Ukupno osam europskih zemalja obustavilo je cijepljenje AstraZenecom. Nakon Austrije, Estonije, Litve, Luksemburg i Latvije, isto su učinile Danska i Island, a sada i Norveška.

Danska je u četvrtak privremeno obustavila cijepljenje cjepivom AstraZenece protiv covida-19 nakon izvješća o slučajevima stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka, od kojih je jedan zabilježen u zemlji, priopćile su danske vlasti.

One nisu rekle koliko je zabilježenih slučajeva stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka u Europi, ali je Austrija u nedjelju iz opreza privremeno zaustavila cijepljenje dozama cjepiva AstraZenece iz jedne serije dok se ne istraži slučaj smrti zbog poremećaja zgrušavanja krvi te slučaj plućne embolije.

Danske vlasti navode da je još šest europskih zemalja prestalo koristiti cjepivo iz jedne serije AstraZenece.

"Mi i Danska agencija za lijekove moramo odgovoriti na izvješća o mogućim ozbiljnim nuspojavama u Danskoj i drugim europskim zemljama", rekao je čelnik danske agencije za zdravstvo Soren Brostrom.

Cijepljenje će biti obustavljeno u trajanju od 14 dana.

Norveška: Obustavljamo cijepljenje iz opreza

I norveške zdravstvene vlasti priopćile su u četvrtak da "iz opreza" obustavljaju primjenu AstraZenecina cjepiva protiv covida, slijedeći primjer Danske koja je donijela istu odluku nakon izvješća o slučajevima zgrušavanja krvi.

"Uvodimo stanku u Norveškoj u cijepljenju AstraZenecom", rekao je visoki dužnosnik u državnom institutu za javno zdravstvo Geir Bukholm na tiskovnoj konferenciji. "Čekamo informacije da vidimo postoji li veza između cijepljenja i slučaja zgrušavanja krvi".

"To je načelo opreza", istaknuo je Bukholm, dodajući da zasad nema dokaza o povezanosti cjepiva englesko-švedskog laboratorija i slučajeva tromboze prijavljenih u Danskoj, od kojih se jedan završio smrću.

EMA: Od 3 milijuna cijepljenih, 22 incidenta

AstraZeneca tvrdi da je njezino cjepivo podvrgnuto strogim kontrolama kvalitete te da "nije bilo potvrđenih teških nuspojava povezanih s cjepivom". Također je rekla da je u kontaktu s austrijskim vlastima te da u potpunosti podupire njihovu istragu.

Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA) objavila je u srijedu da dosad nije bilo dokaza koji povezuju cjepivo AstraZenece s dva slučaja u Austriji te da broj tromboemboličkih incidenata kod ljudi koji su primili to cjepivo nije veći od onog u općoj populaciji.

Među tri milijuna koji su se cijepili AstraZenecinim cjepivom bila su 22 takva incidenta do 9. ožujka, navodi EMA.

Sporna serija isporučena u 18 država, Hrvatska nije među njima

Medicinska sestra (49) u Zwettlu, gradu sjeverozapadno od Beča, umrla je od teškog poremećaja zgrušavanja krvi deset dana nakon primanja cjepiva, objavila je Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA). Drugoj medicinskoj sestri iz Zwettla, koja ima 35 godina, dijagnosticirana je plućna embolija kod koje se stvaraju začepljenja arterija u plućima. Ona se oporavlja.

Sporna serija cjepiva isporučena je u još 17 europskih država.

“Obavijestili smo sve europske kolege u europskoj mreži jer je ova serija, koja je ukupno iznosila otprilike milijun doza, poslana u 17 europskih zemalja”, rekla je Christa Wirthumer-Hoche, voditeljica nadzornog tijela za tržište lijekova austrijske agencije za javno zdravstvo AGES, na konferenciji za novinare.

Hrvatska nije među tim državama, rekao je to još u utorak šef Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) Krunoslav Capak, a isto je danas potvrdila i njegova pomoćnica Marija Bubaš.

