Peti ovogodišnji susret ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina sa svojim bjeloruskim kolegom Aleksandrom Lukašenkom, iako najkraći, trajao je tri sata (prijašnji su se znali oduljiti i preko šest sati) i bio je, čini se, najkonkretniji. Vladimir Putin i Aleksandar Lukašenko razgovarali su i dogovorili se o daljnjim koracima sve tješnjeg povezivanja i integracije (neki kažu da se tu, zapravo, radi o polaganoj i puzećoj aneksiji Bjelorusije) dviju država, prema njihovu ugovoru o saveznoj državi, donosi Jutarnji list. 

I moskovski list Komersant poigrava se riječima, te u svom izvješću sa susreta dvojice predsjednika (svi susreti su isključivo bili na ruskom terenu) naziva Lukašenka, pomalo ironično - Integrator Aleksandar I. Naime, usuglašeno je čak 28 saveznih programa, a u prvom redu dogovoreno je "objedinjavanje, odnosno stvaranje zajedničkog energetskog tržišta" (do 1. prosinca 2023. potpisat će se dokument o stvaranju zajedničkog plinskog tržišta) te osnivanje zajedničkog platnog prostora i prometa, čime zapravo Bjelorusija postaje potpuno ovisna o ruskim energentima - plinu i nafti, ali ni sama neće proći loše jer se Rusija obvezala da će Bjelorusiji zbog toga prodavati plin po 128,5 dolara za tisuću kubika (cijena plina baš je ovih dana na svjetskom tržištu dosegnula rekordnih 700 dolara za tisuću kubika) čime će Rusija imati ozbiljne, milijardske, pišu čak i moskovski mediji, rupe u proračunu, ali će zato Lukašenko dobiti dodatnu ekonomsku sigurnost i ojačati vlastiti proračun, što mu svakako treba da se u ovoj situaciji održi na vlasti.

Zajam susjedu

Osim toga, Putin se obvezao da će do kraja 2022. godine Bjelorusiji dati još 630-640 milijuna dolara kredita (nedavna polovina milijarde dolara išla je gotovo isključivo na podmirenje plaća i sredstava za sigurnosni, vojni i policijski aparat na koji se Lukašenkov režim oslanja, pogotovo zbog sve većeg vala prosvjeda koji posljednju godinu traju u Bjelorusiji) mada već duguje više od osam milijardi dolara, a Rusija će sudjelovati i u izgradnji nuklearke. Kako izvještavaju ruski mediji, Lukašenko je osim "jedinstvenog platnog prostora" predlagao i zajedničku valutu, ali je Putin presjekao tu temu rekavši da "još nije vrijeme za taj potez".

Dok su dva predsjednika razgovarala, na zapadnim granicama Bjelorusije, prema Litvi i Poljskoj, počela je zajednička vojna bjelorusko-ruska vježba Zapad 2021, u kojoj se uvježbava "obrana od NATO-ova napada".

Vojska Srbije na vježbama

Sudjeluje 200 tisuća vojnika, a pridružila im se i vojska Srbije. Inače, to je područje gdje, posljednjih mjeseci, Lukašenko, kao odgovor na sankcije i izolaciju kojima su ga izložili EU i SAD, "koncentrira" brojne migrante kojima je cilj Europska unija. Deseci tisuća migranata već su u Bjelorusiji, pa je Poljska zbog toga u područjima uz bjelorusku granicu uvela izvanredno stanje te podiže posebne zaštitne ograde.

Putin je nakon razgovora u Kremlju rekao novinarima da zapadne zemlje žele preko njega apelirati na Lukašenka u vezi s "migrantskom situacijom" te m je benevolentno poručio da se on ne namjerava "miješati u situaciju na bjelorusko-litavskoj granici". - Moj je odgovor sljedeći - razgovarajte o tome s bjeloruskim vlastima. Zašto o tome želite razgovarati s nama? Što Rusija ima s tim!? - poručio je Vladimir Putin te napomenuo da Zapad pregovara čak i s talibanima.

