Britanski premijer Boris Johnson želi poslati Ukrajini "smrtonosno oružje" velikog dometa. Kako doznaju britanski mediji jučer je admiral Sir Tony Radakin, načelnik stožera obrane, održao brifing s premijerom i ministrima na kojem ih je obavijestio da je rat u Ukrajini prerastao u tradicionalnije ratovanje.

Istovremeno, nova ruska strategija stvara nove izazove za ukrajinske branitelje. Rusija je, čini se, odlučila koncentrirati raspršene snage i snažnije napasti manji broj lokacija i to uglavnom u Donbasu. Izvor iz Vlade za The Times je rekao da Velika Britanija prelazi u "novu fazu" svoje potpore Ukrajini i da vlada razmatra kakvu vojnu opremu može pružiti.

“Ukrajinska vojska ne samo da drži velike gradove, ona tjera Ruse na povlačenje. Naša podrška se mora promijeniti u vezi s tim”, rekao je Timesu izvor iz Vlade.

Johnson nije precizirao kakvo oružje Velika Britanija može pružiti, ali izvori iz resora obrane The Timesu su rekli kako je Ukrajini potrebna teška artiljerija, odnosno duboka paljba većeg dometa kako bi pokušali izbaciti ruske trupe na istoku zemlje. Problem je što je takva vojna oprema složena za upravljanje i ukrajinsku vojsku treba dodatno obučiti, a za to nema vremena. Za razliku od tisuća raketnih bacača s ramena koje je UK već dostavila, kompliciraniji sustavi bi zahtijevali od ukrajinskih vojnika da se povuku s prve crte bojišnice kako bi mogli proći obuku u susjednim zemljama.

Kao jedna od opcija pomoći spominje se oklopna samohodna haubica na gusjenicama AS-90 Vickers.

Mobilni topnički sustavi i dalje igraju važnu ulogu na bojnom polju, unatoč ogromnom korištenju bespilotnih letjelica.

Ovu je haubicu osamdesetih godina razvila tvrtka Vickers Shipbuilding and Engineering koja je kasnije postala dio BAE Systemsa. Glavni je dio sustava haubica s cijevi kalibra 155 mm. Ukupna masa vozila na gusjenicama je 45 tona, pogoni ga Cumminsov dizelski motor VTA903T V8 od 660 KS (493 kW), a najveća brzina je 55 km na sat. Haubica postiže domet od 25 km s klasičnim streljivom i do 32 km s plinogeneratorom ili raketnim potiskom. Brzina paljbe iznosi tri granate unutar deset sekundi, šest granata u minuti tijekom učestale paljbe od tri minute, a pri dugotrajnoj paljbi dvije granate u minuti tijekom jednog sata. Zaliha streljiva iznosi 48 granata i odgovarajući broj potisnih punjenja.

AS-90 ima pomoćnu pogonsku jedinicu koja osigurava energiju za sve elektroničke sustave haubice kad je glavni pogonski motor ugašen, uključujući pokretanje kupole i cijevi te sustav punjenja. Ima i autonomni navigacijski sustav DRU, a svim funkcijama paljbe upravlja računalo TCC (Turret Control Computer), koje ima displeje za zapovjednika vozila, punitelja i ciljača. Ugrađen je i radar za mjerenje brzine granate pri izlasku iz cijevi, koji pomaže u korekciji paljbe.

Za ulazak u paljbeni položaj iz hodnje i obratno treba manje od minute, a posada ima pet članova.

Britanci su već prije isporučili Ukrajincima protuzračno oružje velike brzine: STARstreak. To oružje proizvedeno u Belfastu najbrža je raketa zemlja-zrak kratkog dometa. Ubrzavaju se nakon lansiranja i uključuju tri laserski vođena podstreljiva kako bi povećali izglede da pogode svoje mete. STARStreak je drugo značajno oružje koje je Britanija poslala Ukrajini. Prije toga dala im je NLAW, koji je trenutačno najnapredniji jednokratni protutenkovski raketni bacač dostupan na tržištu. Njegov učinkovit domet od 400 m za pokretne mete i 800 m za stacionarne ciljeve smatra se odličnim za oružje te klase.

Britanski premijer danas je izjavio kako sankcije Rusiji zbog rata s Ukrajinom neće biti ukinute čak i ako dođe do privremenog prekida vatre. Na konstataciju zastupnika vladajuće Konzervativne stranke Johnnyja Mercera koji se založio za veću vojnu pomoći Ukrajini, Johnson je rekao da je Mercer potpuno u pravu i da bi trebali udvostručiti vojnu i obrambenu podršku.

"Također ćemo osigurati da nitko od naših prijatelja i partnera u svijetu ne odustane od sankcija. Zapravo, moramo povećati ekonomski pritisak na Vladimira Putina, a ukidanje bilo kakvih sankcija je apsolutno nezamislivo i ukoliko postoji prekid vatre", rekao je Johnson.

Zapadne sile bi ovog tjedna trebale održati donatorsku konferenciju na kojoj će se raspravljati o tome koje oružje ponuditi koje bi moglo napraviti razliku u iscrpljenijem ratu.

