Bio je to 'teški mamurluk'.
Tako svoje iskustvo s Pfizerovim cjepivom protiv koronavirusa opisuju oni koji su ga probali. Tvrde pritom kako su se nakon ubrizgavanja cjepiva razvile nuspojave poput glabovolje, vrućice i bolova u mišićima, koje su ih u mnogočemu podsjetili na probleme nakon cijepljenja protiv gripe, prenosi Jutarnji list.
Volonteri koji su se podvrgnuli testnom cjepivu kažu da su simptomi bili relativno teški. Jedan od njih, 45-godišnjak, kaže kako su nuspojave bile još i teže nakon druge runde cjepiva, piše Daily Mail.
44-godišnji Glenn Deshields rekao je kako se nakon Pfizerova cjepiva osjećao "strašno mamuran", no dodao je kako su simptomi brzo nestali.
Više od 43.500 ljudi u šest zemalja sudjelovalo je u eksperimentalnom cijepljenju u trećoj fazi ispitivanja proizvoda koji je proizveo farmaceutski gigant u nastojanju da suzbije pandemiju covida-19.
Rezultati pokazuju kako je cjepivo najmanje devedeset posto učinkovito. Ti podaci mnogima su povećali nadu kako bi se život kakav smo nekad znali mogao uskoro vratiti. Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo među prvim je zemljama koje su naručile cjepivo i to u količini od oko deset milijuna doza.
Jedna od volonterki koje su se odlučile cijepiti, Carrie, koja se novinarima predstavila samo imenom te rekla da je publicistkinja, kaže da je drugu dozu cjepiva primila prošlog mjeseca.
Rekla je da je nakon toga patila od glavobolja, vrućice i svraba po čitavom tijelu. Nuspojave su bile slične onima koje je iskusila nakon prvog cijepljenja, no nakon drugog su postale intenzivnije. Dodala je kako se cijepljenju odazvala kao volonterka jer je smatrala da je to njezina građanska dužnost. Ohrabrena vijestima o napretku u razvoju cjepiva vjeruje, kaže, da je time pomogla drugima koji su zaraženi.
- Na neki način sam razmišljao kao i moj djed u Drugom svjetskom ratu. Samo sam htio da sve što prije završi i znao sam da će sve kad tad završiti - rekao je Deshields koji je simptome također opisao kao mamurluk.
Kliničko ispitivanje cjepiva uključivalo je da dio ispitanika uopće ne primi cjepivo, već placebo, tekućinu bez cjepiva. Inženjer iz Georgije, 42-godišnji Bryan, smatra kako je jedan od onih koji nisu primili cjepivo. Nije osjetio nikakvu reakciju niti je njegov imunosustav reagirao nakon što je primio dvije doze, a povrh svega nakon toga se zarazio koronavirusom, od kojeg se ubrzo uspješno oporavio, donosi Daily Mail.

Tako svoje iskustvo s Pfizerovim cjepivom protiv koronavirusa opisuju oni koji su ga probali. Tvrde pritom kako su se nakon ubrizgavanja cjepiva razvile nuspojave poput glabovolje, vrućice i bolova u mišićima, koje su ih u mnogočemu podsjetili na probleme nakon cijepljenja protiv gripe, prenosi Jutarnji list.
Volonteri koji su se podvrgnuli testnom cjepivu kažu da su simptomi bili relativno teški. Jedan od njih, 45-godišnjak, kaže kako su nuspojave bile još i teže nakon druge runde cjepiva, piše Daily Mail.
44-godišnji Glenn Deshields rekao je kako se nakon Pfizerova cjepiva osjećao "strašno mamuran", no dodao je kako su simptomi brzo nestali.
Više od 43.500 ljudi u šest zemalja sudjelovalo je u eksperimentalnom cijepljenju u trećoj fazi ispitivanja proizvoda koji je proizveo farmaceutski gigant u nastojanju da suzbije pandemiju covida-19.
Rezultati pokazuju kako je cjepivo najmanje devedeset posto učinkovito. Ti podaci mnogima su povećali nadu kako bi se život kakav smo nekad znali mogao uskoro vratiti. Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo među prvim je zemljama koje su naručile cjepivo i to u količini od oko deset milijuna doza.
Jedna od volonterki koje su se odlučile cijepiti, Carrie, koja se novinarima predstavila samo imenom te rekla da je publicistkinja, kaže da je drugu dozu cjepiva primila prošlog mjeseca.
Rekla je da je nakon toga patila od glavobolja, vrućice i svraba po čitavom tijelu. Nuspojave su bile slične onima koje je iskusila nakon prvog cijepljenja, no nakon drugog su postale intenzivnije. Dodala je kako se cijepljenju odazvala kao volonterka jer je smatrala da je to njezina građanska dužnost. Ohrabrena vijestima o napretku u razvoju cjepiva vjeruje, kaže, da je time pomogla drugima koji su zaraženi.
- Na neki način sam razmišljao kao i moj djed u Drugom svjetskom ratu. Samo sam htio da sve što prije završi i znao sam da će sve kad tad završiti - rekao je Deshields koji je simptome također opisao kao mamurluk.
Kliničko ispitivanje cjepiva uključivalo je da dio ispitanika uopće ne primi cjepivo, već placebo, tekućinu bez cjepiva. Inženjer iz Georgije, 42-godišnji Bryan, smatra kako je jedan od onih koji nisu primili cjepivo. Nije osjetio nikakvu reakciju niti je njegov imunosustav reagirao nakon što je primio dvije doze, a povrh svega nakon toga se zarazio koronavirusom, od kojeg se ubrzo uspješno oporavio, donosi Daily Mail.
