Predstavnici petnaest azijsko-pacifičkih zemalja stavili su svoj potpis na Sveobuhvatno regionalno ekonomsko partnerstvo, skraćeno RCEP, što je, kako se navodi, najveći sporazum o slobodnoj trgovini na svijetu.

Očekuje se da će formirani savez dodatno učvrstiti položaj Kine u regiji, a neki analitičari tvrde kako je to udarac američkom predsjedniku Donaldu Trumpu, koji je, napuštajući pregovore o sličnom udruživanju, zapravo ojačao svoga najvećeg rivala.

Vijetnam, domaćin susreta, objavio je kako RCEP obuhvaća 2,2 milijarde potrošača i gotovo 30 posto svjetske ekonomije.

Najveći trgovinski sporazum na svijetu potpisali su, naime, predstavnici Kine, Japana, Južne Koreje, Australije i Novog Zelanda te još 10 članica Saveza država jugoistočne Azije (ASEAN), a to su: Malezija, Filipini, Indonezija, Vijetnam, Singapur, Tajland, Brunej, Kambodža, Laos i Mjanmar.

Potpisivanjem najvećega trgovinskog sporazuma na svijetu, Azija pokazuje političku dalekovidnost i dokazuje da se uspon Kine ne može zaustaviti konfrontacijom, navodi za DW Martin Fritz, koji podsjeća kako se SAD opredijelio za sankcije, zabrane investicija i kaznene carine za neke kineske tvrtke.

Azija, pak, bira suprotan put – kresanje carina unutar najveće svjetske zone slobodne trgovine, a ovaj način, tvrdi autor, obećava mnogo više uspjeha u zauzdavanju Kine koju može "privoljeti da se drži pravila liberalnog sustava svjetskoga gospodarstva".

Ekonomist prof. dr. Ljubo Jurčić misli kako je novi sporazum realiziran na poticaj Kine, koja sebi stvara tržište za svoje velike proizvodne kapacitete, s jedne strane, dok je, s druge strane, dogovor potaknut zbog izlaska SAD-a iz transpacifičkog partnerstva.

– Zemlje potpisnice RCEPa su prije očekivale da će se SAD uključiti u transpacifičko partnerstvo, gdje će Amerika biti lokomotiva razvoja tih država. Onda je Trump iz toga izvukao Ameriku, vjerojatno ne misleći da će Kina vidjeti mogućnost i puno povoljniju situaciju za uspostavu azijskog sporazuma u kojem nema SAD-a. Kini ide naruku što se u takvim dogovorima ne pojavljuje, recimo to tako, kao izrabljivač, nego više u tom sporazumu pomaže drugim zemljama da se razviju. Ona je to radila u velikoj azijskoj krizi krajem 90-ih godina prošlog stoljeća. Kina je tada na sebe preuzela teret krize veći nego što je trebala te je tako olakšala tim zemljama da lakše prebrode probleme, dakle, na svoju štetu. Isto tako se ponašala 2008. i 2009. godine pa je za očekivati da Kina bliže sebi povuče ove zemlje – naglasio je naš sugovornik.

Indija ide s Amerikom

On primjećuje kako je zanimljivo što Indija nije dio velikog sporazuma o slobodnoj trgovini.

– Velika Indija je najbliža Americi. Kada je Trump došao u Indiju, imao je najgrandiozniji doček i tada su sklopljeni ugovori. Amerika je, dakle, privukla Indiju bliže sebi, a, tradicionalno, Indija i Kina gledaju se kao neka vrste suparnika, i to je, recimo, nekakvo "nevidljivo objašnjenje". Drugo objašnjenje je što bi kineska puno efikasnija proizvodnja i jeftiniji proizvodi mogli naštetiti indijskoj proizvodnji – istaknuo je ekonomski stručnjak.

Profesor ističe kako je američki predsjednik Donald Trump vršio pritisak na Japan, Australiju i Južnu Koreju, i to će i sada činiti, ali ovdje je u pitanju interes.

– Amerika je draga i Australiji i Japanu i Južnoj Koreji, ali svatko gleda svoj interes, s tim što su SAD-u otvorena vrata. Americi je, naime, dana mogućnost da se to pretvori u veliki transpacifički sporazum, odnosno da se u taj sporazum uključi i SAD. To je igra. Osnovna politika SAD-a, neovisno o tome je li na čelu zemlje Trump ili Biden, jest usporiti Peking te sačuvati američku dominantnu poziciju na svijetu barem sljedećih 50-ak godina – zaključio je dr. Jurčić, koji podsjeća kako tu poziciju najviše ugrožava brzorastuća Kina.

Predstavnici petnaest azijsko-pacifičkih zemalja stavili su svoj potpis na Sveobuhvatno regionalno ekonomsko partnerstvo, skraćeno RCEP, što je, kako se navodi, najveći sporazum o slobodnoj trgovini na svijetu.

