Od početka napada na Ukrajinu Rusija se već drugi put našla pred bankrotom, premda u periodu počeka od 30 dana, u kojem još uvijek može vratiti dug u dolarima.

Nakon isteka toga roka Rusija bi se, piše Index, našla u potpunom bankrotu, prvi put još od Boljševika i Lenjina koji su odbili vratiti dug carske Rusije. Čak i u vrijeme financijske krize 1998. Rusija je vraćala inozemni dug iako je prestala vraćati dug domaćim investitorima.

Naime, kako tvrde iz agencije za kreditni rejting Standard&Poors, Rusiji prijeti bankrot jer je nudila vraćanje duga u rubljima, a ne u dolarima.

Situacija je nastala kada je Rusija pokušala platiti u rubljima dvije dolarske obveznice koje su dospjele na naplatu 4. travnja. Agencija za kreditni rejting Standards&Poors tvrdi da je to slučaj "selektivnog bankrota", jer investitori, tj. vlasnici obveznica najvjerojatnije neće moći zamijeniti rublje za dolare.

"Selektivni bankrot" (SD) je prema definiciji S&P situacija u kojoj dužnik, u ovom slučaju Rusija, ne vraća dio svog duga, ali ne na sav dug. Kako još postoji period počeka od 30 dana, iako je dug na obveznice dospio 4. travnja, a druge dugove Rusija vraća, situacija se još ne klasificira kao potpuni bankrot.

 Ali agencija za kreditni rejting S&P ne očekuje da će u tom roku Rusija konvertirati rublje u dolare i time vratiti dug, s obzirom na sankcije Zapada koje umanjuju "volju i tehničke mogućnosti da ispoštuje odredbe i uvjete" svojih obaveza.

Iz Kremlja tvrde kako nema temelja za bankrot, te najavljuju tužbu.

"Tužit ćemo, jer smo poduzeli sve potrebne radnje kako bi ulagači primili svoje uplate", rekao je ministar financija Anton Siluanov za prokremljanski list Izvestia u ponedjeljak 11. travnja, prenosi Index.

"Pokazat ćemo sudu dokaz o našim uplatama kako bismo potvrdili naše napore da plaćamo u rubljima, baš kao što smo radili u stranoj valuti. To neće biti jednostavan proces", dodao je. Nije rekao koga Rusija planira tužiti.

Glasnogovornik Kremlja Dmitrij Peskov je rekao da bi bilo kakav bankrot bio "umjetan" jer Rusija ima dolare za platiti, ali im jednostavno ne može pristupiti.

"Nema temelja za stvarni bankrot", rekao je Peskov. "Ni blizu."

Iz agencije za kreditni rejting Standard&Poors navode i kako je rubalj opet izgubio na vrijednosti nakon što je u prijašnjim tjednima nadoknadio gotovo sve gubitke od početka napada na Ukrajinu. Osim toga, Središnjoj banci Rusije zamrznuto je čak pola od 640 milijardi inozemnih pričuva, prenosi Index.

Od početka napada na Ukrajinu Rusija se već drugi put našla pred bankrotom, premda u periodu počeka od 30 dana, u kojem još uvijek može vratiti dug u dolarima.

Nakon isteka toga roka Rusija bi se, piše Index, našla u potpunom bankrotu, prvi put još od Boljševika i Lenjina koji su odbili vratiti dug carske Rusije. Čak i u vrijeme financijske krize 1998. Rusija je vraćala inozemni dug iako je prestala vraćati dug domaćim investitorima.

Naime, kako tvrde iz agencije za kreditni rejting Standard&Poors, Rusiji prijeti bankrot jer je nudila vraćanje duga u rubljima, a ne u dolarima.

Situacija je nastala kada je Rusija pokušala platiti u rubljima dvije dolarske obveznice koje su dospjele na naplatu 4. travnja. Agencija za kreditni rejting Standards&Poors tvrdi da je to slučaj "selektivnog bankrota", jer investitori, tj. vlasnici obveznica najvjerojatnije neće moći zamijeniti rublje za dolare.

"Selektivni bankrot" (SD) je prema definiciji S&P situacija u kojoj dužnik, u ovom slučaju Rusija, ne vraća dio svog duga, ali ne na sav dug. Kako još postoji period počeka od 30 dana, iako je dug na obveznice dospio 4. travnja, a druge dugove Rusija vraća, situacija se još ne klasificira kao potpuni bankrot.

 Ali agencija za kreditni rejting S&P ne očekuje da će u tom roku Rusija konvertirati rublje u dolare i time vratiti dug, s obzirom na sankcije Zapada koje umanjuju "volju i tehničke mogućnosti da ispoštuje odredbe i uvjete" svojih obaveza.

Iz Kremlja tvrde kako nema temelja za bankrot, te najavljuju tužbu.

"Tužit ćemo, jer smo poduzeli sve potrebne radnje kako bi ulagači primili svoje uplate", rekao je ministar financija Anton Siluanov za prokremljanski list Izvestia u ponedjeljak 11. travnja, prenosi Index.

"Pokazat ćemo sudu dokaz o našim uplatama kako bismo potvrdili naše napore da plaćamo u rubljima, baš kao što smo radili u stranoj valuti. To neće biti jednostavan proces", dodao je. Nije rekao koga Rusija planira tužiti.

Glasnogovornik Kremlja Dmitrij Peskov je rekao da bi bilo kakav bankrot bio "umjetan" jer Rusija ima dolare za platiti, ali im jednostavno ne može pristupiti.

"Nema temelja za stvarni bankrot", rekao je Peskov. "Ni blizu."

Iz agencije za kreditni rejting Standard&Poors navode i kako je rubalj opet izgubio na vrijednosti nakon što je u prijašnjim tjednima nadoknadio gotovo sve gubitke od početka napada na Ukrajinu. Osim toga, Središnjoj banci Rusije zamrznuto je čak pola od 640 milijardi inozemnih pričuva, prenosi Index.

Od početka napada na Ukrajinu Rusija se već drugi put našla pred bankrotom, premda u periodu počeka od 30 dana, u kojem još uvijek može vratiti dug u dolarima.

Nakon isteka toga roka Rusija bi se, piše Index, našla u potpunom bankrotu, prvi put još od Boljševika i Lenjina koji su odbili vratiti dug carske Rusije. Čak i u vrijeme financijske krize 1998. Rusija je vraćala inozemni dug iako je prestala vraćati dug domaćim investitorima.

Naime, kako tvrde iz agencije za kreditni rejting Standard&Poors, Rusiji prijeti bankrot jer je nudila vraćanje duga u rubljima, a ne u dolarima.

Situacija je nastala kada je Rusija pokušala platiti u rubljima dvije dolarske obveznice koje su dospjele na naplatu 4. travnja. Agencija za kreditni rejting Standards&Poors tvrdi da je to slučaj...
