Od kad je krenuo rat između Rusije i Ukrajine, gleda se i 'važe' svaki potez susjednih država i njihovih čelnika.
Ankara, koja ima dobre odnose i s Kijevom i s Moskvom, prodala je desetke svojih borbenih dronova Ukrajini od 2019. godine.
Tijekom ruskih napada na Ukrajinu internetom je kružio video na kojem se vidi kako turski dron Bayraktar TB2 uspješno pogađa mete ruske vojske, piše Aljazeera
No, kao što to često biva u ovakvim sukobima, teško je razlikovati stvarne događaje od dezinformacija – neki snimci napada dronovima već su se pokazali lažnima.
S obzirom na kaotične događaje na terenu, gotovo je nemoguće procijeniti koliko često i koliko uspješno Ukrajina koristi turske bespilotne letjelice, rekao je za Al Jazeeru Mauro Gilli, istraživač vojne tehnologije i međunarodne sigurnosti na Sveučilištu ETH u Zürichu.

"Navodno su neke dronove isporučene transportnim zrakoplovom neposredno prije početka neprijateljstava s Rusijom", rekao je Gilli. Kijev je od 2019. kupio desetke dronova od Ankare. Korišteni su i u Libiji te u prošlogodišnjim borbama između Azerbajdžana, saveznika Turske, i Armenije u Nagorno-Karabahu.
„Dron TB2, koji proizvodi Bayraktar, jedna je od dvije ključne naoružane bespilotne letjelice koje proizvodi Turska (druga je Anka, koju proizvodi turska zrakoplovna industrija). Jeftiniji je od ostalih zapadnih modela, ali ima dobre performanse u ključnim parametrima, kao što su domet i visina, ali i u senzorima i komunikaciji“, objašnjava Gilli.
Međutim, s obzirom na snagu ruskih snaga, kakav utjecaj dronovi mogu imati u Ukrajini?
“To će ovisiti o ruskoj protuzračnoj obrani. Dronovi poput TB2 su ranjivi kada su u pitanju sustavi protuzračne obrane. Cristian Nitoiu, predavač diplomacije i međunarodnog upravljanja na Sveučilištu Loughborough u Londonu, rekao je za Al Jazeeru kako je malo vjerojatno da će odnosi Ankare i Moskve biti narušeni zbog korištenja turskih bespilotnih letjelica u Ukrajini.
"Siguran sam da je bilo neformalnih razgovora između Erdogana i ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina o potencijalnoj vojnoj potpori Turske Ukrajini, uključujući dronove", rekao je.

“Ankara ima dvostruki pristup, kritizirajući Rusiju zbog kršenja teritorijalnog integriteta Ukrajine i izražavajući potporu zajednici krimskih Tatara. Turska je također zatvorila Bosfor i Dardanele za ratne brodove, potez koji odgovara Rusiji, jer ne dopušta ratnim brodovima NATO-a da uđu u Crno more kako bi pomogli Ukrajini.

Od kad je krenuo rat između Rusije i Ukrajine, gleda se i 'važe' svaki potez susjednih država i njihovih čelnika.
Ankara, koja ima dobre odnose i s Kijevom i s Moskvom, prodala je desetke svojih borbenih dronova Ukrajini od 2019. godine.
Tijekom ruskih napada na Ukrajinu internetom je kružio video na kojem se vidi kako turski dron Bayraktar TB2 uspješno pogađa mete ruske vojske, piše Aljazeera
No, kao što to često biva u ovakvim sukobima, teško je razlikovati stvarne događaje od dezinformacija – neki snimci napada dronovima već su se pokazali lažnima.
S obzirom na kaotične događaje na terenu, gotovo je nemoguće procijeniti koliko često i koliko uspješno Ukrajina koristi turske bespilotne letjelice, rekao je za Al Jazeeru Mauro Gilli, istraživač vojne tehnologije i međunarodne sigurnosti na Sveučilištu ETH u Zürichu.
“Postojale su neke snimke koje navodno pokazuju učinke TB2. Naravno, informacije su u ovom trenutku fragmentirane i treba ih uzeti s oprezom. Znamo da je Ukrajina posljednjih godina kupila dronove TB2 i da su Turska i Ukrajina potpisale sporazum o proizvodnji unutar ukrajinskih granica, ali koliko ja znam, ta proizvodnja još nije počela.
Mora se koristiti na 'pametan način'