Britanski premijer Boris Johnson želi poslati Ukrajini "smrtonosno oružje" velikog dometa. Kako doznaju britanski mediji jučer je admiral Sir Tony Radakin, načelnik stožera obrane, održao brifing s premijerom i ministrima na kojem ih je obavijestio da je rat u Ukrajini prerastao u tradicionalnije ratovanje.

Istovremeno, nova ruska strategija stvara nove izazove za ukrajinske branitelje. Rusija je, čini se, odlučila koncentrirati raspršene snage i snažnije napasti manji broj lokacija i to uglavnom u Donbasu. Izvor iz Vlade za The Times je rekao da Velika Britanija prelazi u "novu fazu" svoje potpore Ukrajini i da vlada razmatra kakvu vojnu opremu može pružiti.

“Ukrajinska vojska ne samo da drži velike gradove, ona tjera Ruse na povlačenje. Naša podrška se mora promijeniti u vezi s tim”, rekao je Timesu izvor iz Vlade.

Johnson nije precizirao kakvo oružje Velika Britanija može pružiti, ali izvori iz resora obrane The Timesu su rekli kako je Ukrajini potrebna teška artiljerija, odnosno duboka paljba većeg dometa kako bi pokušali izbaciti ruske trupe na istoku zemlje. Problem je što je takva vojna oprema složena za upravljanje i ukrajinsku vojsku treba dodatno obučiti, a za to nema vremena. Za razliku od tisuća raketnih bacača s ramena koje je UK već dostavila, kompliciraniji sustavi bi zahtijevali od ukrajinskih vojnika da se povuku s prve crte bojišnice kako bi mogli proći obuku u susjednim zemljama.

Kao jedna od opcija pomoći spominje se oklopna samohodna haubica na gusjenicama AS-90 Vickers.

Mobilni topnički sustavi i dalje igraju važnu ulogu na bojnom polju, unatoč ogromnom korištenju bespilotnih letjelica.

Ovu je haubicu osamdesetih godina razvila tvrtka Vickers Shipbuilding and Engineering koja je kasnije postala dio BAE Systemsa. Glavni je dio sustava haubica s cijevi kalibra 155 mm. Ukupna masa vozila na gusjenicama je 45 tona, pogoni ga Cumminsov dizelski motor VTA903T V8 od 660 KS (493 kW), a najveća brzina je 55 km na sat. Haubica postiže domet od 25 km s klasičnim streljivom i do 32 km s plinogeneratorom ili raketnim potiskom. Brzina paljbe iznosi tri granate unutar deset sekundi, šest granata u minuti tijekom učestale paljbe od tri minute, a pri dugotrajnoj paljbi dvije granate u minuti tijekom jednog sata. Zaliha streljiva iznosi 48 granata i odgovarajući broj potisnih punjenja.

AS-90 ima pomoćnu pogonsku jedinicu koja osigurava energiju za sve elektroničke sustave haubice kad je glavni pogonski motor ugašen, uključujući pokretanje kupole i cijevi te sustav punjenja. Ima i autonomni navigacijski sustav DRU, a svim funkcijama paljbe upravlja računalo TCC (Turret Control Computer), koje ima displeje za zapovjednika vozila, punitelja i ciljača. Ugrađen je i radar za mjerenje brzine granate pri izlasku iz cijevi, koji pomaže u korekciji paljbe.

Za ulazak u paljbeni položaj iz hodnje i obratno treba manje od minute, a posada ima pet članova.

Britanci su već prije isporučili Ukrajincima protuzračno oružje velike brzine: STARstreak. To oružje proizvedeno u Belfastu najbrža je raketa zemlja-zrak kratkog dometa. Ubrzavaju se nakon lansiranja i uključuju tri laserski vođena podstreljiva kako bi povećali izglede da pogode svoje mete. STARStreak je drugo značajno oružje koje je Britanija poslala Ukrajini. Prije toga dala im je NLAW, koji je trenutačno najnapredniji jednokratni protutenkovski raketni bacač dostupan na tržištu. Njegov učinkovit domet od 400 m za pokretne mete i 800 m za stacionarne ciljeve smatra se odličnim za oružje te klase.

Britanski premijer danas je izjavio kako sankcije Rusiji zbog rata s Ukrajinom neće biti ukinute čak i ako dođe do privremenog prekida vatre. Na konstataciju zastupnika vladajuće Konzervativne stranke Johnnyja Mercera koji se založio za veću vojnu pomoći Ukrajini, Johnson je rekao da je Mercer potpuno u pravu i da bi trebali udvostručiti vojnu i obrambenu podršku.

"Također ćemo osigurati da nitko od naših prijatelja i partnera u svijetu ne odustane od sankcija. Zapravo, moramo povećati ekonomski pritisak na Vladimira Putina, a ukidanje bilo kakvih sankcija je apsolutno nezamislivo i ukoliko postoji prekid vatre", rekao je Johnson.

Zapadne sile bi ovog tjedna trebale održati donatorsku konferenciju na kojoj će se raspravljati o tome koje oružje ponuditi koje bi moglo napraviti razliku u iscrpljenijem ratu.
