Procurili su e-mailovi ruske obavještajne službe FSB koji otkrivaju da su ruski vojni i ini dužnosnici itekako razgovarali o potencijalnoj uporabi nuklearnog oružja u ratu s Ukrajinom, piše Jutarnji.

E-mailovi, koji su podijeljeni s američkim magazinom Newsweek, datirani su na 17. ožujak, 21. ožujak i 12. travanj. Zviždač iz redova FSB-a, agent kodnog imena "Vjetar promjene", proslijedio ih je Vladimiru Osečkinu, ruskom aktivistu za ljudska prava.

Počevši od 4. ožujka, izvor iz FSB-a je pisao redovite depeše Osečkinu, otkrivajući bijes i nezadovoljstvo unutar službe zbog rata koji je započeo kada je Putin napao susjednu Ukrajinu 24. veljače. Najnovija pisma zviždača, datirana u studenom ove godine, otkrivaju svu magnitudu pobune Putinovih dojučerašnjih saveznika.

U e-mailu od 17. ožujka, napisanom tek nekoliko tjedana od početka rata, FSB-ovi agenti nadaju se da Putin neće upotrijebiti nuklearno oružje.

"Sukob s Ukrajinom je izvan svake logike i razuma, ali nadamo se da neće biti učinjena baš čista glupost", piše u jednom od e-mailova.

Agent kodnog imena "Vjetar promjene" pritom izražava sumnju da bi Putin to ikad učinio jer bi se i "Rusija našla na udaru".

"Masivni nuklearni udar: čak i ako pretpostavimo da je tako nešto tehnički izvedivo, tj. da sve karike u hijerarhiji poslušaju njegovu naredbu, što više ne vjerujem da je moguće, to i dalje nema smisla. Takav udar pogodio bi sve!"

U e-poruci nekoliko dana kasnije, izvor iz FSB-a rekao je da bi uporaba taktičkog nuklearnog oružja protiv Ukrajine značila "poraz Rusije" u očima protivnika i neutralnih zemalja.

"Takav potez u jednom lokalnom sukobu demonstrirao bi vojnu slabost koju nikakav uspjeh više ne bi mogao sakriti", piše agent Vjetar promjene.

Zviždač je također sugerirao da bi zapovjedni lanac unutar Kremlja blokirao Putina ako ikad pokuša narediti nuklearni napad.

"Nema nikakve sigurnosti da je tako nešto tehnički ostvarivo. Izvođenje nuklearnog udara zahtijevalo bi pristanak svih uključenih. Dakle, tehničke mogućnosti morale bi odgovarati Putinovim željama, a to je već zeznuto", navodi se u poruci.

Nadalje, agent FSB-a kritizira nedostatak smislene vojne strategije, upirući prstom u Putina zbog ruskih vojnih neuspjeha.

"Sve je probleme stvorio upravo on - već činjenicom da svoje političke zahtjeve stavlja iznad svake svrsishodnosti; vojne, socijalne, ekonomske...", piše. "Nemamo strategiju. Još prije dva tjedna postojala je nada da će aktualna kriza natjerati vrh države na odgovoran korak unatrag, da će procijeniti situaciju i i potražiti realna rješenja. Umjesto toga, vidimo čovjeka koji po svaku cijenu pokušava vratiti izgubljeno u okladi. I nema ga tko spriječiti, čak i naši ljudi po FSB-u naprosto puze!"

Max Bergmann, direktor europskog programa pri Centru za strateške i međunarodne studije (CSIS), prethodno je za Newsweek rekao kako vjeruje da Putin sada "očajnički traži neki način da redefinira ovaj sukob".

"Možete zamisliti koliko je tu frustracija - imate svu zalihu nuklearnog oružja ali je ono, na neki način, nevažno. Ne možete ga zaista koristiti, sve što možete učiniti je prijetiti da ćete ga upotrijebiti.

Bergmann je izdvojio jedan scenarij u kojem bi Putin mogao posegnuti za nuklearnim oružjem - ako Ukrajinci nastave pobjeđivati i približe se Krimu.

Iz američkog su magazina kontaktirali rusko ministarstvo vanjskih poslova za komentar o pismima agenata FSB-a, navodi se, ali odgovor, u međuvremenu, nije stigao.

Procurili su e-mailovi ruske obavještajne službe FSB koji otkrivaju da su ruski vojni i ini dužnosnici itekako razgovarali o potencijalnoj uporabi nuklearnog oružja u ratu s Ukrajinom, piše Jutarnji.

E-mailovi, koji su podijeljeni s američkim magazinom Newsweek, datirani su na 17. ožujak, 21. ožujak i 12. travanj. Zviždač iz redova FSB-a, agent kodnog imena "Vjetar promjene", proslijedio ih je Vladimiru Osečkinu, ruskom aktivistu za ljudska prava.

