Viktor Medvedčuk, ukrajinski oligarh i Putinov osobni prijatelj koji je nakon skrivanja u Kijevu ulovljen, optužen za izdaju i sad živi u Rusiji nakon razmjene zatvorenika, osnovao je politički pokret u egzilu pod imenom ‘Druga Ukrajina‘.

Organizacija uglavnom okuplja bjegunce ukrajinskog porijekla slične njemu: političke komentatore proruskih televizija, članove njegove predratne stranke ‘Oporbena platforma – za život‘ i njezinih lokalnih vijeća, te druge političare i proruske stratege optužene u Ukrajini za izdaju i separatizam.

Projekt ‘Another Ukraine‘ počeo se razabirati kroz društvene mreže krajem siječnja ove godine, kroz poruke proruske propagande koju su javno počeli širiti Putinovi dugogodišnji lakeji s nekadašnjim ukrajinskim adresama.

Citati i opservacije tih bjegunaca iz zemlje su prilično plošni i predvidivi: govore o navodnim "ludim nacistima u Ukrajini", "sotonizmu i bezakonju", "oskvrnuću Kijevskoga manastira Pećine” i sličnim podvalama, te ih se potom naveliko citira u medijima pod kontrolom Kremlja.

Ukrajinska Pravda navodi kako je značajno da se Medvedčukovom političkom pokretu pridružio Volodimir Skačko, optužen za podrivanje teritorijalne cjelovitosti i nepovredivosti Ukrajine. Skačka ukrajinska služba sigurnosti traži ga još od ožujka 2019., kad je izbjegao u Moskvu.

Tu je i ‘politički stručnjak‘ Jurij Dudkin, kojega se od 2021. tereti za veleizdaju i povredu jednakosti građana. Iz Ukrajine je pobjegao u lipnju lanjske godine preko Poljske. Bivši ukrajinski novinar Denis Zharkik, propagandist interesa Moskve, također je bio obuhvaćen istragom te je prešao ukrajinsko-slovačku granicu prošlog rujna, a sad je u Rusiji i propagira ideju o ‘Drugoj Ukrajini‘. Politički strateg Andrij Mišin, dugogodišnji suradnik Viktora Medvedčuka, pobjegao je iz Ukrajine prije cigla dva mjeseca, preko Poljske i Bjelorusije. Očito je podmitio nekoga jer se sad u Ukrajini vodi istraga kako je uspio umaknuti tijekom izvanrednog stanja.

Od ostalih viđenijih članova ‘Druge Ukrajine‘ ukrajinski mediji nabrajaju analitičara Oleksandra Potemkina koji je od Volodimira Zelenskog prije dvije godine tražio da prepusti vlast Viktoru Medvedčuku, novinara Oleha Jasjinskija, Olene Bronitske koja je u Ukrajini vodila covid-kampanju za cijepljenje ruskim cjepivom. Dva gradska zastupnika ukrajinskih gradova također su postali glasnogovornici ‘Druge Ukrajine‘: Bohdan Hihanov iz Odese i Maksim Nevinčanji iz Mikolajiva.

Koncept ‘alternativne Ukrajine‘ Viktora Medvedčuka, čiji se perjanici okupljaju u Moskvi i drugim ruskim gradovima, neodoljivo podsjeća na slučaj Aleksandra Apolonia, samozvanog kneza prosrpske Dubrovačke Republike tijekom agresije na hrvatski jug početkom devedesetih.

Apolonio je najprije na poticaj beogradske Miloševićeve vlasti i pod osiguranjem JNA u okupiranom Cavtatu s šačicom istomišljenika osnovao Pokret za demilitarizaciju i autonomiju Dubrovačke Republike. To je propagandno naveliko korišteno u srbijanskim medijima onog vremena kao dokaz da postoje Dubrovčani koji nisu za hrvatsku državu, nego za samosvojnost Dubrovnika pod zaštitom jugovojske.

Nesuđeni ‘knez‘ Dubrovačke Republike umro je koju godinu kasnije u Beogradu u progonstvu, kao zaboravljena jednokratna marioneta tamošnje hegemonističke politike.

