Predsjednik Kube Miguel Diaz-Canel ovog je tjedna posjetio Moskvu, gdje je zajedno s ruskim predsjednikom Vladimirom Putinom otkrio spomenik vođi kubanske revolucije Fidelu Castru. Spomenik je podignut na moskovskom trgu koji je također nazvan po pokojnom kubanskom lideru. Stvar je neobična iz više razloga.

- Okupili smo se ovdje, na trgu koji nosi ime Fidela Castra, kako bismo predstavili spomenik ovom izuzetnom državniku i političkom akteru, utemeljitelju moderne kubanske države. S pravom ga se smatra jednim od najbistrijih i najkarizmatičnijih vođa burnog, dramatičnog 20. stoljeća. Uistinu legendarna osoba – rekao je pritom Putin, koji se prisjetio vlastitih susreta i razgovora s El Comandanteom:

- Njegovo enciklopedijsko znanje, duboko razumijevanje suštine događaja, oštrina uma, točnost procjena bili su zapanjujući - kazao je predsjednik Rusije, kako prenosi agencija RIA Novosti, a govor na svečanosti održao je i kubanski predsjednik:

Bratski odnosi

- Fidel je vrlo dobro razumio bit bratskih odnosa koji ujedinjuju naše zemlje – rekao je Diaz-Canel, koji se nalazi na političkoj turneji u sklopu koje je već posjetio Alžir, a nakon Rusije odlazi u Tursku i Kinu.

Rekosmo, čitav ovaj spomenički događaj je koliko neobičan, toliko i bremenit simboličkim značenjem. Prije svega, na samoj Kubi nema Castrovih trgova i spomenika, jer je Fidel – kako bi spriječio stvaranje kulta ličnosti - oporučno zabranio da se po njemu nazivaju mjesta i institucije.

Uz to, samim svojim prisustvom na otkrivanju spomenika, kao i panegiričnim govorom u slavu oca kubanskog komunizma, Putin čini javni otklon od svog proklamiranog antikomunizma.

Podsjetimo, uoči agresije na Ukrajine Putin je u TV-govoru optužio Lenjina i Staljina da su Ukrajinu stvorili otimanjem "ruskih zemalja" (dijelova nekadašnjeg Ruskog Carstva), te je faktički za današnji ukrajinski sukob okrivio vođe Oktobarske revolucije.

Zašto onda sada javno otkriva spomenik čovjeku koji se za života neskriveno inspirirao Lenjinom i sovjetskim komunizmom?

Castrov kip u Moskvi mora se staviti u kontekst današnjeg geopolitičkog trenutka, jer ovakva opasnost od nuklearne eskalacije - kao danas u Ukrajini - dosad se dogodila samo za vrijeme Kubanske krize 1962. godine, kada je SSSR na Kubu postavio nuklearne rakete, a predsjednik SAD-a John Kennedy bio spreman zbog toga pokrenuti atomski rat.

Neki čak misle da su Diaz-Canel i Putin dogovarali moguće novo postavljanje ruskih raketa na Kubi, kako bi se uspostavila geopolitička ravnoteža s prijetnjom instaliranja američkih raketa u Ukrajini. Simbolički, brončani Castro u Moskvi je prikazan u vojničkoj uniformi i borbenom gardu, s kraćom bradom – baš onako kako je izgledao te 1962. godine.

I Putin je u govoru komentirao takvu figuraciju spomenika, rekavši da je to "pravo umjetničko djelo, dinamično, u kretanju prema naprijed koje prikazuje pravog borca".

- Mislim da odražava Fidelovu osobnost u borbi u kojoj se i mi danas nalazimo – prisnažio je Diaz-Canel.

O sličnostima između sadašnje ukrajinske situacije i Kubanske krize 1962. novinari su pitali i glasnogovornika Kremlja Dimitrija Peskova:

- Krize su različite, iako se u oba slučaja radi o sukobu između nas i kolektivnog Zapada pod vodstvom SAD-a – odgovorio je Peskov.

No današnja Kuba, iscrpljena 60-godišnjim američkim sankcijama – što je najdulji embargo u povijesti – teško da bi se usudila na takav način provocirati Ameriku. I tu dolazimo do glavnog razloga zbog kojeg je Putin osobno predstavio Castrov spomenik u Moskvi.

Taj razlog su američke (zapadne) sankcije Rusiji.

