Nakon što je grupa G7 zemalja donijela odluku o uvođenju limita cijene na rusku naftu kako bi snizila najvažnije prihode Putinovog režima, Gazprom je znakovito najavio kako do daljnjega neće puštati plin prema Europi kroz plinovod Sjeverni tok 1.

Prema prvim najavama Gazprom je danas trebao ponovo pustiti plin kroz taj baltički cjevovod, ali se sada pravdaju novim tehničkim problemima. Eksperti Siemens Energya, koji inače proizvode i održavaju turbine za plinovode, tvrde kako su ruska pojašnjenja razloga obustave zbog ispuštanja plina kod kompresorske stanice u blizini St Petersburga vrlo sumnjiva. Rusi se pozivaju na curenje plina, a Siemensovi stručnjaci tvrde da se takvi problemi vrlo brzo rješavaju na licu mjesta te ne bi trebali utjecati na nesmetani rad ispravnih turbina kojih Rusi imaju sasvim dovoljno, piše Jutarnji list.

Informacije Siemens Energya o kompresorskoj stanici Portovoya plinovoda Sjeverni tok 1 čine se neupitnim, pa postaje jasno kako Putin više zapravo niti ne pokušava ozbiljno prikriti kako koristi izvoz energenata kao oružje protiv zapadnih liberalnih demokracija jer podržavaju Ukrajinu.

S obzirom kako rastu šanse da Rusija neće ponovo otvoriti plinovod prema zoni najveće potrošnje u Europi (Njemačka) sada definitivno rastu šanse za recesiju u EU. Gazprom je već tijekom ljeta drastično smanjio isporuke kroz Sjeverni tok 1 na 20 posto uobičajene opskrbe, što je udvostručilo cijene plina u EU.

Iako je situacija opskrbe plinom u EU dramatična već mjesecima zadnjih tjedana došlo je do pada cijena tog energenta nakon informacija da su članice EU dosegle cilj popunjenosti spremnika plina od 80 posto dva mjeseca prije roka, ali ta informacija može proizvesti lažni dojam sigurnosti. Postotak popunjenosti spremnika, naime, ništa ne govori o broju dana uobičajene potrošnje plina koju pojedina članica može osigurati iz tih spremnika, piše Jutarnji list.

Sada postaje očigledno kako glavnim energetskim scenarijem EU za ovu zimu postaje onaj u kojem države članice uopće ne trebaju računati s bilo kakvim nastavkom isporuka iz Rusije.

Zbog toga Simone Tagliapietra iz Bruegel think-tanka upozorava za FT: „Samo je jedan način na koji se EU može pripremiti za to: smanjiti potražnju za plinom i elektricitetom. To mora postati ključni prioritet europskih politika“.

Nakon zatvaranja Sjevernog toka 1 iz Rusije prema EU rade još samo dva plinovoda. Jedan prolazi kroz Ukrajinu, a drugi ide kroz Crno more, odnosno Tursku.

Vijeće Savjeta sigurnosti Bijele kuće zaključilo je kako će se kroz energetsku suradnju SAD-a i EU napuniti europska spremišta plina prije početka sezone grijanja, ali isto tako zaključuju kako „Ti napori neće biti dovoljni“. Nejasno je što to znači.

EK je sastavila dokument o nužnim politikama za premošćivanje energetskih problema u kojem sugerira članicama EU kanaliziranje napuhanih profita energetskih kompanija prema osjetljivim grupama potrošača, prvenstveno kako bi se amortizirale astronomske cijene električne energije, piše Jutarnji list.

Nakon što je grupa G7 zemalja donijela odluku o uvođenju limita cijene na rusku naftu kako bi snizila najvažnije prihode Putinovog režima, Gazprom je znakovito najavio kako do daljnjega neće puštati plin prema Europi kroz plinovod Sjeverni tok 1.

Prema prvim najavama Gazprom je danas trebao ponovo pustiti plin kroz taj baltički cjevovod, ali se sada pravdaju novim tehničkim problemima. Eksperti Siemens Energya, koji inače proizvode i održavaju turbine za plinovode, tvrde kako su ruska pojašnjenja razloga obustave zbog ispuštanja plina kod kompresorske stanice u blizini St Petersburga vrlo sumnjiva. Rusi se pozivaju na curenje plina, a Siemensovi stručnjaci tvrde da se takvi problemi vrlo brzo rješavaju na licu mjesta te ne bi trebali utjecati na nesmetani rad ispravnih turbina kojih Rusi imaju sasvim dovoljno, piše Jutarnji list.

Informacije Siemens Energya o kompresorskoj stanici Portovoya plinovoda Sjeverni tok 1 čine se neupitnim, pa postaje jasno kako Putin više zapravo niti ne pokušava ozbiljno prikriti kako koristi izvoz energenata kao oružje protiv zapadnih liberalnih demokracija jer podržavaju Ukrajinu.

S obzirom kako rastu šanse da Rusija neće ponovo otvoriti plinovod prema zoni najveće potrošnje u Europi (Njemačka) sada definitivno rastu šanse za recesiju u EU. Gazprom je već tijekom ljeta drastično smanjio isporuke kroz Sjeverni tok 1 na 20 posto uobičajene opskrbe, što je udvostručilo cijene plina u EU.

Iako je situacija opskrbe plinom u EU dramatična već mjesecima zadnjih tjedana došlo je do pada cijena tog energenta nakon informacija da su članice EU dosegle cilj popunjenosti spremnika plina od 80 posto dva mjeseca prije roka, ali ta informacija može proizvesti lažni dojam sigurnosti. Postotak popunjenosti spremnika, naime, ništa ne govori o broju dana uobičajene potrošnje plina koju pojedina članica može osigurati iz tih spremnika, piše Jutarnji list.

Sada postaje očigledno kako glavnim energetskim scenarijem EU za ovu zimu postaje onaj u kojem države članice uopće ne trebaju računati s bilo kakvim nastavkom isporuka iz Rusije.

Zbog toga Simone Tagliapietra iz Bruegel think-tanka upozorava za FT: „Samo je jedan način na koji se EU može pripremiti za to: smanjiti potražnju za plinom i elektricitetom. To mora postati ključni prioritet europskih politika“.

Nakon zatvaranja Sjevernog toka 1 iz Rusije prema EU rade još samo dva plinovoda. Jedan prolazi kroz Ukrajinu, a drugi ide kroz Crno more, odnosno Tursku.

Vijeće Savjeta sigurnosti Bijele kuće zaključilo je kako će se kroz energetsku suradnju SAD-a i EU napuniti europska spremišta plina prije početka sezone grijanja, ali isto tako zaključuju kako „Ti napori neće biti dovoljni“. Nejasno je što to znači.

EK je sastavila dokument o nužnim politikama za premošćivanje energetskih problema u kojem sugerira članicama EU kanaliziranje napuhanih profita energetskih kompanija prema osjetljivim grupama potrošača, prvenstveno kako bi se amortizirale astronomske cijene električne energije, piše Jutarnji list.