Peti ovogodišnji susret ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina sa svojim bjeloruskim kolegom Aleksandrom Lukašenkom, iako najkraći, trajao je tri sata (prijašnji su se znali oduljiti i preko šest sati) i bio je, čini se, najkonkretniji. Vladimir Putin i Aleksandar Lukašenko razgovarali su i dogovorili se o daljnjim koracima sve tješnjeg povezivanja i integracije (neki kažu da se tu, zapravo, radi o polaganoj i puzećoj aneksiji Bjelorusije) dviju država, prema njihovu ugovoru o saveznoj državi, donosi Jutarnji list. 

I moskovski list Komersant poigrava se riječima, te u svom izvješću sa susreta dvojice predsjednika (svi susreti su isključivo bili na ruskom terenu) naziva Lukašenka, pomalo ironično - Integrator Aleksandar I. Naime, usuglašeno je čak 28 saveznih programa, a u prvom redu dogovoreno je "objedinjavanje, odnosno stvaranje zajedničkog energetskog tržišta" (do 1. prosinca 2023. potpisat će se dokument o stvaranju zajedničkog plinskog tržišta) te osnivanje zajedničkog platnog prostora i prometa, čime zapravo Bjelorusija postaje potpuno ovisna o ruskim energentima - plinu i nafti, ali ni sama neće proći loše jer se Rusija obvezala da će Bjelorusiji zbog toga prodavati plin po 128,5 dolara za tisuću kubika (cijena plina baš je ovih dana na svjetskom tržištu dosegnula rekordnih 700 dolara za tisuću kubika) čime će Rusija imati ozbiljne, milijardske, pišu čak i moskovski mediji, rupe u proračunu, ali će zato Lukašenko dobiti dodatnu ekonomsku sigurnost i ojačati vlastiti proračun, što mu svakako treba da se u ovoj situaciji održi na vlasti.

Zajam susjedu

Osim toga, Putin se obvezao da će do kraja 2022. godine Bjelorusiji dati još 630-640 milijuna dolara kredita (nedavna polovina milijarde dolara išla je gotovo isključivo na podmirenje plaća i sredstava za sigurnosni, vojni i policijski aparat na koji se Lukašenkov režim oslanja, pogotovo zbog sve većeg vala prosvjeda koji posljednju godinu traju u Bjelorusiji) mada već duguje više od osam milijardi dolara, a Rusija će sudjelovati i u izgradnji nuklearke. Kako izvještavaju ruski mediji, Lukašenko je osim "jedinstvenog platnog prostora" predlagao i zajedničku valutu, ali je Putin presjekao tu temu rekavši da "još nije vrijeme za taj potez".

Dok su dva predsjednika razgovarala, na zapadnim granicama Bjelorusije, prema Litvi i Poljskoj, počela je zajednička vojna bjelorusko-ruska vježba Zapad 2021, u kojoj se uvježbava "obrana od NATO-ova napada".

Vojska Srbije na vježbama

Sudjeluje 200 tisuća vojnika, a pridružila im se i vojska Srbije. Inače, to je područje gdje, posljednjih mjeseci, Lukašenko, kao odgovor na sankcije i izolaciju kojima su ga izložili EU i SAD, "koncentrira" brojne migrante kojima je cilj Europska unija. Deseci tisuća migranata već su u Bjelorusiji, pa je Poljska zbog toga u područjima uz bjelorusku granicu uvela izvanredno stanje te podiže posebne zaštitne ograde.

Putin je nakon razgovora u Kremlju rekao novinarima da zapadne zemlje žele preko njega apelirati na Lukašenka u vezi s "migrantskom situacijom" te m je benevolentno poručio da se on ne namjerava "miješati u situaciju na bjelorusko-litavskoj granici". - Moj je odgovor sljedeći - razgovarajte o tome s bjeloruskim vlastima. Zašto o tome želite razgovarati s nama? Što Rusija ima s tim!? - poručio je Vladimir Putin te napomenuo da Zapad pregovara čak i s talibanima.

Peti ovogodišnji susret ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina sa svojim bjeloruskim kolegom Aleksandrom Lukašenkom, iako najkraći, trajao je tri sata (prijašnji su se znali oduljiti i preko šest sati) i bio je, čini se, najkonkretniji. Vladimir Putin i Aleksandar Lukašenko razgovarali su i dogovorili se o daljnjim koracima sve tješnjeg povezivanja i integracije (neki kažu da se tu, zapravo, radi o polaganoj i puzećoj aneksiji Bjelorusije) dviju država, prema njihovu ugovoru o saveznoj državi, donosi Jutarnji list.