Otkrivanjem spomenika čovjeku čija zemlja američke sankcije trpi već 60 godina, Putin je poslao poruku tvorcima sankcija: ako u 60 godina sankcijama niste uspjeli slomiti mali i prirodno izolirani karipski otok, kako mislite slomiti najveću zemlju na svijetu?

I svoj govor na Trgu Fidela Castra ruski predsjednik je iskoristio da povuče paralele između kubanskog i ruskog položaja u odnosu na hegemona:

Podčinjena Europa

- Fidel i njegovi suradnici uvijek su branili suverenitet svoje domovine, nisu dopustili da ih slome intervencije plaćenika, sankcije, financijski i gospodarski embargo, pokušaji vanjske izolacije; branio je pravo Kube na vlastiti model razvoja u skladu s nacionalnim, a ne izvana nametnutim vrijednostima; osigurao je da svijet uzme u obzir mišljenje Kube i poštuje njezine interese – rekao je Putin.

U suštini, to je točno ono što u najdubljem sloju svoje politike želi i vladar Kremlja: da svijet uzme u obzir mišljenje Rusije i poštuje njezine interese, a što je Putin lani otvoreno formulirao prilikom neuspješnih pregovora sa SAD-om o izgradnji novog sigurnosnog poretka; slom tih pregovora je i doveo do ruske agresije na Ukrajinu.

O tim sankcijama u Moskvi je, govoreći u ruskoj Dumi, zborio i Diaz-Canel:

- Rusija i Kuba imaju zajedničkog neprijatelja: to je imperij Jenkija koji manipulira velikim dijelom svijeta. Tko to zna bolje od nas? Mi to osjećamo na svojoj koži više od 60 godina, koliko se nalazimo pod embargom - rekao je kubanski čelnik, ocijenivši da se "i protiv Rusije uvode jednostrane nepravedne sankcije":

- Stalno osuđujemo sankcije protiv Rusije, ali i izvore aktualnog sukoba. Razlozi za trenutni sukob moraju se tražiti u agresivnoj politici SAD-a i širenju NATO-a prema ruskim granicama – poručio je Diaz-Canel, dodavši da se Europa u ovoj situaciji "u potpunosti podčinjava interesima SAD-a".

Predsjednik Kube Miguel Diaz-Canel ovog je tjedna posjetio Moskvu, gdje je zajedno s ruskim predsjednikom Vladimirom Putinom otkrio spomenik vođi kubanske revolucije Fidelu Castru. Spomenik je podignut na moskovskom trgu koji je također nazvan po pokojnom kubanskom lideru. Stvar je neobična iz više razloga.

- Okupili smo se ovdje, na trgu koji nosi ime Fidela Castra, kako bismo predstavili spomenik ovom izuzetnom državniku i političkom akteru, utemeljitelju moderne kubanske države. S pravom ga se smatra jednim od najbistrijih i najkarizmatičnijih vođa burnog, dramatičnog 20. stoljeća. Uistinu legendarna osoba – rekao je pritom Putin, koji se prisjetio vlastitih susreta i razgovora s El Comandanteom:

- Njegovo enciklopedijsko znanje, duboko razumijevanje suštine događaja, oštrina uma, točnost procjena bili su zapanjujući - kazao je predsjednik Rusije, kako prenosi agencija RIA Novosti, a govor na svečanosti održao je i kubanski predsjednik:

Bratski odnosi

- Fidel je vrlo dobro razumio bit bratskih odnosa koji ujedinjuju naše zemlje – rekao je Diaz-Canel, koji se nalazi na političkoj turneji u sklopu koje je već posjetio Alžir, a nakon Rusije odlazi u Tursku i Kinu.

Rekosmo, čitav ovaj spomenički događaj je koliko neobičan, toliko i bremenit simboličkim značenjem. Prije svega, na samoj Kubi nema Castrovih trgova i spomenika, jer je Fidel – kako bi spriječio stvaranje kulta ličnosti - oporučno zabranio da se po njemu nazivaju mjesta i institucije.

Uz to, samim svojim prisustvom na otkrivanju spomenika, kao i panegiričnim govorom u slavu oca kubanskog komunizma, Putin čini javni otklon od svog proklamiranog antikomunizma.

Podsjetimo, uoči agresije na Ukrajine Putin je u TV-govoru optužio Lenjina i Staljina da su Ukrajinu stvorili otimanjem "ruskih zemalja" (dijelova nekadašnjeg Ruskog Carstva), te je faktički za današnji ukrajinski sukob okrivio vođe Oktobarske revolucije.

