Novinarka HTV-a razgovarala je s Pavelom Pavlišinom, direktorom nuklearne elektrane Rivne i nekadašnjim prvim čovjekom Energoatoma, državne tvrtke koja upravlja svim nuklearnim elektranama u Ukrajini.

Prema vašim informacijama, kakva je situacija u nuklearnoj elektrani Zaporižja? 

- Danas je ta elektrana pod kontrolom ruske vojske ili okupatora, kako ih mi zovemo. Mi smatramo da je to nuklearni terorizam bez presedana, terorizam koji treba osuditi cijelo europsko društvo i cijeli svijet. Prvi se put u povijesti nuklearne energetike događa takvo što i prema našoj informaciji ugrožena je isporuka grijanja. Provode se radovi na obnovi sustava. Eto to je ukratko kakva je situacija u našem gradu, rekao je. 

Kako će sada elektrana funkcionirati pod nadzorom ruske vojske? 

- Bez komentara. Ne razumijem što oni rade. Pucaju po našoj zemlji, a u isto vrijeme govore da su nešto oslobodili, da su spriječili nekakve nuklearne incidente, to je sve laž, potpuna laž jer inače nuklearna elektrana Zaporižja radi normalno, stabilno, bez ikakvih problema. Teško mi je komentirati kako se oni spremaju i što planiraju, rekao je. 

Kakav je u ovome trenutku status ostalih elektrana u Ukrajini i vaše elektrane Rivne? 

- Status je potpuno normalan, normalno radimo, proizvodimo električnu energiju u skladu s planovima. Kod nas sve teče prema zadanom planu, nema nikakvih problema, pitanja, sve je normalno, dobro smo raspoloženi. Sve naše osoblje u drugim gradovima je dobro, svi smo spremni braniti svoju neovisnost, svoje gradove i elektrane. 

Bojite li se nuklearnog incidenta? 

- Mislim da se nuklearnog incidenta boje sve nuklearne elektrane, bez obzira ne to gdje se nalaze, u svim zemljama je tako. To je vrlo ozbiljno i teško pitanje. Naravno da se bojimo. Danas sav svijet koji razumno razmišlja ne bi smio dopustiti da se događaju ovakvi slučajevi. U svakom slučaju mi činimo sve da se to ne bi dogodilo.

Uputili ste apel kolegama iz Rusije. Što ste im poručili? 

- Ja sam im se obratio, oni ne bi smjeli šutjeti o tome što se danas događa u našoj zemlji i to što danas šire ruski mediji o nekakvom procesu oslobođenja. To su gluposti i moji kolege u Rusiji trebali bi to razumjeti jako dobro. Oni su profesionalci i moraju znati što znače vojna djelovanja oko nuklearnih elektrana ili u njima, gdje postoji velik rizik.

Korištenjem teškog naoružanja i općenito oružja u blizini elektrana, smanjuje se razina sigurnosti nuklearke i svašta se može dogoditi. Ja sam im se obratio kako oni ne bi o tome šutjeli, kako bi o tome govorili svojim vladama na sve moguće načine, kako bi im rekli da se to ne smije raditi. To je situacija bez presedana.

Osim toga danas u našoj zemlji umiru ljudi, obitelji, djeca. Nije jasno koji je cilj, zašto se to događa, mi smo vrlo mirna zemlja. Ovdje nema i nije bilo nikakvih radikalno usmjerenih ljudi koji bi prekoračili nekakve granice. Takvih ljudi ima u svim zemljama, uključujući i Rusiju.

Obratio sam im se kako bi na sve moguće načine zaustavili rat i agresiju, inače za nas nema smisla raditi. Osim toga zamolio sam europsko društvo kao i sve koji me čuju da bojkotiraju ruske stručnjake iz područja nuklearne energetike i njihovu tehnologiju kako bi oni shvatili da se u 21. stoljeću ne smije postupati s jednom europskom zemljom tako kako oni postupaju s nama. Bez sumnje mi ćemo pobijediti.

Novinarka HTV-a razgovarala je s Pavelom Pavlišinom, direktorom nuklearne elektrane Rivne i nekadašnjim prvim čovjekom Energoatoma, državne tvrtke koja upravlja svim nuklearnim elektranama u Ukrajini.

Prema vašim informacijama, kakva je situacija u nuklearnoj elektrani Zaporižja? 

