Izraelski ministar obrane Yoav Gallant iznio je u četvrtak navečer prijedloge za buduće upravljanje Gazom nakon završetka rata između Izraela i Hamasa, objavio je BBC.
Po njegovim riječima, na tom će teritoriju biti ograničena palestinska vlast.
Hamas više neće kontrolirati Gazu, a Izrael će zadržati cjelokupnu sigurnosnu kontrolu, dodao je.
Gallant je otkrio nacrt plana tisku prije nego što ga je podnio ratnom kabinetu Benjamina Netanyahua, podijeljenog posljednjih tjedana oko tijeka akcije koja će uslijediti u ratu protiv palestinskog islamističkog pokreta Hamas, na vlasti u Gazi od 2007.
Do objave plana dolazi istodobno dok se nastavljaju borbe u Gazi, s desecima ljudi koji su ubijeni u posljednja 24 sata, priopćilo je ministarstvo zdravstva kojim upravlja Hamas.
Američki državni tajnik Antony Blinken trebao bi se vratiti u regiju ovaj tjedan. Očekuje se da će održati razgovore s palestinskim dužnosnicima na okupiranoj Zapadnoj obali i s izraelskim čelnicima.

Njegov posjet dolazi usred pojačanih napetosti u regiji nakon ubojstva čelnika Hamasa Saleha al-Arurija u utorak u glavnom gradu Libanona Bejrutu. Za njegovo ubojstvo mnogi okrivljuju Izrael. Izrael, međutim, nije ni potvrdio niti opovrgnuo umiješanost.
Prema Galantovom planu Izrael bi zadržao ukupnu sigurnosnu kontrolu nad Gazom.
Multinacionalne snage bi preuzele odgovornost za obnovu teritorija nakon ogromnog razaranja uzrokovanog izraelskim bombardiranjem.

"Stanovnici Gaze su Palestinci, stoga će palestinska tijela biti nadležna, uz uvjet da neće biti neprijateljskih radnji ili prijetnji protiv države Izrael", rekao je Gallant.

Razgovori o "danu poslije" u Gazi doveli su do dubokog neslaganja u Izraelu. Neki krajnje desničarski članovi vlade izraelskog premijera Benjamina Netanyahua rekli su da bi palestinske građane trebalo potaknuti da napuste Gazu i odu u egzil, uz ponovnu uspostavu židovskih naselja na tom teritoriju. Ti kontroverzni prijedlozi odbačeni su kao "ekstremistički" i "neizvedivi" od drugih zemalja u regiji i nekih saveznika Izraela.
Iako se prijedlozi Galanta mogu smatrati praktičnijima od onih koje predlažu neki njegovi kolege iz kabineta, palestinski čelnici će ih vjerojatno odbaciti jer smatraju da se građanima Gaze mora dopustiti da preuzmu potpunu kontrolu nad upravljanjem teritorijem nakon što završi rat, navodi BBC.
Premijer Netanyahu nije javno govorio o bilo kakvim detaljima o tome kako misli da bi se trebalo upravljati Gazom.
Sugerirao je da bi rat u Gazi mogao potrajati još nekoliko mjeseci, s naglašenim ciljem potpunog slamanja Hamasa.

Izraelski ministar obrane Yoav Gallant iznio je u četvrtak navečer prijedloge za buduće upravljanje Gazom nakon završetka rata između Izraela i Hamasa, objavio je BBC.
Po njegovim riječima, na tom će teritoriju biti ograničena palestinska vlast.
Hamas više neće kontrolirati Gazu, a Izrael će zadržati cjelokupnu sigurnosnu kontrolu, dodao je.
Gallant je otkrio nacrt plana tisku prije nego što ga je podnio ratnom kabinetu Benjamina Netanyahua, podijeljenog posljednjih tjedana oko tijeka akcije koja će uslijediti u ratu protiv palestinskog islamističkog pokreta Hamas, na vlasti u Gazi od 2007.
Do objave plana dolazi istodobno dok se nastavljaju borbe u Gazi, s desecima ljudi koji su ubijeni u posljednja 24 sata, priopćilo je ministarstvo zdravstva kojim upravlja Hamas.
Američki državni tajnik Antony Blinken trebao bi se vratiti u regiju ovaj tjedan. Očekuje se da će održati razgovore s palestinskim dužnosnicima na okupiranoj Zapadnoj obali i s izraelskim čelnicima.

Njegov posjet dolazi usred pojačanih napetosti u regiji nakon ubojstva čelnika Hamasa Saleha al-Arurija u utorak u glavnom gradu Libanona Bejrutu. Za njegovo ubojstvo mnogi okrivljuju Izrael. Izrael, međutim, nije ni potvrdio niti opovrgnuo umiješanost.
Prema Galantovom planu Izrael bi zadržao ukupnu sigurnosnu kontrolu nad Gazom.
Multinacionalne snage bi preuzele odgovornost za obnovu teritorija nakon ogromnog razaranja uzrokovanog izraelskim bombardiranjem.
Susjedni Egipat također bi imao za sada nespecificiranu ulogu prema planu.
U dokumentu se dodaje da bi Palestinci bili odgovorni za upravljanje teritorijem.
"Stanovnici Gaze su Palestinci, stoga će palestinska tijela biti nadležna, uz uvjet da neće biti neprijateljskih radnji ili prijetnji protiv države Izrael", rekao je Gallant.

Razgovori o "danu poslije" u Gazi doveli su do dubokog neslaganja u Izraelu. Neki krajnje desničarski članovi vlade izraelskog premijera Benjamina Netanyahua rekli su da bi palestinske građane trebalo potaknuti da napuste Gazu i odu u egzil, uz ponovnu uspostavu židovskih naselja na tom teritoriju. Ti kontroverzni prijedlozi odbačeni su kao "ekstremistički" i "neizvedivi" od drugih zemalja u regiji i nekih saveznika Izraela.
Iako se prijedlozi Galanta mogu smatrati praktičnijima od onih koje predlažu neki njegovi kolege iz kabineta, palestinski čelnici će ih vjerojatno odbaciti jer smatraju da se građanima Gaze mora dopustiti da preuzmu potpunu kontrolu nad upravljanjem teritorijem nakon što završi rat, navodi BBC.
Premijer Netanyahu nije javno govorio o bilo kakvim detaljima o tome kako misli da bi se trebalo upravljati Gazom.
Sugerirao je da bi rat u Gazi mogao potrajati još nekoliko mjeseci, s naglašenim ciljem potpunog slamanja Hamasa.
