Nakon što su EU i SAD najavile zabranu uvoza ruske nafte kao dio sankcija zbog ruske invazije na Ukrajinu, trgovci pojačano kupuju rusku naftu i miješaju je s drugom, kako bi prikrili porijeklo, objavio je ugledni Wall Street Journal.

Izvoz ruske nafte u travnju je povećan, a ne smanjen. Iako su SAD zabranile uvoz ruske nafte još početkom ožujka, vjeruje se da je u New York i New Jersey prošlog mjeseca stiglo gorivo iz indijskih rafinerija koje djelomično potječe i iz Rusije. Dizel i benzin stigli su Sueskim kanalom i preko Atlantika, prema podacima think tanka Centra za istraživanje energije i čistog zraka sa sjedištem u Helsinkiju, prenosi Jutarnji.

Stvar je u tome da je zbog sankcija Rusiji nafta na svjetskom tržištu poskupila, a ona ruska jeftinija je za 35 dolara od američke. U SAD se legalno može uvesti ukoliko je ruske sirovine u gorivu ostalo manje od 25 posto, odnosno, kako piše WSJ, američki Ured za kontrolu inozemnih dobara obično definira podrijetlo koristeći kriterij od 25 posto ili više kao pravilo.

Američki embargo iz ožujka zabranjuje uvoz sirove nafte, naftnih derivata, ukapljenog prirodnog plina i ugljena iz Rusije, no goriva poput dizela često se proizvode od mješavine nafte različitog porijekla.

Čelnici EU složili su se u utorak da uvedu postupnu zabranu uvoza ruske nafte, 90 posto do kraja godine. Također, očekuje se da će europskim osiguravateljima biti zabranjeno da izdaju police za brodove koji prevoze rusku naftu. No pitanje je koliko će sankcije biti učinkovite, jer su već na djelu mehanizmi za njihovo izbjegavanje.

Među ostalim, porijeklo ruske nafte se kamuflira tako što se nafta tajno pretankava s jednog broda na drugi. Tako se pokušava zametnuti trag nafti iz Irana i Venezuele koje su također pod američkim sankcijama. Pretankavanje se radi u Sredozemnom moru, uz obale zapadne Afrike i Crnog mora, a nafta zatim ide prema Kini, Indiji i zapadnoj Europi.

Ranije su objavljeni podaci po kojima je u travnju izvoz ruske nafte porastao za 620.000 barela na 8,1 milijuna barela dnevno, a najveći dio tog porasta odnosi se na Indiju. Indijski uvoz ruske nafte je s 30.000 porastao čak na 800.000 barela dnevno, prema podacima tvrtke Kpler.

Rafinerija u vlasništvu indijskog energetskog diva Reliance Industries kupila je u svibnju sedam puta više ruske sirove nafte nego prije ožujka. Reliance je unajmio tanker za prijevoz alkilata, komponente za proizvodnju benzina. Tanker je 21. travnja krenuo iz luke Sikka bez planiranog odredišta, a teret je 22. svibnja iskrcao u New Yorku. Lauri Myllyvirta, vodeći analitičar u Centru za istraživanje energije u Helsinkiju kaže za WSJ da je vjerojatno Reliance preuzeo rusku naftu, preradio je i prodao američkom kupcu. Centar za istraživanje energije i čisti zrak prati izvoz ruske nafte i plina i njegovu ulogu u financiranju rata u Ukrajini.

Indijski izvoz rafiniranih naftnih proizvoda naglo je porastao od početka rata u Ukrajini 24. veljače. Dnevne isporuke u Europu porasle su za trećinu te za 43 posto u SAD na tromjesečnoj razini. I Koen Wessels, analitičar naftnih proizvoda u konzultantskoj tvrtki Energy Aspects vjeruje da je dio ruske nafte došao do američkog tržišta, u vrijeme kada su cijene benzina i dizela dosegle rekorde u SAD-u i drugdje u svijetu. Prošlog tjedna se brod Zhen 1, koji je prevozio rusku naftu, uz obalu zapadne Afrike stao uz Lauren II, divovski brod za prijevoz sirove nafte koji može primiti oko 2 milijuna barela nafte. Vjerojatno je Lauren II ispraznio svoj teret, ide prema Gibraltaru, a potom se očekuje da će otići u Kinu.

Sve više brodova koji prevoze rusku naftu isključilo je svoju GPS opremu, objavila je izraelska kompanija Windward. Zbog toga je trgovinu ruskom naftom još teže pratiti.

Kineski kupci nastoje sakriti rusku naftu kako bi izbjegli visoke troškove transporta. Umjesto da plate transfer do Kine, tvrtke prevoze označenu rusku naftu do tankera negdje u moru. U operaciju je uključen Unipec, trgovački ogranak kineske naftne kompanije Sinopec Group, navodi Wall Street Journal.

Nakon što su EU i SAD najavile zabranu uvoza ruske nafte kao dio sankcija zbog ruske invazije na Ukrajinu, trgovci pojačano kupuju rusku naftu i miješaju je s drugom, kako bi prikrili porijeklo, objavio je ugledni Wall Street Journal.

