Popravak oštećenog plinovoda Sjeverni tok 1 jedna je od opcija nakon što se procijeni šteta, izjavio je u srijedu operater, a analitičari ističu da plin iz Rusije može stizati u Europu i preostalom neoštećenom cijevi Sjevernog toka 2. 

Operater plinovoda Nord Stream želi utvrditi štetu što je prije moguće, odnosno čim vlade ukinu zabranu pristupa zoni istjecanja plina, rekao je glasnogovornik.

Odbio je navesti pojedinosti o mogućim troškovima i tko će ih snositi.

Glasnogovornik tvrtke Nord Stream 2 Ulrich Lissek rekao je pak da "trenutačno nitko ne može ozbiljno reći kakva je dolje situacija", ali da je "strukturni integritet plinovoda sigurno jako oštećen".

Tvrtki će istraživanje ili popravak plinovoda vjerojatno će biti otežani budući da je od početka godine pod američkim sankcijama. 

Analitičari pak drže da bi ruski plin još mogao stizati u Europu jednom cijevi Sjevernog toka 2 kapaciteta 27,5 milijardi prostornih metara plina godišnje.

Aleksej Grivach iz moskovskog Fonda za nacionalnu energetsku sigurnost rekao je da je cjevovod još treba ispitati i da je još pod radnim tlakom.

"Ako se stvari poslože, može raditi, pod uvjetom da ima dozvolu regulatora", rekao je Grivach.

Igor Galaktionov iz brokerske kuće BCS Mir Investitsiy slaže se s njegovom ocjenom.

"Sudeći po javno dostupnim informacijama, jedna je linija ostala neoštećena. Teoretski, ako bude donesena politička odluka i ako se podesi oprema za procesuiranje plina, opskrba je preko te veze moguća", rekao je Igor Galaktionov iz brokerske kuće BCS Mir Investitsiy.

Gazprom nije odgovorio na upit da komentira te procjene.

Europa je pokrenula istragu o istjecanju velike količine plina iz dva ruska plinovoda u Baltičko more. Švedska, Njemačka i Danska nagađaju da je riječ o sabotaži, ali ne navode tko bi iza nje stajao.

Ni Rusija ne isključuje tu mogućnost i namjerava sazvati sastanak Vijeća sigurnosti UN-a o šteti na plinovodima, napisala je a Telegramu glasnogovornica ministarstva vanjskih poslova Maria Zakharova.

Njemačka je blokirala projekt plinovoda Sjeverni tok 2 koji je trebao udvostručiti isporuke ruskog plina, nakon što je Rusija službeno priznala dvije odcijepljene regije u istočnoj Ukrajini, samo dva dana prije početka invazije na susjednu zemlju.

Plinovod ide gotovo paralelno sa Sjevernim tokom 1. Njegova gradnja započela je 2011. godine a završena je u rujnu 2021. godine, ali cjevovod nikada nije proradio.

Njemačka agencija za mreže obustavila je postupak certifikacije u studenome prošle godine uz obrazloženje da operater mora biti registriran u Njemačkoj a ne u Švicarskoj.

Popravak oštećenog plinovoda Sjeverni tok 1 jedna je od opcija nakon što se procijeni šteta, izjavio je u srijedu operater, a analitičari ističu da plin iz Rusije može stizati u Europu i preostalom neoštećenom cijevi Sjevernog toka 2. 

Operater plinovoda Nord Stream želi utvrditi štetu što je prije moguće, odnosno čim vlade ukinu zabranu pristupa zoni istjecanja plina, rekao je glasnogovornik.

Odbio je navesti pojedinosti o mogućim troškovima i tko će ih snositi.

Glasnogovornik tvrtke Nord Stream 2 Ulrich Lissek rekao je pak da "trenutačno nitko ne može ozbiljno reći kakva je dolje situacija", ali da je "strukturni integritet plinovoda sigurno jako oštećen".

Tvrtki će istraživanje ili popravak plinovoda vjerojatno će biti otežani budući da je od početka godine pod američkim sankcijama. 

Analitičari pak drže da bi ruski plin još mogao stizati u Europu jednom cijevi Sjevernog toka 2 kapaciteta 27,5 milijardi prostornih metara plina godišnje.

Aleksej Grivach iz moskovskog Fonda za nacionalnu energetsku sigurnost rekao je da je cjevovod još treba ispitati i da je još pod radnim tlakom.

"Ako se stvari poslože, može raditi, pod uvjetom da ima dozvolu regulatora", rekao je Grivach.

Igor Galaktionov iz brokerske kuće BCS Mir Investitsiy slaže se s njegovom ocjenom.

"Sudeći po javno dostupnim informacijama, jedna je linija ostala neoštećena. Teoretski, ako bude donesena politička odluka i ako se podesi oprema za procesuiranje plina, opskrba je preko te veze moguća", rekao je Igor Galaktionov iz brokerske kuće BCS Mir Investitsiy.

Europa je pokrenula istragu o istjecanju velike količine plina iz dva ruska plinovoda u Baltičko more. Švedska, Njemačka i Danska nagađaju da je riječ o sabotaži, ali ne navode tko bi iza nje stajao.

Ni Rusija ne isključuje tu mogućnost i namjerava sazvati sastanak Vijeća sigurnosti UN-a o šteti na plinovodima, napisala je a Telegramu glasnogovornica ministarstva vanjskih poslova Maria Zakharova.

Njemačka je blokirala projekt plinovoda Sjeverni tok 2 koji je trebao udvostručiti isporuke ruskog plina, nakon što je Rusija službeno priznala dvije odcijepljene regije u istočnoj Ukrajini, samo dva dana prije početka invazije na susjednu zemlju.

Plinovod ide gotovo paralelno sa Sjevernim tokom 1. Njegova gradnja započela je 2011. godine a završena je u rujnu 2021. godine, ali cjevovod nikada nije proradio.

Njemačka agencija za mreže obustavila je postupak certifikacije u studenome prošle godine uz obrazloženje da operater mora biti registriran u Njemačkoj a ne u Švicarskoj.

Popravak oštećenog plinovoda Sjeverni tok 1 jedna je od opcija nakon što se procijeni šteta, izjavio je u srijedu operater, a analitičari ističu da plin iz Rusije može stizati u Europu i preostalom neoštećenom cijevi Sjevernog toka 2. 

Operater plinovoda Nord Stream želi utvrditi štetu što je prije moguće, odnosno čim vlade ukinu zabranu pristupa zoni istjecanja plina, rekao je glasnogovornik.

Odbio je navesti pojedinosti o mogućim troškovima i tko će ih snositi.

Glasnogovornik tvrtke Nord Stream 2 Ulrich Lissek rekao je pak da "trenutačno nitko ne može ozbiljno reći kakva je dolje situacija", ali da je "strukturni integritet plinovoda sigurno jako oštećen".

Tvrtki će istraživanje ili popravak plinovoda vjerojatno će biti otežani budući da je od početka godine po...