Očekuje se da će formirani savez dodatno učvrstiti položaj Kine u regiji, a neki analitičari tvrde kako je to udarac američkom predsjedniku Donaldu Trumpu, koji je, napuštajući pregovore o sličnom udruživanju, zapravo ojačao svoga najvećeg rivala.

Vijetnam, domaćin susreta, objavio je kako RCEP obuhvaća 2,2 milijarde potrošača i gotovo 30 posto svjetske ekonomije.

Najveći trgovinski sporazum na svijetu potpisali su, naime, predstavnici Kine, Japana, Južne Koreje, Australije i Novog Zelanda te još 10 članica Saveza država jugoistočne Azije (ASEAN), a to su: Malezija, Filipini, Indonezija, Vijetnam, Singapur, Tajland, Brunej, Kambodža, Laos i Mjanmar.

Potpisivanjem najvećega trgovinskog sporazuma na svijetu, Azija pokazuje političku dalekovidnost i dokazuje da se uspon Kine ne može zaustaviti konfrontacijom, navodi za DW Martin Fritz, koji podsjeća kako se SAD opredijelio za sankcije, zabrane investicija i kaznene carine za neke kineske tvrtke.

Azija, pak, bira suprotan put – kresanje carina unutar najveće svjetske zone slobodne trgovine, a ovaj način, tvrdi autor, obećava mnogo više uspjeha u zauzdavanju Kine koju može "privoljeti da se drži pravila liberalnog sustava svjetskoga gospodarstva".

Ekonomist prof. dr. Ljubo Jurčić misli kako je novi sporazum realiziran na poticaj Kine, koja sebi stvara tržište za svoje velike proizvodne kapacitete, s jedne strane, dok je, s druge strane, dogovor potaknut zbog izlaska SAD-a iz transpacifičkog partnerstva.

– Zemlje potpisnice RCEPa su prije očekivale da će se SAD uključiti u transpacifičko partnerstvo, gdje će Amerika biti lokomotiva razvoja tih država. Onda je Trump iz toga izvukao Ameriku, vjerojatno ne misleći da će Kina vidjeti mogućnost i puno povoljniju situaciju za uspostavu azijskog sporazuma u kojem nema SAD-a. Kini ide naruku što se u takvim dogovorima ne pojavljuje, recimo to tako, kao izrabljivač, nego više u tom sporazumu pomaže drugim zemljama da se razviju. Ona je to radila u velikoj azijskoj krizi krajem 90-ih godina prošlog stoljeća. Kina je tada na sebe preuzela teret krize veći nego što je trebala te je tako olakšala tim zemljama da lakše prebrode probleme, dakle, na svoju štetu. Isto tako se ponašala 2008. i 2009. godine pa je za očekivati da Kina bliže sebi povuče ove zemlje – naglasio je naš sugovornik.

Indija ide s Amerikom

On primjećuje kako je zanimljivo što Indija nije dio velikog sporazuma o slobodnoj trgovini.

– Velika Indija je najbliža Americi. Kada je Trump došao u Indiju, imao je najgrandiozniji doček i tada su sklopljeni ugovori. Amerika je, dakle, privukla Indiju bliže sebi, a, tradicionalno, Indija i Kina gledaju se kao neka vrste suparnika, i to je, recimo, nekakvo "nevidljivo objašnjenje". Drugo objašnjenje je što bi kineska puno efikasnija proizvodnja i jeftiniji proizvodi mogli naštetiti indijskoj proizvodnji – istaknuo je ekonomski stručnjak.

Profesor ističe kako je američki predsjednik Donald Trump vršio pritisak na Japan, Australiju i Južnu Koreju, i to će i sada činiti, ali ovdje je u pitanju interes.

– Amerika je draga i Australiji i Japanu i Južnoj Koreji, ali svatko gleda svoj interes, s tim što su SAD-u otvorena vrata. Americi je, naime, dana mogućnost da se to pretvori u veliki transpacifički sporazum, odnosno da se u taj sporazum uključi i SAD. To je igra. Osnovna politika SAD-a, neovisno o tome je li na čelu zemlje Trump ili Biden, jest usporiti Peking te sačuvati američku dominantnu poziciju na svijetu barem sljedećih 50-ak godina – zaključio je dr. Jurčić, koji podsjeća kako tu poziciju najviše ugrožava brzorastuća Kina.

Predstavnici petnaest azijsko-pacifičkih zemalja stavili su svoj potpis na Sveobuhvatno regionalno ekonomsko partnerstvo, skraćeno RCEP, što je, kako se navodi, najveći sporazum o slobodnoj trgovini na svijetu.

Očekuje se da će formirani savez dodatno učvrstiti položaj Kine u regiji, a neki analitičari tvrde kako je to udarac američkom predsjedniku Donaldu Trumpu, koji je, napuštajući pregovore o sličnom udruživanju, zapravo ojačao svoga najvećeg rivala.

Vijetnam, domaćin susreta, objavio je kako RCEP obuhvaća 2,2 milijarde potrošača i gotovo 30 posto svjetske ekonomije.
