Ministrica vanjskih poslova Švedske Ann Linde pozvala je u ponedjeljak političare u BiH da što prije okončaju sadašnje blokade u toj zemlji i osiguraju provedbu reformi a posebice promjene izbornog zakona nužne da bi se naredne godine mogli održati opći izbori, javlja Hina.
Linde je boravila u Sarajevu u ulozi predsjedateljice Organizacije za europsku sigurnost i suradnju (OESS) koja je također uključena u reformu izbornog procesa a sastala se s članovima Predsjedništva BiH i ministricom vanjskih poslova Biserom Turković.
Nakon tih razgovora novinarima je kazala kako će OESS nastaviti djelovati u regiji a političare u BiH pozvala je da što prije nađu izlaz iz sadašnjih blokada kako bi se nastavila provedba reformi, uključujući tu promjene izbornog zakona i poboljšanje cjelokupnog izbornog procesa.
- To ima ključni značaj za vraćanje povjerenja ljudi u izbori proces - kazala je švedska ministrica.
BiH je trenutačno suočena s potpunom blokadom pregovora o izmjenama izbornog zakona zbog neslaganja među ključnim političkim strankama o tome trebaju li prioritet imati rješenja koja će osigurati legitimno predstavljanje konstitutivnih naroda što traži HDZ BiH ili pak ona kojima će se ukloniti postojeće diskriminacije građana temeljem njihova etničkog podrijetla ili mjesta prebivaišta na čemu pak inzistiraju bošnjačke stranke.
Linde je potvrdila kako je i to bila tema sastanaka koje je imala s bosanskohercegovačkim dužnosnicima a istaknula je kako smatra da je važno da političari iz BiH o tome razgovaraju "na konstruktivan način".
- Na žalost, politička kriza koja traje zaustavila je, kako se čini, te pregovore i mi u OESS-u se nadamo kako će to biti privremeni zastoj, da će se pregovori nastaviti i da će to dovesti do promjena izbornog sustava - kazala je Linde.
Turković je kazala kako OESS nastavlja imati važnu ulogu u BiH, posebice na planu održanja sigurnosti i jačanja demokratskih standarda ali da su tome potrebni i poticaji drugih a posebice Europske unije.
- Smatramo neophodnim da BiH ima čvrste garancije za europsku budućnost kao i cijela regija. Zamisao da se postavi jasan rok za ulazak država regije u EU može biti ključni poticaj za provedbu reformi - kazala je Turković aludirajući na rasprave o tome hoće li na predstojećem samitu čelnika EU i država zapadnog Balkana što će se održati na Brdu kod Kranja biti prihvaćen prijedlog Slovenije da se u završnu deklaraciju uvrsti odredba po kojoj bi rok za primanje država regije u EU bila 2030. godina.
Turković je ocijenila kako će EU najbolje čuvati sebe čuvajući jugoistok kontinenta.
Komentirajući pak sadašnje blokade u BiH a posebice činjenicu da dužnosnici iz reda bosanskih Srba već duže od dva mjeseca ne sudjeluju u radu središnjih tijela državne vlasti, Turković je kazala kako i ovu krizu treba svladati kroz institucije BiH te kako je uvjerena da će se to uskoro i dogoditi.
- Vjerujem da će Vijeće ministara ponovo početi s radom. Imamo više od 200 zakona i odluka koje čekaju biti stavljene na dnevni red - kazala je Turković ističući kako je posla toliko da se blokade više ne mogu tolerirati.
Kazala je kako se ne bi iznenadila da se rad Vijeća ministara nastavi potkraj listopada ili početkom studenog.
Političari iz RS slijede odluku parlamneta tog entuteta koji je potkraj srpnja donio odluku da se blokira odlučivanje u tijelima vlasti BiH sve dok se ne stavi izvan snage zakon o zabrani nijekanja ratnih zločina što ga je nametnuo bivši visoki predstavnik za BiH Valentin Inzko, piše Hina.

