Putinovo ministarstvo obrane opet regrutira po ruskim kaznionicama. Praksa koju je usavršio smaknuti šef plaćeničke vojske Wagner Jevgenij Prigožin ostaje jedina nada Kremlja za pronalazak sigurnoga topovskoga mesa za nastavak rata u Ukrajini.
Ruski robijaši – kriminalci i prijestupnici raznih profila – više, međutim, ne popunjavaju redove u međuvremenu reformiranoga i rasformiranoga Wagnera. Nove kažnjeničke postrojbe za njihov angažman u Ukrajini poznate su kao ‘Oluja-Z‘.

Odredi ‘Oluja-Z‘ navodno se unutar ruske vojske mahom tretiraju kao potrošna roba rutinski bačena u bitku, te s jako malo obzira prema životima. Postoje naznake da se u postrojbe ‘Oluja-Z‘ po kazni često prebacuju i vojnici koji u drugim jedinicama iskazuju neposluh ili počine drastičnije prekršaje.
BBC piše kako njihovi izvori iz Rusije govore da je ministarstvo obrane Sergeja Šojgua u potpunosti preuzelo od Wagnera zadaću regrutiranja zatvorenika za rat. Radi se, međutim, po istoj shemi kao i u vrijeme Jevgenija Prigožina: zatvorenici potpisuju ugovore s ministarstvom obrane, a nakon što odrade šest mjeseci ili više mogu slobodno ići kući s izbrisanim kaznenim dosjeima, ili nastaviti ratovati.

Ako je suditi po informacijama koje su iz razgovora s jednim pripadnikom trupa ‘Oluja-Z‘ izvukli na web-stranici Sever Realii, ruski kažnjenici za prelazak u regrute dobivaju izdašne plaće od oko 2000 dolara mjesečno. Povrh toga, za ranjavanje ili invaliditet im je obećano oko 30 tisuća dolara, te oko 50 tisuća za pogibiju, a što se isplaćuje njihovoj obitelji. To mnogima iza rešetaka više nego dobro zvuči, makar dok ne dođu na prvu liniju i shvate da su bez ikakve zaštite u velikoj Putinovoj mašini za mljevenje mesa.
Dok ih ne prikuju na prvoj crti, propagandisti Kremlja jako se trude popularizirati takav potez po robijašnicama. Ruske novine Moskovski Komsomolec intervjuirale su nedavno osuđenog ubojicu koji je odslužio samo šest godina od svoje 19-godišnje zatvorske kazne prije nego što se pridružio ruskoj vojsci, tj. postrojbi ‘Oluja-Z‘. Ratovanje opisuje idiličnim riječima, te kao vrlo praktičnu stvar za skraćivanje robije.

"Nije važno jeste li vojnik po ugovoru, osuđenik ili mobilizirani. Svi mi smo na bojištu kao jedno, jedna obitelj", hvali se bivši ubojica koji je preko noći postao heroj i ruski domoljub.
Ministarstvo obrane u Moskvi prvi put je svoje "olujne jedinice" spomenulo još 25. siječnja ove godine, objavivši video s njihove borbene obuke. Ne otkrivajući da je riječ o kriminalcima, rečeno je samo da je posao postrojbi Oluja-Z probiti najsloženije slojevite dijelove ukrajinske obrane.
U praksi to najčešće znači da ih se tjera naprijed bez puno razmišljanja o izgledima za preživljavanje. Ovakve jedinice u ruskoj tradiciji nisu novost i zapravo baštine praksu Staljinovih kaznenih postrojbi koje su bez milosti bacane u vatru gdje je najgore.

Zapovjedni kadar im uglavnom čine bezobzirni ljudožderi skloni sadističkom maltretiranju, no bivši kažnjenici nipošto nisu i jedini ruski vojnici koje se brutalno žrtvuje i tjera naprijed, te pod stalnom prijetnjom pucanja u njih u slučaju povlačenja.
Conflict Intelligence Team (CIT), istraživačka skupina koja prati i analizira ratne sukobe nedavno je u ruskim selima Prudboj u Volgogradskoj oblasti i Tocki u Orenburškoj regiji otkrila da postoje jame za mučenje ruskih vojnika tijekom obuke. Iskopali su ih neki od zapovjednika jedinica ‘Oluja-Z‘ i u njih bacaju one koji nisu izvršili zapovijedi ili su uhvaćeni pijani ili drogirani. Nakon takvog brutalnog ‘preodgoja‘, šalju se na front.

