006. Te su mjere jednoglasno ojačane tijekom godina, ali 15-člano tijelo sada je u mrtvoj točki jer Kina i Rusija guraju njihovo ublažavanje kako bi uvjerile Pjongjang da se vrati razgovorima o denuklearizaciji.

UN-ovi promatrači sankcija rekli su da su hakeri koji rade za sjevernokorejski Glavni ured za izviđanje (RGB), njezinu glavnu obavještajnu agenciju, "nastavili koristiti sve sofisticiranije kibernetičke tehnike za krađu sredstava i informacija".

Promatrači su izvijestili o kontinuiranom nezakonitom izvozu ugljena i "bogatom izboru mjera za izbjegavanje sankcija koje provode brodovi koji isporučuju rafinirane naftne proizvode u DNRK". Sjeverna Koreja je također nabavila 14 novih brodova kršeći sankcije.

"Iako su granice zemlje i dalje uglavnom zatvorene, obujam trgovine se povećao, uglavnom zbog ponovnog pokretanja željezničkog prometa. Velik izbor strane robe brzo se ponovno pojavio", napisali su promatrači, dodajući da su nastavili istraživati nezakoniti uvoz luksuzne robe.

Promatrači su rekli da također istražuju navodni sjevernokorejski izvoz vojne komunikacijske opreme i streljiva te "moguće slučajeve prodaje oružja".

Sjeverna Koreja nastavila je 2023. razvijati nuklearno oružje i proizvoditi nuklearni fisijski materijal, izbjegavajući sankcije UN-a kojima je cilj prekinuti financiranje nuklearnih programa i programa balističkih projektila Pjongjanga, navodi se u neobjavljenom izvješću UN-a.

"Nakon rekordne razine kibernetičkih krađa u 2022., procijenjene na 1,7 milijardi dolara, hakeri iz DNRK (Sjeverne Koreje) navodno su nastavili uspješno ciljati kriptovalute i druge financijske razmjene na globalnoj razini", napisali su neovisni promatrači sankcija u izvješću Vijeću sigurnosti UN-a koje je Reuters u četvrtak dobio na uvid.

Promatrači, koji dvaput godišnje podnose izvještaj Vijeću, ranije su optuživali Sjevernu Koreju da koristi kibernetičke napade kako bi pomogla u financiranju svojih nuklearnih i raketnih programa. Sjeverna Koreja je odbacila optužbe o hakiranju ili drugim kibernetičkim napadima.

Misija Sjeverne Koreje pri Ujedinjenim narodima u New Yorku nije odmah odgovorila na zahtjev za komentar o izvješću.

Ranije u četvrtak sjevernokorejski čelnik Kim Jong Un smijenio je vrhovnog vojnog generala i pozvao na dodatne pripreme za mogućnost rata, povećanje proizvodnje oružja i proširenje vojnih vježbi, izvijestio je državni medij KCNA.

Sjeverna Koreja je pod sankcijama UN-a zbog svojih nuklearnih programa i programa balističkih projektila od 2006. Te su mjere jednoglasno ojačane tijekom godina, ali 15-člano tijelo sada je u mrtvoj točki jer Kina i Rusija guraju njihovo ublažavanje kako bi uvjerile Pjongjang da se vrati razgovorima o denuklearizaciji.

UN-ovi promatrači sankcija rekli su da su hakeri koji rade za sjevernokorejski Glavni ured za izviđanje (RGB), njezinu glavnu obavještajnu agenciju, "nastavili koristiti sve sofisticiranije kibernetičke tehnike za krađu sredstava i informacija".
