Francuski predsjednik Emmanuel Macron želi prije Božića najaviti izgradnju šest novih EPR nuklearnih reaktora na tlu Francuske, objavio je u utorak dnevni list Le Figaro.

Šest mjeseci uoči predsjedničkih izbora u Francuskoj, odluku o izgradnji šest nuklearnih reaktora ubrzala je energetska kriza u Europi, kao i povećanje cijena energenata koje sve više utječe na standard građana, dodaje list.

Glasnogovornik ureda francuskog predsjednika nije želio komentirati izvješće.

Na početku svog mandata, Macron je obećao da će do 2035. smanjiti udio nuklearne energije u francuskom energetskom miksu sa sadašnjih 75 na 50 posto. No aktualna energetska kriza promijenila je prioritete Pariza.

"Energetska kriza pokazuje da imamo pravo izabrati nuklearnu energiju u sklopu tranzicije na zelenu energiju", rekao je neimenovani visoki vladin dužnosnik za Le Figaro.

Ranije je francuska vlada tvrdila da neće pokretati nove projekte izgradnje EPR reaktora sve dok nuklearka u izgradnji u Flamanvilleu na sjeverozapadu zemlje, koja se koristi tom novom tehnologijom, ne bude dovršena. Dovršetak projekta Flamanville kasni gotovo deset godina, a konačna cijena mogla bi biti pet puta viša od planirane.

Zasad nije poznato kad bi reaktor mogao biti operativan, ali mediji navode da to sigurno neće biti prije kraja 2022.  

EPR je tehnologija koju su razvile francuske tvrtke Framatome i EDF, a trenutno u svijetu postoje samo dva operativna EPR nuklearna reaktora, oba u kineskom Taishanu, koja su ušla u komercijalnu upotrebu u prosincu 2018. odnosno u rujnu 2019.

Francuski predsjednik Emmanuel Macron želi prije Božića najaviti izgradnju šest novih EPR nuklearnih reaktora na tlu Francuske, objavio je u utorak dnevni list Le Figaro.

Šest mjeseci uoči predsjedničkih izbora u Francuskoj, odluku o izgradnji šest nuklearnih reaktora ubrzala je energetska kriza u Europi, kao i povećanje cijena energenata koje sve više utječe na standard građana, dodaje list.

Glasnogovornik ureda francuskog predsjednika nije želio komentirati izvješće.

Na početku svog mandata, Macron je obećao da će do 2035. smanjiti udio nuklearne energije u francuskom energetskom miksu sa sadašnjih 75 na 50 posto. No aktualna energetska kriza promijenila je prioritete Pariza.

"Energetska kriza pokazuje da imamo pravo izabrati nuklearnu energiju u sklopu tranzicije na zelenu energiju", rekao je neimenovani visoki vladin dužnosnik za Le Figaro.

Ranije je francuska vlada tvrdila da neće pokretati nove projekte izgradnje EPR reaktora sve dok nuklearka u izgradnji u Flamanvilleu na sjeverozapadu zemlje, koja se koristi tom novom tehnologijom, ne bude dovršena. Dovršetak projekta Flamanville kasni gotovo deset godina, a konačna cijena mogla bi biti pet puta viša od planirane.

Zasad nije poznato kad bi reaktor mogao biti operativan, ali mediji navode da to sigurno neće biti prije kraja 2022.  

EPR je tehnologija koju su razvile francuske tvrtke Framatome i EDF, a trenutno u svijetu postoje samo dva operativna EPR nuklearna reaktora, oba u kineskom Taishanu, koja su ušla u komercijalnu upotrebu u prosincu 2018. odnosno u rujnu 2019.

Francuski predsjednik Emmanuel Macron želi prije Božića najaviti izgradnju šest novih EPR nuklearnih reaktora na tlu Francuske, objavio je u utorak dnevni list Le Figaro.

Šest mjeseci uoči predsjedničkih izbora u Francuskoj, odluku o izgradnji šest nuklearnih reaktora ubrzala je energetska kriza u Europi, kao i povećanje cijena energenata koje sve više utječe na standard građana, dodaje list.

Glasnogovornik ureda francuskog predsjednika nije želio komentirati izvješće.

Na početku svog mandata, Macron je obećao da će do 2035. smanjiti udio nuklearne energije u francuskom energetskom miksu sa sadašnjih 75 na 50 posto. No aktualna energetska kriza promijenila je prioritete Pariza.