Odredi ‘Oluja-Z‘ navodno se unutar ruske vojske mahom tretiraju kao potrošna roba rutinski bačena u bitku, te s jako malo obzira prema životima. Postoje naznake da se u postrojbe ‘Oluja-Z‘ po kazni često prebacuju i vojnici koji u drugim jedinicama iskazuju neposluh ili počine drastičnije prekršaje.
BBC piše kako njihovi izvori iz Rusije govore da je ministarstvo obrane Sergeja Šojgua u potpunosti preuzelo od Wagnera zadaću regrutiranja zatvorenika za rat. Radi se, međutim, po istoj shemi kao i u vrijeme Jevgenija Prigožina: zatvorenici potpisuju ugovore s ministarstvom obrane, a nakon što odrade šest mjeseci ili više mogu slobodno ići kući s izbrisanim kaznenim dosjeima, ili nastaviti ratovati.

Ako je suditi po informacijama koje su iz razgovora s jednim pripadnikom trupa ‘Oluja-Z‘ izvukli na web-stranici Sever Realii, ruski kažnjenici za prelazak u regrute dobivaju izdašne plaće od oko 2000 dolara mjesečno. Povrh toga, za ranjavanje ili invaliditet im je obećano oko 30 tisuća dolara, te oko 50 tisuća za pogibiju, a što se isplaćuje njihovoj obitelji. To mnogima iza rešetaka više nego dobro zvuči, makar dok ne dođu na prvu liniju i shvate da su bez ikakve zaštite u velikoj Putinovoj mašini za mljevenje mesa.
Dok ih ne prikuju na prvoj crti, propagandisti Kremlja jako se trude popularizirati takav potez po robijašnicama. Ruske novine Moskovski Komsomolec intervjuirale su nedavno osuđenog ubojicu koji je odslužio samo šest godina od svoje 19-godišnje zatvorske kazne prije nego što se pridružio ruskoj vojsci, tj. postrojbi ‘Oluja-Z‘. Ratovanje opisuje idiličnim riječima, te kao vrlo praktičnu stvar za skraćivanje robije.

Ministarstvo obrane u Moskvi prvi put je svoje "olujne jedinice" spomenulo još 25. siječnja ove godine, objavivši video s njihove borbene obuke. Ne otkrivajući da je riječ o kriminalcima, rečeno je samo da je posao postrojbi Oluja-Z probiti najsloženije slojevite dijelove ukrajinske obrane.
U praksi to najčešće znači da ih se tjera naprijed bez puno razmišljanja o izgledima za preživljavanje. Ovakve jedinice u ruskoj tradiciji nisu novost i zapravo baštine praksu Staljinovih kaznenih postrojbi koje su bez milosti bacane u vatru gdje je najgore.

Zapovjedni kadar im uglavnom čine bezobzirni ljudožderi skloni sadističkom maltretiranju, no bivši kažnjenici nipošto nisu i jedini ruski vojnici koje se brutalno žrtvuje i tjera naprijed, te pod stalnom prijetnjom pucanja u njih u slučaju povlačenja.
Conflict Intelligence Team (CIT), istraživačka skupina koja prati i analizira ratne sukobe nedavno je u ruskim selima Prudboj u Volgogradskoj oblasti i Tocki u Orenburškoj regiji otkrila da postoje jame za mučenje ruskih vojnika tijekom obuke. Iskopali su ih neki od zapovjednika jedinica ‘Oluja-Z‘ i u njih bacaju one koji nisu izvršili zapovijedi ili su uhvaćeni pijani ili drogirani. Nakon takvog brutalnog ‘preodgoja‘, šalju se na front.