Izvoz ruske nafte u travnju je povećan, a ne smanjen. Iako su SAD zabranile uvoz ruske nafte još početkom ožujka, vjeruje se da je u New York i New Jersey prošlog mjeseca stiglo gorivo iz indijskih rafinerija koje djelomično potječe i iz Rusije. Dizel i benzin stigli su Sueskim kanalom i preko Atlantika, prema podacima think tanka Centra za istraživanje energije i čistog zraka sa sjedištem u Helsinkiju, prenosi Jutarnji.

Stvar je u tome da je zbog sankcija Rusiji nafta na svjetskom tržištu poskupila, a ona ruska jeftinija je za 35 dolara od američke. U SAD se legalno može uvesti ukoliko je ruske sirovine u gorivu ostalo manje od 25 posto, odnosno, kako piše WSJ, američki Ured za kontrolu inozemnih dobara obično definira podrijetlo koristeći kriterij od 25 posto ili više kao pravilo.

Američki embargo iz ožujka zabranjuje uvoz sirove nafte, naftnih derivata, ukapljenog prirodnog plina i ugljena iz Rusije, no goriva poput dizela često se proizvode od mješavine nafte različitog porijekla.

Čelnici EU složili su se u utorak da uvedu postupnu zabranu uvoza ruske nafte, 90 posto do kraja godine. Također, očekuje se da će europskim osiguravateljima biti zabranjeno da izdaju police za brodove koji prevoze rusku naftu. No pitanje je koliko će sankcije biti učinkovite, jer su već na djelu mehanizmi za njihovo izbjegavanje.

Među ostalim, porijeklo ruske nafte se kamuflira tako što se nafta tajno pretankava s jednog broda na drugi. Tako se pokušava zametnuti trag nafti iz Irana i Venezuele koje su također pod američkim sankcijama. Pretankavanje se radi u Sredozemnom moru, uz obale zapadne Afrike i Crnog mora, a nafta zatim ide prema Kini, Indiji i zapadnoj Europi.

Ranije su objavljeni podaci po kojima je u travnju izvoz ruske nafte porastao za 620.000 barela na 8,1 milijuna barela dnevno, a najveći dio tog porasta odnosi se na Indiju. Indijski uvoz ruske nafte je s 30.000 porastao čak na 800.000 barela dnevno, prema podacima tvrtke Kpler.

Rafinerija u vlasništvu indijskog energetskog diva Reliance Industries kupila je u svibnju sedam puta više ruske sirove nafte nego prije ožujka. Reliance je unajmio tanker za prijevoz alkilata, komponente za proizvodnju benzina. Tanker je 21. travnja krenuo iz luke Sikka bez planiranog odredišta, a teret je 22. svibnja iskrcao u New Yorku. Lauri Myllyvirta, vodeći analitičar u Centru za istraživanje energije u Helsinkiju kaže za WSJ da je vjerojatno Reliance preuzeo rusku naftu, preradio je i prodao američkom kupcu. Centar za istraživanje energije i čisti zrak prati izvoz ruske nafte i plina i njegovu ulogu u financiranju rata u Ukrajini.

Indijski izvoz rafiniranih naftnih proizvoda naglo je porastao od početka rata u Ukrajini 24. veljače. Dnevne isporuke u Europu porasle su za trećinu te za 43 posto u SAD na tromjesečnoj razini. I Koen Wessels, analitičar naftnih proizvoda u konzultantskoj tvrtki Energy Aspects vjeruje da je dio ruske nafte došao do američkog tržišta, u vrijeme kada su cijene benzina i dizela dosegle rekorde u SAD-u i drugdje u svijetu. Prošlog tjedna se brod Zhen 1, koji je prevozio rusku naftu, uz obalu zapadne Afrike stao uz Lauren II, divovski brod za prijevoz sirove nafte koji može primiti oko 2 milijuna barela nafte. Vjerojatno je Lauren II ispraznio svoj teret, ide prema Gibraltaru, a potom se očekuje da će otići u Kinu.

Sve više brodova koji prevoze rusku naftu isključilo je svoju GPS opremu, objavila je izraelska kompanija Windward. Zbog toga je trgovinu ruskom naftom još teže pratiti.

Kineski kupci nastoje sakriti rusku naftu kako bi izbjegli visoke troškove transporta. Umjesto da plate transfer do Kine, tvrtke prevoze označenu rusku naftu do tankera negdje u moru. U operaciju je uključen Unipec, trgovački ogranak kineske naftne kompanije Sinopec Group, navodi Wall Street Journal.

Nakon što su EU i SAD najavile zabranu uvoza ruske nafte kao dio sankcija zbog ruske invazije na Ukrajinu, trgovci pojačano kupuju rusku naftu i miješaju je s drugom, kako bi prikrili porijeklo, objavio je ugledni Wall Street Journal.

Izvoz ruske nafte u travnju je povećan, a ne smanjen. Iako su SAD zabranile uvoz ruske nafte još početkom ožujka, vjeruje se da je u New York i New Jersey prošlog mjeseca stiglo gorivo iz indijskih rafinerija koje djelomično potječe i iz Rusije. Dizel i benzin stigli su Sueskim kanalom i preko Atlantika, prema podacima think tanka Centra za istraživanje energije i čistog zraka sa sjedištem u Helsinkiju, prenosi Jutarnji.

Stvar je u tome da je zbog sankcija Rusiji nafta na svjetskom tržištu poskupila, a ona ruska jeftinija je za 35 dolara od amer...