Viktor Medvedčuk, ukrajinski oligarh i Putinov osobni prijatelj koji je nakon skrivanja u Kijevu ulovljen, optužen za izdaju i sad živi u Rusiji nakon razmjene zatvorenika, osnovao je politički pokret u egzilu pod imenom ‘Druga Ukrajina‘.

Organizacija uglavnom okuplja bjegunce ukrajinskog porijekla slične njemu: političke komentatore proruskih televizija, članove njegove predratne stranke ‘Oporbena platforma – za život‘ i njezinih lokalnih vijeća, te druge političare i proruske stratege optužene u Ukrajini za izdaju i separatizam.

Projekt ‘Another Ukraine‘ počeo se razabirati kroz društvene mreže krajem siječnja ove godine, kroz poruke proruske propagande koju su javno počeli širiti Putinovi dugogodišnji lakeji s nekadašnjim ukrajinskim adresama.

Citati i opservacije tih bjegunaca iz zemlje su prilično plošni i predvidivi: govore o navodnim "ludim nacistima u Ukrajini", "sotonizmu i bezakonju", "oskvrnuću Kijevskoga manastira Pećine” i sličnim podvalama, te ih se potom naveliko citira u medijima pod kontrolom Kremlja.

Ukrajinska Pravda navodi kako je značajno da se Medvedčukovom političkom pokretu pridružio Volodimir Skačko, optužen za podrivanje teritorijalne cjelovitosti i nepovredivosti Ukrajine. Skačka ukrajinska služba sigurnosti traži ga još od ožujka 2019., kad je izbjegao u Moskvu.

Tu je i ‘politički stručnjak‘ Jurij Dudkin, kojega se od 2021. tereti za veleizdaju i povredu jednakosti građana. Iz Ukrajine je pobjegao u lipnju lanjske godine preko Poljske. Bivši ukrajinski novinar Denis Zharkik, propagandist interesa Moskve, također je bio obuhvaćen istragom te je prešao ukrajinsko-slovačku granicu prošlog rujna, a sad je u Rusiji i propagira ideju o ‘Drugoj Ukrajini‘. Politički strateg Andrij Mišin, dugogodišnji suradnik Viktora Medvedčuka, pobjegao je iz Ukrajine prije cigla dva mjeseca, preko Poljske i Bjelorusije. Očito je podmitio nekoga jer se sad u Ukrajini vodi istraga kako je uspio umaknuti tijekom izvanrednog stanja.

Od ostalih viđenijih članova ‘Druge Ukrajine‘ ukrajinski mediji nabrajaju analitičara Oleksandra Potemkina koji je od Volodimira Zelenskog prije dvije godine tražio da prepusti vlast Viktoru Medvedčuku, novinara Oleha Jasjinskija, Olene Bronitske koja je u Ukrajini vodila covid-kampanju za cijepljenje ruskim cjepivom. Dva gradska zastupnika ukrajinskih gradova također su postali glasnogovornici ‘Druge Ukrajine‘: Bohdan Hihanov iz Odese i Maksim Nevinčanji iz Mikolajiva.

Koncept ‘alternativne Ukrajine‘ Viktora Medvedčuka, čiji se perjanici okupljaju u Moskvi i drugim ruskim gradovima, neodoljivo podsjeća na slučaj Aleksandra Apolonia, samozvanog kneza prosrpske Dubrovačke Republike tijekom agresije na hrvatski jug početkom devedesetih.

Apolonio je najprije na poticaj beogradske Miloševićeve vlasti i pod osiguranjem JNA u okupiranom Cavtatu s šačicom istomišljenika osnovao Pokret za demilitarizaciju i autonomiju Dubrovačke Republike. To je propagandno naveliko korišteno u srbijanskim medijima onog vremena kao dokaz da postoje Dubrovčani koji nisu za hrvatsku državu, nego za samosvojnost Dubrovnika pod zaštitom jugovojske.

Nesuđeni ‘knez‘ Dubrovačke Republike umro je koju godinu kasnije u Beogradu u progonstvu, kao zaboravljena jednokratna marioneta tamošnje hegemonističke politike.