Zašto onda sada javno otkriva spomenik čovjeku koji se za života neskriveno inspirirao Lenjinom i sovjetskim komunizmom?

Castrov kip u Moskvi mora se staviti u kontekst današnjeg geopolitičkog trenutka, jer ovakva opasnost od nuklearne eskalacije - kao danas u Ukrajini - dosad se dogodila samo za vrijeme Kubanske krize 1962. godine, kada je SSSR na Kubu postavio nuklearne rakete, a predsjednik SAD-a John Kennedy bio spreman zbog toga pokrenuti atomski rat.

Neki čak misle da su Diaz-Canel i Putin dogovarali moguće novo postavljanje ruskih raketa na Kubi, kako bi se uspostavila geopolitička ravnoteža s prijetnjom instaliranja američkih raketa u Ukrajini. Simbolički, brončani Castro u Moskvi je prikazan u vojničkoj uniformi i borbenom gardu, s kraćom bradom – baš onako kako je izgledao te 1962. godine.

I Putin je u govoru komentirao takvu figuraciju spomenika, rekavši da je to "pravo umjetničko djelo, dinamično, u kretanju prema naprijed koje prikazuje pravog borca".

- Mislim da odražava Fidelovu osobnost u borbi u kojoj se i mi danas nalazimo – prisnažio je Diaz-Canel.

O sličnostima između sadašnje ukrajinske situacije i Kubanske krize 1962. novinari su pitali i glasnogovornika Kremlja Dimitrija Peskova:

- Krize su različite, iako se u oba slučaja radi o sukobu između nas i kolektivnog Zapada pod vodstvom SAD-a – odgovorio je Peskov.

No današnja Kuba, iscrpljena 60-godišnjim američkim sankcijama – što je najdulji embargo u povijesti – teško da bi se usudila na takav način provocirati Ameriku. I tu dolazimo do glavnog razloga zbog kojeg je Putin osobno predstavio Castrov spomenik u Moskvi.

Taj razlog su američke (zapadne) sankcije Rusiji.

Otkrivanjem spomenika čovjeku čija zemlja američke sankcije trpi već 60 godina, Putin je poslao poruku tvorcima sankcija: ako u 60 godina sankcijama niste uspjeli slomiti mali i prirodno izolirani karipski otok, kako mislite slomiti najveću zemlju na svijetu?

I svoj govor na Trgu Fidela Castra ruski predsjednik je iskoristio da povuče paralele između kubanskog i ruskog položaja u odnosu na hegemona:

Podčinjena Europa

- Fidel i njegovi suradnici uvijek su branili suverenitet svoje domovine, nisu dopustili da ih slome intervencije plaćenika, sankcije, financijski i gospodarski embargo, pokušaji vanjske izolacije; branio je pravo Kube na vlastiti model razvoja u skladu s nacionalnim, a ne izvana nametnutim vrijednostima; osigurao je da svijet uzme u obzir mišljenje Kube i poštuje njezine interese – rekao je Putin.

U suštini, to je točno ono što u najdubljem sloju svoje politike želi i vladar Kremlja: da svijet uzme u obzir mišljenje Rusije i poštuje njezine interese, a što je Putin lani otvoreno formulirao prilikom neuspješnih pregovora sa SAD-om o izgradnji novog sigurnosnog poretka; slom tih pregovora je i doveo do ruske agresije na Ukrajinu.

O tim sankcijama u Moskvi je, govoreći u ruskoj Dumi, zborio i Diaz-Canel:

- Rusija i Kuba imaju zajedničkog neprijatelja: to je imperij Jenkija koji manipulira velikim dijelom svijeta. Tko to zna bolje od nas? Mi to osjećamo na svojoj koži više od 60 godina, koliko se nalazimo pod embargom - rekao je kubanski čelnik, ocijenivši da se "i protiv Rusije uvode jednostrane nepravedne sankcije":

- Stalno osuđujemo sankcije protiv Rusije, ali i izvore aktualnog sukoba. Razlozi za trenutni sukob moraju se tražiti u agresivnoj politici SAD-a i širenju NATO-a prema ruskim granicama – poručio je Diaz-Canel, dodavši da se Europa u ovoj situaciji "u potpunosti podčinjava interesima SAD-a".
