Policija će od ponedjeljka kontrolirati izlaske i ulaske stanovnika u nekim dijelovima Madrida i okolice u kojima živi 13 posto ukupne populacije, čija će aktivnost biti prisilno ograničena kako bi se zaustavilo širenje koronavirusa.
Regionalna vlada Madrida najavila je u petak posebne mjere u 26 četvrti samog grada te u 11 predgrađa, uglavnom na jugu i jugoistoku gdje je tradicionalno žive siromašniji građani i imigranti.

U tim četvrtima među kojima su dio Vallecasa, Usera i Carabanchel te predgrađa poput Fuenlabrade u posljednja dva tjedna se inficiralo više od 1000 osoba među 100.000 stanovnika. Prosjek Madrida je 643, a čitave Španjolske 257 oboljelih na 100.000 stanovnika.

„Ta su područja gusto naseljena te postoji izražena fizička povezanost ljudi“, rekla je Isabel Díaz Ayuso, predsjednica pokrajine Madrid, na konferenciji za medije. "Zaraza se širi na druženjima u obiteljskom okruženju i među prijateljima", dodala je.

Iz tih dijelova grada bit će zabranjeno izlaziti, ali i ulaziti u njih u idućih 14 dana. Prolaz će biti dopušten jedino ljudima koji moraju ići na posao (a da ga ne mogu obavljati od doma), onima na putu u domove zdravlja i bolnice, banke, škole i obrazovne ustanove, te onima koji odlaze čuvati uzdržavane osobe.

Financijske sankcije za 'neposlušne'

Policija bi na cestama i u podzemnoj željeznici trebala provjeravati ukupno 850.000 stanovnika koji žive ondje, a koji bi potvrdom i osobnom iskaznicom trebali opravdavati eventualni izlazak iz četvrti.

Stanovnici uhvaćeni u kršenju odredbe bit će kažnjeni sa 600 eura, a financijske sankcije mogu ići sve do 600.000 eura što se uglavnom odnosi na poslovne objekte.

Restorani i kafići moraju smanjiti kapacitet za 50 posto te ne smiju posluživati na šanku, a dvostruko manje ljudi će primati trgovine, autoškole, sportski centri i hoteli. Parkovi će biti zatvoreni.
“Ovo je nužno kako ne bi smo morali proglasiti izvanredno stanje i uvesti karantenu (za čitavu pokrajinu Madrid). To bi pak značilo gospodarsku katastrofu”, napomenula je Ayuso.

U petak navečer se na glavnom madridskom trgu Puerta del Sol okupilo oko 200 prosvjednika protiv mjera tvrdeći kako se njima provodi segregacija i stigmatizira stanovnike iz tih četvrti. Ondje su došli prosvjedovati na poziv lijevih stranaka - “Ujedinjene ljevice” i “Más Madrid”. Veliki dio njihovog biračkog tijela tradicionalno se nalazi u radničkoj četvrti Vallecas.
"Ayuso (predsjednica pokrajine), idi ti u karantenu", uzvikivali su prosvjednici. "Ovo je klasna segregacija. To je neprihvatljivo", napisao je Íñigo Errejón, vođa stranke "Más Madrid", na Twitteru.
Vlast je pak upozorila da je organiziranje prosvjeda neodgovorno ponašanje u trenutku kada raste broj oboljelih.
“Ne želimo stigmatizirati nikoga, ali ovo je nužno kako bi smo spasili živote”, rekao je madridski gradonačelnik José Luis Martínez-Almeida na konferenciji za medije.

Mjere su u petak dovele do novog iskrenja između desnice na vlasti u Madridu i ljevice na vlasti u Španjolskoj, koje se međusobno optužuju za novo izbijanje virusa. U ponedjeljak će se sastati premijer Pedro Sánchez i regionalna predsjednica Ayuso.
Stanovnici Vallecasa su podijeljeni oko mjera, izvijestila je u petak navečer španjolska javna televizije TVE pozvavši se na izjave stanovnika. 

