om nebu sve su učestaliji. Najprije se u Zagrebu srušio stari sovjetski dron, da bi litavski Beechcraft danas na noge podigao pilote-lovce najmanje triju nacija.

Mediji govore o dvomotornom dvosjedu, ali Beechcraft nikad nije proizveo takav avion. Ovdje se vjerojatno radi o zrakoplovu Beechcraft Baron 58 s dva sjedišta za posadu i četiri za putnike. Bugarski ministar obrane Dragomir Zakov naglasio je da, prema njihovoj procjeni, ni u jednom trenutku nije bila ugrožena nacionalna sigurnost, što je dobra vijest. Detalji ovog leta su uglavnom poznati – osam minuta nakon polijetanja iz okolice Debrecena u Mađarskoj presreo ga je dežurni lovački par Saab JAS 39 Gripena. U visini mjesta Oradea Beechcraft je u 17.49 ušao u rumunjski zračni prostor.

Prekogranični sporazum omogućavao je mađarskim pilotima da ga nastave pratiti i u Rumunjskoj, gdje su ga četiri minute kasnije preuzeli američki lovci F-16 Flying Falcon iz 86. zrakoplovne baze u Fetestiu. Nakon toga su ga u 18.36 preuzela dva rumunjska F-16, sve dok nije ušao u Srbiju, između mjesta Mala Vrbica i Korbovo, sjeveroistočno od Donjeg Milanovca. Bugari su, rekli smo, bili uvjereni da avion koji leti nisko i polako nije neka prijetnja.

No što bi se dogodilo da su dva člana posade, koliko se pretpostavlja da ih je bilo u avionu, u samoubilačkoj misiji sa sobom ukrcali razoran eksploziv težine četvero putnika koliko ih još stane u ovaj avion? Prazan ovaj avion teži nešto manje od dvije tone. To je trećina onoga što je težio stari sovjetski dron koji je početkom ožujka napravio ogroman krater ispred Studentskog centra "Stjepan Radić" u Zagrebu. Dvije tone težak avion, plus oko 320 kilograma razornog eksploziva, predstavljalo bi baš zgodnu prijetnju nacionalnoj sigurnosti.

Kako bi u takvim okolnostima reagiralo hrvatsko lovačko zrakoplovstvo koje ne smije letjeti noću jer MORH štedi na isplati noćnih radnih sati svojih pilota? Budući da ovih dana mrak pada nakon 20 sati, vremena za intervenciju bi bilo.

Evo što o tome kaže Zakon o obrani u članku 57., koji je Sabor donio 2019. godine: "Uporaba Oružanih snaga u situacijama koje zahtijevaju borbeno djelovanje protiv civilnih zrakoplova koji narušavaju suverenitet Republike Hrvatske i nacionalnu sigurnost uređuje se posebnim zakonom."

Kolega Marko Didić još je početkom svibnja zamolio MORH da mu odgovori na pitanje je li ikada donesen taj posebni zakon, a ako nije, onda je zamolio informaciju o tome na koji se način danas regulira uporaba OS-a u situacijama koje zahtijevaju borbeno djelovanje protiv civilnih zrakoplova koji narušavaju suverenitet i nacionalnu sigurnost RH. Ne radi se ovdje o vojnoj tajni, nego o zakonu koji je trebao proći redovnu proceduru u Hrvatskom saboru. Međutim, prošlo je točno mjesec dana, a da Ministarstvo obrane na novinarsko pitanje nije odgovorilo. Mjesec dana je razuman rok na legitimno pitanje.

Odgovor smo pokušali naći u internetskoj tražilici, ali bezuspješno. Logično je pretpostaviti da takav zakon, čiji je predlagač trebao biti upravo MORH, nikad nije ni donesen. Odgovornost za rušenje civilnog zrakoplova koji "narušava suverenitet RH i nacionalnu sigurnost" bila bi tako isključivo na pilotima HRZ-a. Čak i kad bi primili naređenje svojih pretpostavljenih o rušenju, mogli bi ga odbiti jer takvo naređenje nije u skladu sa zakonima RH.

om nebu sve su učestaliji. Najprije se u Zagrebu srušio stari sovjetski dron, da bi litavski Beechcraft danas na noge podigao pilote-lovce najmanje triju nacija.

Mediji govore o dvomotornom dvosjedu, ali Beechcraft nikad nije proizveo takav avion. Ovdje se vjerojatno radi o zrakoplovu Beechcraft Baron 58 s dva sjedišta za posadu i četiri za putnike. Bugarski ministar obrane Dragomir Zakov naglasio je da, prema njihovoj procjeni, ni u jednom trenutku nije bila ugrožena nacionalna sigurnost, što je dobra vijest. Detalji ovog leta su uglavnom poznati – osam minuta nakon polijetanja iz okolice Debrecena u Mađarskoj presreo ga je dežurni lovački par Saab JAS 39 Gripena. U visini mjesta Oradea Beechcraft je u 17.49 ušao u rumunjski zračni prostor.

