Policija je donijela „pogrešnu odluku“ čekajući pojačanje gotovo sat vremena prije no što je ušla u učionicu gdje je napadač ubio 19-ro djece i dvoje učitelja, priznala je američka policija u petak nakon niza kritika upućenih snagama sigurnosti. 

Preživjeli, uključujući djecu, zvali su 911 za policijsku pomoć dugo nakon što je 18-godišnji Salvador Ramos ušao u školu s AR-15 poluautomatskom puškom. 

U to vrijeme policajci su bili u hodniku ispred učionice čekajući pojačanje, objavio je Steven McCraw, direktor Odjela za javnu sigurnost savezne države Teksas. 

McCraw je na konferenciji za medije rekao da je to bila „pogrešna odluka“. 

Netko koga on nije identificirao zvao je 911 više puta, počevši u 12:03 sati po lokalnom vremenu, kazavši policiji da ima nekoliko mrtvih i „osam do devet“ preživjelih učenika. 

Jedan učenik nazvao je u 12:47 i rekao policiji da dođe „odmah“. 

Policajci nisu ušli u učionicu do 12:50, rekao je McCraw, kad su snage sigurnosti iskoristile ključ od domara da otvore zaključana vrata i ubiju Ramosa.

Policija je donijela „pogrešnu odluku“ čekajući pojačanje gotovo sat vremena prije no što je ušla u učionicu gdje je napadač ubio 19-ro djece i dvoje učitelja, priznala je američka policija u petak nakon niza kritika upućenih snagama sigurnosti. 

Preživjeli, uključujući djecu, zvali su 911 za policijsku pomoć dugo nakon što je 18-godišnji Salvador Ramos ušao u školu s AR-15 poluautomatskom puškom. 

U to vrijeme policajci su bili u hodniku ispred učionice čekajući pojačanje, objavio je Steven McCraw, direktor Odjela za javnu sigurnost savezne države Teksas. 

McCraw je na konferenciji za medije rekao da je to bila „pogrešna odluka“. 

Netko koga on nije identificirao zvao je 911 više puta, počevši u 12:03 sati po lokalnom vremenu, kazavši policiji da ima nekoliko mrtvih i „osam do devet“ preživjelih učenika. 

Jedan učenik nazvao je u 12:47 i rekao policiji da dođe „odmah“. 

Policajci nisu ušli u učionicu do 12:50, rekao je McCraw, kad su snage sigurnosti iskoristile ključ od domara da otvore zaključana vrata i ubiju Ramosa.

Teksaška policija na stupu srama, priznali propust u postupanju tijekom masakra

Policija je donijela „pogrešnu odluku“ čekajući pojačanje gotovo sat vremena prije no što je ušla u učionicu gdje je napadač ubio 19-ro djece i dvoje učitelja, priznala je američka policija u petak nakon niza kritika upućenih snagama sigurnosti. 

Preživjeli, uključujući djecu, zvali su 911 za policijsku pomoć dugo nakon što je 18-godišnji Salvador Ramos ušao u školu s AR-15 poluautomatskom puškom. 

U to vrijeme policajci su bili u hodniku ispred učionice čekajući pojačanje, objavio je Steven McCraw, direktor Odjela za javnu sigurnost savezne države Teksas. 

McCraw je na konferenciji za medije rekao da je to bila „pogrešna odluka“.