"Navodno su neke dronove isporučene transportnim zrakoplovom neposredno prije početka neprijateljstava s Rusijom", rekao je Gilli. Kijev je od 2019. kupio desetke dronova od Ankare. Korišteni su i u Libiji te u prošlogodišnjim borbama između Azerbajdžana, saveznika Turske, i Armenije u Nagorno-Karabahu.
„Dron TB2, koji proizvodi Bayraktar, jedna je od dvije ključne naoružane bespilotne letjelice koje proizvodi Turska (druga je Anka, koju proizvodi turska zrakoplovna industrija). Jeftiniji je od ostalih zapadnih modela, ali ima dobre performanse u ključnim parametrima, kao što su domet i visina, ali i u senzorima i komunikaciji“, objašnjava Gilli.
Međutim, s obzirom na snagu ruskih snaga, kakav utjecaj dronovi mogu imati u Ukrajini?
“To će ovisiti o ruskoj protuzračnoj obrani. Dronovi poput TB2 su ranjivi kada su u pitanju sustavi protuzračne obrane. Da bi bili učinkoviti, moraju se koristiti na 'pametan način', u koordinaciji s drugim sustavima elektroničkog ratovanja, koji mogu 'zaslijepiti' neprijateljske radare i odgovarajućom taktikom", rekao je Gilli.
Dronovi stavljaju Tursku u središte pažnje
Turski predsjednik Recep Tayyip Erdogan godinama održava dobre odnose s Rusijom i Ukrajinom, ali ruska invazija je to zakomplicirala.

“Turska i Ukrajina su imale dobre i prijateljske odnose prije rata”, rekao je za Al Jazeeru Erdi Ozturk, profesor međunarodnih odnosa na Londonskom sveučilištu Metropolitan.
“Turska je snažno podržavala neovisnost Ukrajine 1990-ih. Nakon stjecanja neovisnosti, radili su na uspostavljanju stabilne situacije u Crnom moru kroz gospodarsku i vojnu suradnju."
Erdogan pokušava voditi uravnoteženu politiku.
“Turska ima aktivnu ulogu sa svojim dronovima, a osam kamiona humanitarne pomoći isporučeno je lokalnim vlastima u Ukrajini i susjednoj Moldaviji. Osim toga, u prošlotjednom jednosatnom razgovoru s Moskvom, Erdogan je pozvao na hitno primirje”, rekao je Ozturk.
No, Erdogan opet mora biti oprezan, ne može si dopustiti favoriziranje bilo koje strane, jer bi to imalo sigurnosne i ekonomske posljedice.
Cristian Nitoiu, predavač diplomacije i međunarodnog upravljanja na Sveučilištu Loughborough u Londonu, rekao je za Al Jazeeru kako je malo vjerojatno da će odnosi Ankare i Moskve biti narušeni zbog korištenja turskih bespilotnih letjelica u Ukrajini.
"Siguran sam da je bilo neformalnih razgovora između Erdogana i ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina o potencijalnoj vojnoj potpori Turske Ukrajini, uključujući dronove", rekao je.

“Ankara ima dvostruki pristup, kritizirajući Rusiju zbog kršenja teritorijalnog integriteta Ukrajine i izražavajući potporu zajednici krimskih Tatara. Turska je također zatvorila Bosfor i Dardanele za ratne brodove, potez koji odgovara Rusiji, jer ne dopušta ratnim brodovima NATO-a da uđu u Crno more kako bi pomogli Ukrajini.
Također, nakon što su turske zračne snage 2015. srušile ruski zrakoplov, dvije su zemlje razvile strategije i metode ranog upozorenja za upravljanje potencijalnim vojnim napetostima.