Prekogranični sporazum omogućavao je mađarskim pilotima da ga nastave pratiti i u Rumunjskoj, gdje su ga četiri minute kasnije preuzeli američki lovci F-16 Flying Falcon iz 86. zrakoplovne baze u Fetestiu. Nakon toga su ga u 18.36 preuzela dva rumunjska F-16, sve dok nije ušao u Srbiju, između mjesta Mala Vrbica i Korbovo, sjeveroistočno od Donjeg Milanovca. Bugari su, rekli smo, bili uvjereni da avion koji leti nisko i polako nije neka prijetnja.

No što bi se dogodilo da su dva člana posade, koliko se pretpostavlja da ih je bilo u avionu, u samoubilačkoj misiji sa sobom ukrcali razoran eksploziv težine četvero putnika koliko ih još stane u ovaj avion? Prazan ovaj avion teži nešto manje od dvije tone. To je trećina onoga što je težio stari sovjetski dron koji je početkom ožujka napravio ogroman krater ispred Studentskog centra "Stjepan Radić" u Zagrebu. Dvije tone težak avion, plus oko 320 kilograma razornog eksploziva, predstavljalo bi baš zgodnu prijetnju nacionalnoj sigurnosti.

Kako bi u takvim okolnostima reagiralo hrvatsko lovačko zrakoplovstvo koje ne smije letjeti noću jer MORH štedi na isplati noćnih radnih sati svojih pilota? Budući da ovih dana mrak pada nakon 20 sati, vremena za intervenciju bi bilo.

Evo što o tome kaže Zakon o obrani u članku 57., koji je Sabor donio 2019. godine: "Uporaba Oružanih snaga u situacijama koje zahtijevaju borbeno djelovanje protiv civilnih zrakoplova koji narušavaju suverenitet Republike Hrvatske i nacionalnu sigurnost uređuje se posebnim zakonom."

Kolega Marko Didić još je početkom svibnja zamolio MORH da mu odgovori na pitanje je li ikada donesen taj posebni zakon, a ako nije, onda je zamolio informaciju o tome na koji se način danas regulira uporaba OS-a u situacijama koje zahtijevaju borbeno djelovanje protiv civilnih zrakoplova koji narušavaju suverenitet i nacionalnu sigurnost RH. Ne radi se ovdje o vojnoj tajni, nego o zakonu koji je trebao proći redovnu proceduru u Hrvatskom saboru. Međutim, prošlo je točno mjesec dana, a da Ministarstvo obrane na novinarsko pitanje nije odgovorilo. Mjesec dana je razuman rok na legitimno pitanje.

Odgovor smo pokušali naći u internetskoj tražilici, ali bezuspješno. Logično je pretpostaviti da takav zakon, čiji je predlagač trebao biti upravo MORH, nikad nije ni donesen. Odgovornost za rušenje civilnog zrakoplova koji "narušava suverenitet RH i nacionalnu sigurnost" bila bi tako isključivo na pilotima HRZ-a. Čak i kad bi primili naređenje svojih pretpostavljenih o rušenju, mogli bi ga odbiti jer takvo naređenje nije u skladu sa zakonima RH.

Novi incident s neidentificiranim zrakoplovima na europskom nebu, litavski Beechcraft na noge podigao pilote-lovce najmanje triju nacija. A što bi se dogodilo u ovom slučaju?!

om nebu sve su učestaliji. Najprije se u Zagrebu srušio stari sovjetski dron, da bi litavski Beechcraft danas na noge podigao pilote-lovce najmanje triju nacija.

Mediji govore o dvomotornom dvosjedu, ali Beechcraft nikad nije proizveo takav avion. Ovdje se vjerojatno radi o zrakoplovu Beechcraft Baron 58 s dva sjedišta za posadu i četiri za putnike. Bugarski ministar obrane Dragomir Zakov naglasio je da, prema njihovoj procjeni, ni u jednom trenutku nije bila ugrožena nacionalna sigurnost, što je dobra vijest. Detalji ovog leta su uglavnom poznati – osam minuta nakon polijetanja iz okolice Debrecena u Mađarskoj presreo ga je dežurni lovački par Saab JAS 39 Gripena. U visini mjesta Oradea Beechcraft je u 17.49 ušao u rumunjski zračni prostor.
