Broj naftnih tankera povezanih s Rusijom koji zatamnjuju svoju sliku na radaru isključujući transpondere za praćenje ili fingirajući lažne pozicije udvostručio se zadnjih mjeseci. Mnogi brodovi u južnom Atlantiku zacrnjuju svoje lokacije prije prebacivanja ruske nafte na ‘sigurne tankere‘ bez izravnih veza s Rusijom, mahom kako bi izbjegli sankcije, javlja Guardian.

Gornja granica od 60 dolara po barelu za kupnju ruske nafte stupila je na snagu ovoga tjedna. Tvrtkama u EU-u, Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu, SAD-u, Kanadi i Japanu te Australiji zabranjeno je pružanje usluga koje omogućuju pomorski prijevoz ruske nafte u slučajevima kada je prekoračena gornja granica cijene. Države skupine G7 – Kanada, Francuska, Njemačka, Italija, Japan, Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo i SAD – pružaju usluge osiguranja za 90 posto svjetskog pomorskog tereta, dok je Grčka, država članica EU-a, glavni igrač u pomorskoj industriji.

Limiti su usmjereni na održavanje protoka nafte u zemlje poput Kine, Indije, Pakistana, Turske i Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata, koje nisu zabranile uvoz iz Rusije, a uz održavanje gospodarskog pritiska na Kremlj. Velika prometna gužva naftinih tankera nastala je u turskim vodama već u ponedjeljak, dok su turski službenici tražili dokaze o osiguranju.

Mjesečni prosjek i takozvanih ‘mračnih‘ aktivnosti i operacija prepumpavanja naftnog tereta iz broda u brod od rujna do studenoga udvostručio se u usporedbi s prethodna tri mjeseca. Prema analizi pomorske obavještajne tvrtke Windward, zabilježeno je oko 35 incidenata ‘mračne aktivnosti‘ u rujnu, gotovo 50 u listopadu, te oko 40 u studenom.

Tankeri koji kriju svoje ruske veze nezakonitim transferima usred oceana nadaju se da će izbjeći bilo kakvo ‘ovjeravanje‘ cijene svog tereta. No, ‘nebeske oči‘ ih nerijetko uvijek prate.

Ami Daniel, izvršni direktor Windwarda, rekao je da je Rusija u posljednjih šest mjeseci znatno učila od Irana i Sjeverne Koreje o tome kako zaobići međunarodne sankcije. Vidimo ciklus sličnih učenja i kod ruske flote, ističe, i kod s Rusijom povezanih strana.

Lloyd je još krajem srpnja objavio izvješće u kojem se sugerira da je pet brodova u vlasništvu Kine korišteno za prijenos i prebacivanje ruske nafte u čvorištu oko 860 nautičkih milja zapadno od obale Portugala.

Windward je objavio i arhetipski slučaj šverca ruske nafte koja se prevozila tankerom pod kamerunskom zastavom: plovilo je najprije promijenilo registriranog vlasnika u tvrtku sa sjedištem na Sejšelima prije nego je posjetilo Zelenortske otoke, a dva tjedna kasnije tanker se preselio u sjeverni dio Atlantika, odakle je slao lažne signale o svojoj lokaciji.

Potom se premjestio u angolsko more i emitirao signal s istog mjesta šest dana, što je uočeno kao vrlo sumnjivo i neobično ponašanje, prije nego je u studenome otišao u Maleziju. Windwardova analiza sugerira da izvješće broda o promjeni gaza, kao i okomita udaljenost između vodene linije i dna trupa, sugerira da je nafta pumpana u brod u sumnjivoj fazi.

Broj naftnih tankera povezanih s Rusijom koji zatamnjuju svoju sliku na radaru isključujući transpondere za praćenje ili fingirajući lažne pozicije udvostručio se zadnjih mjeseci. Mnogi brodovi u južnom Atlantiku zacrnjuju svoje lokacije prije prebacivanja ruske nafte na ‘sigurne tankere‘ bez izravnih veza s Rusijom, mahom kako bi izbjegli sankcije, javlja Guardian.

Gornja granica od 60 dolara po barelu za kupnju ruske nafte stupila je na snagu ovoga tjedna. Tvrtkama u EU-u, Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu, SAD-u, Kanadi i Japanu te Australiji zabranjeno je pružanje usluga koje omogućuju pomorski prijevoz ruske nafte u slučajevima kada je prekoračena gornja granica cijene. Države skupine G7 – Kanada, Francuska, Njemačka, Italija, Japan, Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo i SAD – pružaju usluge osiguranja za 90 posto svjetskog pomorskog tereta, dok je Grčka, država članica EU-a, glavni igrač u pomorskoj industriji.

Limiti su usmjereni na održavanje protoka nafte u zemlje poput Kine, Indije, Pakistana, Turske i Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata, koje nisu zabranile uvoz iz Rusije, a uz održavanje gospodarskog pritiska na Kremlj. Velika prometna gužva naftinih tankera nastala je u turskim vodama već u ponedjeljak, dok su turski službenici tražili dokaze o osiguranju.

Mjesečni prosjek i takozvanih ‘mračnih‘ aktivnosti i operacija prepumpavanja naftnog tereta iz broda u brod od rujna do studenoga udvostručio se u usporedbi s prethodna tri mjeseca. Prema analizi pomorske obavještajne tvrtke Windward, zabilježeno je oko 35 incidenata ‘mračne aktivnosti‘ u rujnu, gotovo 50 u listopadu, te oko 40 u studenom.

Tankeri koji kriju svoje ruske veze nezakonitim transferima usred oceana nadaju se da će izbjeći bilo kakvo ‘ovjeravanje‘ cijene svog tereta. No, ‘nebeske oči‘ ih nerijetko uvijek prate.

Ami Daniel, izvršni direktor Windwarda, rekao je da je Rusija u posljednjih šest mjeseci znatno učila od Irana i Sjeverne Koreje o tome kako zaobići međunarodne sankcije. Vidimo ciklus sličnih učenja i kod ruske flote, ističe, i kod s Rusijom povezanih strana.

Lloyd je još krajem srpnja objavio izvješće u kojem se sugerira da je pet brodova u vlasništvu Kine korišteno za prijenos i prebacivanje ruske nafte u čvorištu oko 860 nautičkih milja zapadno od obale Portugala.

Windward je objavio i arhetipski slučaj šverca ruske nafte koja se prevozila tankerom pod kamerunskom zastavom: plovilo je najprije promijenilo registriranog vlasnika u tvrtku sa sjedištem na Sejšelima prije nego je posjetilo Zelenortske otoke, a dva tjedna kasnije tanker se preselio u sjeverni dio Atlantika, odakle je slao lažne signale o svojoj lokaciji.

Potom se premjestio u angolsko more i emitirao signal s istog mjesta šest dana, što je uočeno kao vrlo sumnjivo i neobično ponašanje, prije nego je u studenome otišao u Maleziju. Windwardova analiza sugerira da izvješće broda o promjeni gaza, kao i okomita udaljenost između vodene linije i dna trupa, sugerira da je nafta pumpana u brod u sumnjivoj fazi.