Ukupno osam europskih zemalja obustavilo je cijepljenje AstraZenecom. Nakon Austrije, Estonije, Litve, Luksemburg i Latvije, isto su učinile Danska i Island, a sada i Norveška.

Danska je u četvrtak privremeno obustavila cijepljenje cjepivom AstraZenece protiv covida-19 nakon izvješća o slučajevima stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka, od kojih je jedan zabilježen u zemlji, priopćile su danske vlasti.

One nisu rekle koliko je zabilježenih slučajeva stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka u Europi, ali je Austrija u nedjelju iz opreza privremeno zaustavila cijepljenje dozama cjepiva AstraZenece iz jedne serije dok se ne istraži slučaj smrti zbog poremećaja zgrušavanja krvi te slučaj plućne embolije.

Danske vlasti navode da je još šest europskih zemalja prestalo koristiti cjepivo iz jedne serije AstraZenece.

"Mi i Danska agencija za lijekove moramo odgovoriti na izvješća o mogućim ozbiljnim nuspojavama u Danskoj i drugim europskim zemljama", rekao je čelnik danske agencije za zdravstvo Soren Brostrom.

Cijepljenje će biti obustavljeno u trajanju od 14 dana.

Norveška: Obustavljamo cijepljenje iz opreza

I norveške zdravstvene vlasti priopćile su u četvrtak da "iz opreza" obustavljaju primjenu AstraZenecina cjepiva protiv covida, slijedeći primjer Danske koja je donijela istu odluku nakon izvješća o slučajevima zgrušavanja krvi.

"Uvodimo stanku u Norveškoj u cijepljenju AstraZenecom", rekao je visoki dužnosnik u državnom institutu za javno zdravstvo Geir Bukholm na tiskovnoj konferenciji. "Čekamo informacije da vidimo postoji li veza između cijepljenja i slučaja zgrušavanja krvi".

"To je načelo opreza", istaknuo je Bukholm, dodajući da zasad nema dokaza o povezanosti cjepiva englesko-švedskog laboratorija i slučajeva tromboze prijavljenih u Danskoj, od kojih se jedan završio smrću.

EMA: Od 3 milijuna cijepljenih, 22 incidenta

AstraZeneca tvrdi da je njezino cjepivo podvrgnuto strogim kontrolama kvalitete te da "nije bilo potvrđenih teških nuspojava povezanih s cjepivom". Također je rekla da je u kontaktu s austrijskim vlastima te da u potpunosti podupire njihovu istragu.

Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA) objavila je u srijedu da dosad nije bilo dokaza koji povezuju cjepivo AstraZenece s dva slučaja u Austriji te da broj tromboemboličkih incidenata kod ljudi koji su primili to cjepivo nije veći od onog u općoj populaciji.

Među tri milijuna koji su se cijepili AstraZenecinim cjepivom bila su 22 takva incidenta do 9. ožujka, navodi EMA.

Sporna serija isporučena u 18 država, Hrvatska nije među njima

Medicinska sestra (49) u Zwettlu, gradu sjeverozapadno od Beča, umrla je od teškog poremećaja zgrušavanja krvi deset dana nakon primanja cjepiva, objavila je Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA). Drugoj medicinskoj sestri iz Zwettla, koja ima 35 godina, dijagnosticirana je plućna embolija kod koje se stvaraju začepljenja arterija u plućima. Ona se oporavlja.

Sporna serija cjepiva isporučena je u još 17 europskih država.

“Obavijestili smo sve europske kolege u europskoj mreži jer je ova serija, koja je ukupno iznosila otprilike milijun doza, poslana u 17 europskih zemalja”, rekla je Christa Wirthumer-Hoche, voditeljica nadzornog tijela za tržište lijekova austrijske agencije za javno zdravstvo AGES, na konferenciji za novinare.

Hrvatska nije među tim državama, rekao je to još u utorak šef Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) Krunoslav Capak, a isto je danas potvrdila i njegova pomoćnica Marija Bubaš.
