Papa Frane izuzeo je osobnu prelaturu Opus Dei iz nadležnosti Dikasterija za biskupe i podvrgnuo ju je Dikasteriju za kler. Istodobno je odredio da prelat Opusa Dei unuduće ne može biti imenovan biskupom, niti na tu dužnost smije biti imenovan biskup. Prelat će, od 4 kolovoza, biti svećenik, s kurtoaznim naslovom apostolskog prabilježnika, pa će utoliko biti monsinjor, piše Jutarnji.

Te promjene, među inim, sadrži Papin dokument motu proprio Ad charisma tuendum, kojim se mijenja prethodna apostolska konstitucija Ut sit koju je sv. Ivan Pavao II donio prije 40 godina.

Prve (naslovne) riječi dokumenta naglašavaju "potrebu da upravljanje" Opusom Dei "bude temeljeno više na karizmi nego na hijerarhijskoj vlasti".

Sadašnji prelat Opusa Dei mons. Fernando Ocáriz odmah je odgovorio pismom u kojemu prihvaća i podržava Papinu odluku i njezine objavljene motive, naglašavajući da za karizmu Opusa Dei nije nužno ad prelat bude biskup, iako su biskupski naslovi koje su nosili bl. Álvaro del Portillo (umro 1994) i Javier Echevarría (umro 2016) dali "plodove crkvenog zajedništva".

Osobna prelatura, forma koju je uveo Drugi vatikanski koncil, znači dijecezu bez teritorija. Opus Dei je osnovao sv. Josemaría Escrivá de Balaguer, pozivajući ga na širenje karizme (Božjeg dara posredovanoga Duhom svetim) koja se sastoji u širenju ideala svetosti u svakodnevnom svijetu, u profesionalnom radu katolika laika, te u uobičajenim okolnostima.

Opus Dei je bio kritiziran kao "katolička masonerija", sv. Escrivá je bio optuživan da je profašist, u zadnjoj fazi Francova života Opus je upravljao državnom vladom. Među najžešćim kritičarima bili su isusovci. A i Papa je isusovac.

Papa Frane izuzeo je osobnu prelaturu Opus Dei iz nadležnosti Dikasterija za biskupe i podvrgnuo ju je Dikasteriju za kler. Istodobno je odredio da prelat Opusa Dei unuduće ne može biti imenovan biskupom, niti na tu dužnost smije biti imenovan biskup. Prelat će, od 4 kolovoza, biti svećenik, s kurtoaznim naslovom apostolskog prabilježnika, pa će utoliko biti monsinjor, piše Jutarnji.

Te promjene, među inim, sadrži Papin dokument motu proprio Ad charisma tuendum, kojim se mijenja prethodna apostolska konstitucija Ut sit koju je sv. Ivan Pavao II donio prije 40 godina.

Prve (naslovne) riječi dokumenta naglašavaju "potrebu da upravljanje" Opusom Dei "bude temeljeno više na karizmi nego na hijerarhijskoj vlasti".

Sadašnji prelat Opusa Dei mons. Fernando Ocáriz odmah je odgovorio pismom u kojemu prihvaća i podržava Papinu odluku i njezine objavljene motive, naglašavajući da za karizmu Opusa Dei nije nužno ad prelat bude biskup, iako su biskupski naslovi koje su nosili bl. Álvaro del Portillo (umro 1994) i Javier Echevarría (umro 2016) dali "plodove crkvenog zajedništva".

Osobna prelatura, forma koju je uveo Drugi vatikanski koncil, znači dijecezu bez teritorija. Opus Dei je osnovao sv. Josemaría Escrivá de Balaguer, pozivajući ga na širenje karizme (Božjeg dara posredovanoga Duhom svetim) koja se sastoji u širenju ideala svetosti u svakodnevnom svijetu, u profesionalnom radu katolika laika, te u uobičajenim okolnostima.

Opus Dei je bio kritiziran kao "katolička masonerija", sv. Escrivá je bio optuživan da je profašist, u zadnjoj fazi Francova života Opus je upravljao državnom vladom. Među najžešćim kritičarima bili su isusovci. A i Papa je isusovac.

Papa Frane izuzeo je osobnu prelaturu Opus Dei iz nadležnosti Dikasterija za biskupe i podvrgnuo ju je Dikasteriju za kler. Istodobno je odredio da prelat Opusa Dei unuduće ne može biti imenovan biskupom, niti na tu dužnost smije biti imenovan biskup. Prelat će, od 4 kolovoza, biti svećenik, s kurtoaznim naslovom apostolskog prabilježnika, pa će utoliko biti monsinjor, piše Jutarnji.

Te promjene, među inim, sadrži Papin dokument motu proprio Ad charisma tuendum, kojim se mijenja prethodna apostolska konstitucija Ut sit koju je sv. Ivan Pavao II donio prije 40 godina.

Prve (naslovne) riječi dokumenta naglašavaju "potrebu da upravljanje" Opusom Dei "bude temeljeno više na karizmi nego na hijerarhijskoj vlasti".
