Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin je u utorak, uoči glasovanja Rusa o reformama koje bi ga mogle zadržati na vlasti do 2036., povećao poreze bogatim Rusima i ponudio novu državnu pomoć obiteljima s djecom.

U obraćanju naciji putem televizije 67-godišnji Putin rekao je da je odgovor Rusije na krizu zbog koronavirusa spasio desetke tisuća života i naložio proširenje nekoliko mjera za ublažavanje gospodarskih posljedica zdravstvene krize.

Odustajući od jedinstvene, proporcionalne, porezne stope bez obzira na dohodak od 13 posto, uvedene prije gotovo dva desetljeća, Putin je rekao da će bogati sada plaćati 15 posto na godišnji prihod iznad pet milijuna rublji (72.833 dolara) i da će dodatni porezni prihodi ići za pomoć bolesnoj djeci.   

Taj potez, koji će se provoditi od siječnja, vjerojatno će dobro odjeknuti kod glasača frustriranih padom dohotka. Mnogi od njih ne vole klasu bogatih poslovnih ljudi koja se uzdigla nakon sloma SSSR-a. 

Putin se naciji obratio uoči sedmodnevnog općeg glasovanja koje počinje u četvrtak, a na kojem Rusi trebaju prihvatiti ili odbaciti niz ustavnih reformi, uključujući onu koja bi Putinu omogućila da na čelu države ostane još dva mandata umjesto da odstupi 2024. godine.

Putin je obećao proširiti program pomoći obiteljima s hipotekama i dati jednokratnu pomoć od 10.000 rublji za svako dijete do 16 godina starosti koje imaju. Te će im mjere pomoći ublažiti posljedice krize, rekao je. 

Rusija je treća u svijetu po broju slučajeva zaraze covidom-19. Sada je uvelike ukinula mjere za suzbijanje pandemije no očekuje da će zbog krize gospodarstvo ove godine pasti za šest posto.  

Putin je također predložio smanjenje poreza za IT tvrtke s 20 na 3 posto. Iako nije izneseno više pojedinosti, zahvajujući tom prijedlogu vrijednost dionica ruskog internetskog diva porasla je za više od tri posto.

Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin je u utorak, uoči glasovanja Rusa o reformama koje bi ga mogle zadržati na vlasti do 2036., povećao poreze bogatim Rusima i ponudio novu državnu pomoć obiteljima s djecom.

U obraćanju naciji putem televizije 67-godišnji Putin rekao je da je odgovor Rusije na krizu zbog koronavirusa spasio desetke tisuća života i naložio proširenje nekoliko mjera za ublažavanje gospodarskih posljedica zdravstvene krize.

Odustajući od jedinstvene, proporcionalne, porezne stope bez obzira na dohodak od 13 posto, uvedene prije gotovo dva desetljeća, Putin je rekao da će bogati sada plaćati 15 posto na godišnji prihod iznad pet milijuna rublji (72.833 dolara) i da će dodatni porezni prihodi ići za pomoć bolesnoj djeci.   

Taj potez, koji će se provoditi od siječnja, vjerojatno će dobro odjeknuti kod glasača frustriranih padom dohotka. Mnogi od njih ne vole klasu bogatih poslovnih ljudi koja se uzdigla nakon sloma SSSR-a. 

Putin se naciji obratio uoči sedmodnevnog općeg glasovanja koje počinje u četvrtak, a na kojem Rusi trebaju prihvatiti ili odbaciti niz ustavnih reformi, uključujući onu koja bi Putinu omogućila da na čelu države ostane još dva mandata umjesto da odstupi 2024. godine.

Putin je obećao proširiti program pomoći obiteljima s hipotekama i dati jednokratnu pomoć od 10.000 rublji za svako dijete do 16 godina starosti koje imaju. Te će im mjere pomoći ublažiti posljedice krize, rekao je. 

Rusija je treća u svijetu po broju slučajeva zaraze covidom-19. Sada je uvelike ukinula mjere za suzbijanje pandemije no očekuje da će zbog krize gospodarstvo ove godine pasti za šest posto.  

Putin je također predložio smanjenje poreza za IT tvrtke s 20 na 3 posto. Iako nije izneseno više pojedinosti, zahvajujući tom prijedlogu vrijednost dionica ruskog internetskog diva porasla je za više od tri posto.

Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin je u utorak, uoči glasovanja Rusa o reformama koje bi ga mogle zadržati na vlasti do 2036., povećao poreze bogatim Rusima i ponudio novu državnu pomoć obiteljima s djecom.

U obraćanju naciji putem televizije 67-godišnji Putin rekao je da je odgovor Rusije na krizu zbog koronavirusa spasio desetke tisuća života i naložio proširenje nekoliko mjera za ublažavanje gospodarskih posljedica zdravstvene krize.

Odustajući od jedinstvene, proporcionalne, porezne stope bez obzira na dohodak od 13 posto, uvedene prije gotovo dva desetljeća, Putin je rekao da će bogati sada plaćati 15 posto na godišnji prihod iznad pet milijuna rublji (72.833 dolara) i da će dodatni porezni prihodi ići za pomoć bolesnoj djeci.