Ministrica vanjskih poslova Švedske Ann Linde pozvala je u ponedjeljak političare u BiH da što prije okončaju sadašnje blokade u toj zemlji i osiguraju provedbu reformi a posebice promjene izbornog zakona nužne da bi se naredne godine mogli održati opći izbori, javlja Hina.
Linde je boravila u Sarajevu u ulozi predsjedateljice Organizacije za europsku sigurnost i suradnju (OESS) koja je također uključena u reformu izbornog procesa a sastala se s članovima Predsjedništva BiH i ministricom vanjskih poslova Biserom Turković.
Nakon tih razgovora novinarima je kazala kako će OESS nastaviti djelovati u regiji a političare u BiH pozvala je da što prije nađu izlaz iz sadašnjih blokada kako bi se nastavila provedba reformi, uključujući tu promjene izbornog zakona i poboljšanje cjelokupnog izbornog procesa.
- To ima ključni značaj za vraćanje povjerenja ljudi u izbori proces - kazala je švedska ministrica.
BiH je trenutačno suočena s potpunom blokadom pregovora o izmjenama izbornog zakona zbog neslaganja među ključnim političkim strankama o tome trebaju li prioritet imati rješenja koja će osigurati legitimno predstavljanje konstitutivnih naroda što traži HDZ BiH ili pak ona kojima će se ukloniti postojeće diskriminacije građana temeljem njihova etničkog podrijetla ili mjesta prebivaišta na čemu pak inzistiraju bošnjačke stranke.
Linde je potvrdila kako je i to bila tema sastanaka koje je imala s bosanskohercegovačkim dužnosnicima a istaknula je kako smatra da je važno da političari iz BiH o tome razgovaraju "na konstruktivan način".
- Na žalost, politička kriza koja traje zaustavila je, kako se čini, te pregovore i mi u OESS-u se nadamo kako će to biti privremeni zastoj, da će se pregovori nastaviti i da će to dovesti do promjena izbornog sustava - kazala je Linde.
Turković je kazala kako OESS nastavlja imati važnu ulogu u BiH, posebice na planu održanja sigurnosti i jačanja demokratskih standarda ali da su tome potrebni i poticaji drugih a posebice Europske unije.
- Smatramo neophodnim da BiH ima čvrste garancije za europsku budućnost kao i cijela regija. Zamisao da se postavi jasan rok za ulazak država regije u EU može biti ključni poticaj za provedbu reformi - kazala je Turković aludirajući na rasprave o tome hoće li na predstojećem samitu čelnika EU i država zapadnog Balkana što će se održati na Brdu kod Kranja biti prihvaćen prijedlog Slovenije da se u završnu deklaraciju uvrsti odredba po kojoj bi rok za primanje država regije u EU bila 2030. godina.
Turković je ocijenila kako će EU najbolje čuvati sebe čuvajući jugoistok kontinenta.
Komentirajući pak sadašnje blokade u BiH a posebice činjenicu da dužnosnici iz reda bosanskih Srba već duže od dva mjeseca ne sudjeluju u radu središnjih tijela državne vlasti, Turković je kazala kako i ovu krizu treba svladati kroz institucije BiH te kako je uvjerena da će se to uskoro i dogoditi.
- Vjerujem da će Vijeće ministara ponovo početi s radom. Imamo više od 200 zakona i odluka koje čekaju biti stavljene na dnevni red - kazala je Turković ističući kako je posla toliko da se blokade više ne mogu tolerirati.
Kazala je kako se ne bi iznenadila da se rad Vijeća ministara nastavi potkraj listopada ili početkom studenog.
Političari iz RS slijede odluku parlamneta tog entuteta koji je potkraj srpnja donio odluku da se blokira odlučivanje u tijelima vlasti BiH sve dok se ne stavi izvan snage zakon o zabrani nijekanja ratnih zločina što ga je nametnuo bivši visoki predstavnik za BiH Valentin Inzko, piše Hina.
