Programska pogreška uzrokovala je da avion kompanije Tui poleti značajno teži od očekivanog jer su sve putnice koje su koristile titulu 'Miss' klasificirane kao djeca, utvrdila je istraga, piše Jutarnji list po uzoru na Guardian.

Polijetanje iz zračne luke Birmingham prema Majorki sa 187 putnika Odjel za istragu zračnih nesreća (AAIB) opisao je kao 'ozbiljan incident'.

Ažuriranje rezervacijskog sustava zrakoplovne tvrtke dok su njezini zrakoplovi bili prizemljeni zbog pandemije koronavirusa dovelo je do toga da je 38 putnica na letu dobilo 'standardnu težinu' djeteta od 35 kg, za razliku od odrasle osobe od 69 kg.

Zbog toga je tovarni list, pomoću kojega kapetan izračunava koji su parametri potrebni za polijetanje, pokazao da je Boeing 737 MAX oko 1.200 kg lakši nego što je zapravo bio.

Istražitelji su grešku opisali kao 'jednostavnu manu' u IT sustavu koji je programiran u neimenovanoj stranoj zemlji u kojoj se riječ 'Miss' koristi za dijete, a 'Ms' za odraslu ženu.

Unatoč problemu, potisak upotrijebljen za polijetanje iz Birminghama 21. srpnja 2020. bio je samo 'neznatno manji' nego što je trebao biti, a 'siguran rad zrakoplova nije narušen', izvijestio je AAIB.

Ista greška kasnije toga dana uzrokovala je polijetanje i dva druga leta kompanije Tui iz Velike Britanije s netočnim tovarnim listovima.

Sustav je prilagođen kada je problem prvi put utvrđen 11 dana ranije, ali to nije ispravilo unose težine za letove 21. srpnja.

Operater je naknadno uveo ručne provjere kako bi osigurao da se odrasle žene na relevantnoj dokumentaciji označavaju kako treba.

U priopćenju kompanije Tui stoji: 'Zdravlje i sigurnost naših putnika i posade uvijek su naša glavna briga. Nakon ovog izoliranog incidenta, ispravili smo kvar utvrđen u našem IT sustavu. Kao što je navedeno u izvješću, sigurnost leta nije ugrožena.'

Programska pogreška uzrokovala je da avion kompanije Tui poleti značajno teži od očekivanog jer su sve putnice koje su koristile titulu 'Miss' klasificirane kao djeca, utvrdila je istraga, piše Jutarnji list po uzoru na Guardian.

Polijetanje iz zračne luke Birmingham prema Majorki sa 187 putnika Odjel za istragu zračnih nesreća (AAIB) opisao je kao 'ozbiljan incident'.

Ažuriranje rezervacijskog sustava zrakoplovne tvrtke dok su njezini zrakoplovi bili prizemljeni zbog pandemije koronavirusa dovelo je do toga da je 38 putnica na letu dobilo 'standardnu težinu' djeteta od 35 kg, za razliku od odrasle osobe od 69 kg.

Zbog toga je tovarni list, pomoću kojega kapetan izračunava koji su parametri potrebni za polijetanje, pokazao da je Boeing 737 MAX oko 1.200 kg lakši nego što je zapravo bio.

Istražitelji su grešku opisali kao 'jednostavnu manu' u IT sustavu koji je programiran u neimenovanoj stranoj zemlji u kojoj se riječ 'Miss' koristi za dijete, a 'Ms' za odraslu ženu.

Unatoč problemu, potisak upotrijebljen za polijetanje iz Birminghama 21. srpnja 2020. bio je samo 'neznatno manji' nego što je trebao biti, a 'siguran rad zrakoplova nije narušen', izvijestio je AAIB.

Ista greška kasnije toga dana uzrokovala je polijetanje i dva druga leta kompanije Tui iz Velike Britanije s netočnim tovarnim listovima.

Sustav je prilagođen kada je problem prvi put utvrđen 11 dana ranije, ali to nije ispravilo unose težine za letove 21. srpnja.

Operater je naknadno uveo ručne provjere kako bi osigurao da se odrasle žene na relevantnoj dokumentaciji označavaju kako treba.

U priopćenju kompanije Tui stoji: 'Zdravlje i sigurnost naših putnika i posade uvijek su naša glavna briga. Nakon ovog izoliranog incidenta, ispravili smo kvar utvrđen u našem IT sustavu. Kao što je navedeno u izvješću, sigurnost leta nije ugrožena.'

Incident na tri leta Boeinga 737: računalni program krivo izračunao težinau, avion je bio čak 1200 kilograma teži nego se mislilo

Programska pogreška uzrokovala je da avion kompanije Tui poleti značajno teži od očekivanog jer su sve putnice koje su koristile titulu 'Miss' klasificirane kao djeca, utvrdila je istraga, piše Jutarnji list po uzoru na Guardian.

Polijetanje iz zračne luke Birmingham prema Majorki sa 187 putnika Odjel za istragu zračnih nesreća (AAIB) opisao je kao 'ozbiljan incident'.

Ažuriranje rezervacijskog sustava zrakoplovne tvrtke dok su njezini zrakoplovi bili prizemljeni zbog pandemije koronavirusa dovelo je do toga da je 38 putnica na letu dobilo 'standardnu težinu' djeteta od 35 kg, za razliku od odrasle osobe od 69 kg.

Zbog toga je tovarni list, pomoću kojega kapetan izračunava koji su parametri potrebni za polijetanje, pokazao da je Boeing 737 MAX oko 1.200 kg lakši nego što je...