'Puno se grlimo, ljubimo...'

Madrid je u ožujku bio među prvim pokrajinama u Španjolskoj koje su zatvorile kafiće, škole i druge objekte nakon što se koronavirus pojavio u zemlji. Španjolska vlada je bila proglasila izvanredno stanje tijekom gotovo 100 dana koje je obustavljeno 21. lipnja. Od tada svaka od pokrajina uvodi svoje mjere.
U čitavom Madridu je još od ranije obavezno nošenje maski, a od ponedjeljka će biti smanjeno okupljanje ljudi s deset na maksimalno šest osoba. Posljednjih dana nakon povratka s godišnjih odmora i početka školske godine porastao je broj novooboljelih.

Od početka pandemije u Španjolskoj se inficiralo 640.040 stanovnika od čega 187.045 u Madridu i okolici. Umrlo je ukupno 30.495 ljudi od kojih je 9000 živjelo u glavnom gradu i njegovim predgrađima.
Situacija u Španjolskoj je u posljednja dva tjedna lošija nego u drugim zemljama poput Italije od kuda se u veljači proširio virus Europom. Na 100.000 stanovnika u Španjolskoj se zarazilo 257 osoba, u Francuskoj 152, u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu 53 a u Italiji 31 osoba.

"Naš način života u Španjolskoj je drugačiji nego u drugim zemljama", rekla je Milagros García Barbero, bivša dužnosnica Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije, u večernjem dnevniku TVE-a.
"Puno vremena provodimo u obiteljima, s prijateljima, grlimo se, puno je kontakta i druženja...pomalo smo anarhični", zaključila je.

Policija će od ponedjeljka kontrolirati izlaske i ulaske stanovnika u nekim dijelovima Madrida i okolice u kojima živi 13 posto ukupne populacije, čija će aktivnost biti prisilno ograničena kako bi se zaustavilo širenje koronavirusa.
Regionalna vlada Madrida najavila je u petak posebne mjere u 26 četvrti samog grada te u 11 predgrađa, uglavnom na jugu i jugoistoku gdje je tradicionalno žive siromašniji građani i imigranti.

U tim četvrtima među kojima su dio Vallecasa, Usera i Carabanchel te predgrađa poput Fuenlabrade u posljednja dva tjedna se inficiralo više od 1000 osoba među 100.000 stanovnika. Prosjek Madrida je 643, a čitave Španjolske 257 oboljelih na 100.000 stanovnika.

„Ta su područja gusto naseljena te postoji izražena fizička povezanost ljudi“, rekla je Isabel Díaz Ayuso, predsjednica pokrajine Madrid, na konferenciji za medije. "Zaraza se širi na druženjima u obiteljskom okruženju i među prijateljima", dodala je.

Iz tih dijelova grada bit će zabranjeno izlaziti, ali i ulaziti u njih u idućih 14 dana. Prolaz će biti dopušten jedino ljudima koji moraju ići na posao (a da ga ne mogu obavljati od doma), onima na putu u domove zdravlja i bolnice, banke, škole i obrazovne ustanove, te onima koji odlaze čuvati uzdržavane osobe.

Financijske sankcije za 'neposlušne'

Policija bi na cestama i u podzemnoj željeznici trebala provjeravati ukupno 850.000 stanovnika koji žive ondje, a koji bi potvrdom i osobnom iskaznicom trebali opravdavati eventualni izlazak iz četvrti.

Stanovnici uhvaćeni u kršenju odredbe bit će kažnjeni sa 600 eura, a financijske sankcije mogu ići sve do 600.000 eura što se uglavnom odnosi na poslovne objekte.

Restorani i kafići moraju smanjiti kapacitet za 50 posto te ne smiju posluživati na šanku, a dvostruko manje ljudi će primati trgovine, autoškole, sportski centri i hoteli. Parkovi će biti zatvoreni.
“Ovo je nužno kako ne bi smo morali proglasiti izvanredno stanje i uvesti karantenu (za čitavu pokrajinu Madrid). To bi pak značilo gospodarsku katastrofu”, napomenula je Ayuso.