Počevši od 4. ožujka, izvor iz FSB-a je pisao redovite depeše Osečkinu, otkrivajući bijes i nezadovoljstvo unutar službe zbog rata koji je započeo kada je Putin napao susjednu Ukrajinu 24. veljače. Najnovija pisma zviždača, datirana u studenom ove godine, otkrivaju svu magnitudu pobune Putinovih dojučerašnjih saveznika.

U e-mailu od 17. ožujka, napisanom tek nekoliko tjedana od početka rata, FSB-ovi agenti nadaju se da Putin neće upotrijebiti nuklearno oružje.

"Sukob s Ukrajinom je izvan svake logike i razuma, ali nadamo se da neće biti učinjena baš čista glupost", piše u jednom od e-mailova.

Agent kodnog imena "Vjetar promjene" pritom izražava sumnju da bi Putin to ikad učinio jer bi se i "Rusija našla na udaru".

"Masivni nuklearni udar: čak i ako pretpostavimo da je tako nešto tehnički izvedivo, tj. da sve karike u hijerarhiji poslušaju njegovu naredbu, što više ne vjerujem da je moguće, to i dalje nema smisla. Takav udar pogodio bi sve!"

U e-poruci nekoliko dana kasnije, izvor iz FSB-a rekao je da bi uporaba taktičkog nuklearnog oružja protiv Ukrajine značila "poraz Rusije" u očima protivnika i neutralnih zemalja.

"Takav potez u jednom lokalnom sukobu demonstrirao bi vojnu slabost koju nikakav uspjeh više ne bi mogao sakriti", piše agent Vjetar promjene.

Zviždač je također sugerirao da bi zapovjedni lanac unutar Kremlja blokirao Putina ako ikad pokuša narediti nuklearni napad.

"Nema nikakve sigurnosti da je tako nešto tehnički ostvarivo. Izvođenje nuklearnog udara zahtijevalo bi pristanak svih uključenih. Dakle, tehničke mogućnosti morale bi odgovarati Putinovim željama, a to je već zeznuto", navodi se u poruci.

Nadalje, agent FSB-a kritizira nedostatak smislene vojne strategije, upirući prstom u Putina zbog ruskih vojnih neuspjeha.

"Sve je probleme stvorio upravo on - već činjenicom da svoje političke zahtjeve stavlja iznad svake svrsishodnosti; vojne, socijalne, ekonomske...", piše. "Nemamo strategiju. Još prije dva tjedna postojala je nada da će aktualna kriza natjerati vrh države na odgovoran korak unatrag, da će procijeniti situaciju i i potražiti realna rješenja. Umjesto toga, vidimo čovjeka koji po svaku cijenu pokušava vratiti izgubljeno u okladi. I nema ga tko spriječiti, čak i naši ljudi po FSB-u naprosto puze!"

Max Bergmann, direktor europskog programa pri Centru za strateške i međunarodne studije (CSIS), prethodno je za Newsweek rekao kako vjeruje da Putin sada "očajnički traži neki način da redefinira ovaj sukob".

"Možete zamisliti koliko je tu frustracija - imate svu zalihu nuklearnog oružja ali je ono, na neki način, nevažno. Ne možete ga zaista koristiti, sve što možete učiniti je prijetiti da ćete ga upotrijebiti.

Bergmann je izdvojio jedan scenarij u kojem bi Putin mogao posegnuti za nuklearnim oružjem - ako Ukrajinci nastave pobjeđivati i približe se Krimu.

Iz američkog su magazina kontaktirali rusko ministarstvo vanjskih poslova za komentar o pismima agenata FSB-a, navodi se, ali odgovor, u međuvremenu, nije stigao.

Procurili su e-mailovi ruske obavještajne službe FSB koji otkrivaju da su ruski vojni i ini dužnosnici itekako razgovarali o potencijalnoj uporabi nuklearnog oružja u ratu s Ukrajinom, piše Jutarnji.

E-mailovi, koji su podijeljeni s američkim magazinom Newsweek, datirani su na 17. ožujak, 21. ožujak i 12. travanj. Zviždač iz redova FSB-a, agent kodnog imena "Vjetar promjene", proslijedio ih je Vladimiru Osečkinu, ruskom aktivistu za ljudska prava.

Počevši od 4. ožujka, izvor iz FSB-a je pisao redovite depeše Osečkinu, otkrivajući bijes i nezadovoljstvo unutar službe zbog rata koji je započeo kada je Putin napao susjednu Ukrajinu 24. veljače. Najnovija pisma zviždača, datirana u studenom ove godine, otkrivaju svu magnitudu pobune Putinovih dojučerašnjih...