- Danas je ta elektrana pod kontrolom ruske vojske ili okupatora, kako ih mi zovemo. Mi smatramo da je to nuklearni terorizam bez presedana, terorizam koji treba osuditi cijelo europsko društvo i cijeli svijet. Prvi se put u povijesti nuklearne energetike događa takvo što i prema našoj informaciji ugrožena je isporuka grijanja. Provode se radovi na obnovi sustava. Eto to je ukratko kakva je situacija u našem gradu, rekao je. 

Kako će sada elektrana funkcionirati pod nadzorom ruske vojske? 

- Bez komentara. Ne razumijem što oni rade. Pucaju po našoj zemlji, a u isto vrijeme govore da su nešto oslobodili, da su spriječili nekakve nuklearne incidente, to je sve laž, potpuna laž jer inače nuklearna elektrana Zaporižja radi normalno, stabilno, bez ikakvih problema. Teško mi je komentirati kako se oni spremaju i što planiraju, rekao je. 

Kakav je u ovome trenutku status ostalih elektrana u Ukrajini i vaše elektrane Rivne? 

- Status je potpuno normalan, normalno radimo, proizvodimo električnu energiju u skladu s planovima. Kod nas sve teče prema zadanom planu, nema nikakvih problema, pitanja, sve je normalno, dobro smo raspoloženi. Sve naše osoblje u drugim gradovima je dobro, svi smo spremni braniti svoju neovisnost, svoje gradove i elektrane. 

Bojite li se nuklearnog incidenta? 

- Mislim da se nuklearnog incidenta boje sve nuklearne elektrane, bez obzira ne to gdje se nalaze, u svim zemljama je tako. To je vrlo ozbiljno i teško pitanje. Naravno da se bojimo. Danas sav svijet koji razumno razmišlja ne bi smio dopustiti da se događaju ovakvi slučajevi. U svakom slučaju mi činimo sve da se to ne bi dogodilo.

Uputili ste apel kolegama iz Rusije. Što ste im poručili? 

- Ja sam im se obratio, oni ne bi smjeli šutjeti o tome što se danas događa u našoj zemlji i to što danas šire ruski mediji o nekakvom procesu oslobođenja. To su gluposti i moji kolege u Rusiji trebali bi to razumjeti jako dobro. Oni su profesionalci i moraju znati što znače vojna djelovanja oko nuklearnih elektrana ili u njima, gdje postoji velik rizik.

Korištenjem teškog naoružanja i općenito oružja u blizini elektrana, smanjuje se razina sigurnosti nuklearke i svašta se može dogoditi. Ja sam im se obratio kako oni ne bi o tome šutjeli, kako bi o tome govorili svojim vladama na sve moguće načine, kako bi im rekli da se to ne smije raditi. To je situacija bez presedana.

Osim toga danas u našoj zemlji umiru ljudi, obitelji, djeca. Nije jasno koji je cilj, zašto se to događa, mi smo vrlo mirna zemlja. Ovdje nema i nije bilo nikakvih radikalno usmjerenih ljudi koji bi prekoračili nekakve granice. Takvih ljudi ima u svim zemljama, uključujući i Rusiju.

Obratio sam im se kako bi na sve moguće načine zaustavili rat i agresiju, inače za nas nema smisla raditi. Osim toga zamolio sam europsko društvo kao i sve koji me čuju da bojkotiraju ruske stručnjake iz područja nuklearne energetike i njihovu tehnologiju kako bi oni shvatili da se u 21. stoljeću ne smije postupati s jednom europskom zemljom tako kako oni postupaju s nama. Bez sumnje mi ćemo pobijediti.

Novinarka HTV-a razgovarala je s Pavelom Pavlišinom, direktorom nuklearne elektrane Rivne i nekadašnjim prvim čovjekom Energoatoma, državne tvrtke koja upravlja svim nuklearnim elektranama u Ukrajini.

Prema vašim informacijama, kakva je situacija u nuklearnoj elektrani Zaporižja? 

- Danas je ta elektrana pod kontrolom ruske vojske ili okupatora, kako ih mi zovemo. Mi smatramo da je to nuklearni terorizam bez presedana, terorizam koji treba osuditi cijelo europsko društvo i cijeli svijet. Prvi se put u povijesti nuklearne energetike događa takvo što i prema našoj informaciji ugrožena je isporuka grijanja. Provode se radovi na obnovi sustava. Eto to je ukratko kakva je situacija u našem gradu, rekao je. 

Kako će sada elektrana funkcionirati pod nadzorom ruske vojske? 

- Bez...