U petak navečer se na glavnom madridskom trgu Puerta del Sol okupilo oko 200 prosvjednika protiv mjera tvrdeći kako se njima provodi segregacija i stigmatizira stanovnike iz tih četvrti. Ondje su došli prosvjedovati na poziv lijevih stranaka - “Ujedinjene ljevice” i “Más Madrid”. Veliki dio njihovog biračkog tijela tradicionalno se nalazi u radničkoj četvrti Vallecas.
"Ayuso (predsjednica pokrajine), idi ti u karantenu", uzvikivali su prosvjednici. "Ovo je klasna segregacija. To je neprihvatljivo", napisao je Íñigo Errejón, vođa stranke "Más Madrid", na Twitteru.
Vlast je pak upozorila da je organiziranje prosvjeda neodgovorno ponašanje u trenutku kada raste broj oboljelih.
“Ne želimo stigmatizirati nikoga, ali ovo je nužno kako bi smo spasili živote”, rekao je madridski gradonačelnik José Luis Martínez-Almeida na konferenciji za medije.

Mjere su u petak dovele do novog iskrenja između desnice na vlasti u Madridu i ljevice na vlasti u Španjolskoj, koje se međusobno optužuju za novo izbijanje virusa. U ponedjeljak će se sastati premijer Pedro Sánchez i regionalna predsjednica Ayuso.
Stanovnici Vallecasa su podijeljeni oko mjera, izvijestila je u petak navečer španjolska javna televizije TVE pozvavši se na izjave stanovnika. 

'Puno se grlimo, ljubimo...'

Madrid je u ožujku bio među prvim pokrajinama u Španjolskoj koje su zatvorile kafiće, škole i druge objekte nakon što se koronavirus pojavio u zemlji. Španjolska vlada je bila proglasila izvanredno stanje tijekom gotovo 100 dana koje je obustavljeno 21. lipnja. Od tada svaka od pokrajina uvodi svoje mjere.
U čitavom Madridu je još od ranije obavezno nošenje maski, a od ponedjeljka će biti smanjeno okupljanje ljudi s deset na maksimalno šest osoba. Posljednjih dana nakon povratka s godišnjih odmora i početka školske godine porastao je broj novooboljelih.

Od početka pandemije u Španjolskoj se inficiralo 640.040 stanovnika od čega 187.045 u Madridu i okolici. Umrlo je ukupno 30.495 ljudi od kojih je 9000 živjelo u glavnom gradu i njegovim predgrađima.
Situacija u Španjolskoj je u posljednja dva tjedna lošija nego u drugim zemljama poput Italije od kuda se u veljači proširio virus Europom. Na 100.000 stanovnika u Španjolskoj se zarazilo 257 osoba, u Francuskoj 152, u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu 53 a u Italiji 31 osoba.

"Naš način života u Španjolskoj je drugačiji nego u drugim zemljama", rekla je Milagros García Barbero, bivša dužnosnica Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije, u večernjem dnevniku TVE-a.
"Puno vremena provodimo u obiteljima, s prijateljima, grlimo se, puno je kontakta i druženja...pomalo smo anarhični", zaključila je.

Policija će od ponedjeljka kontrolirati izlaske i ulaske stanovnika u nekim dijelovima Madrida i okolice u kojima živi 13 posto ukupne populacije, čija će aktivnost biti prisilno ograničena kako bi se zaustavilo širenje koronavirusa.
Regionalna vlada Madrida najavila je u petak posebne mjere u 26 četvrti samog grada te u 11 predgrađa, uglavnom na jugu i jugoistoku gdje je tradicionalno žive siromašniji građani i imigranti.

U tim četvrtima među kojima su dio Vallecasa, Usera i Carabanchel te predgrađa poput Fuenlabrade u posljednja dva tjedna se inficiralo više od 1000 osoba među 100.000 stanovnika. Prosjek Madrida je 643, a čitave Španjolske 257 oboljelih na 100.000 stanovnika.
