Bosna i Hercegovina druga je u svijetu po smrtnosti od koronavirusa, a prva u Europi. Nažalost, ovo nisu rezultati kojima se možemo pohvaliti, a uzrok je, čini se, neodgovornost svih nas.

Četvrti val u našoj zemlji trenutačno stagnira. Brojke novozaraženih i epidemiološka situacija nisu zabrinjavajući. Bosnu i Hercegovinu, ipak, i dalje muči isti problem – visoka stopa smrtnosti od koronavirusa.

Podaci kažu da su osobe koje umiru od covida uglavnom starije životne dobi, a već od prije imaju neku kroničnu bolest. No, još je nekoliko uzroka visokog mortaliteta. Jedan od njih je i novac. Naša zemlja, nažalost, spada u zemlje koje ne ulažu dovoljno u zdravstvo. Pa tako sustav ne može odgovoriti, piše Buka Magazin.

“Veliki broj hospitalizacija u kratkom vremenskom periodu pridonosi opterećenosti zdravstvenog sustava, te je također jako teško svemu tome odgovoriti unutar jednog zdravstvenog sustava”, objašnjava Svjetlana Grgić, voditeljica covid bolnice SKB Mostar.

“Posebno je problematično da nam pacijenti dolaze u dosta teškom kliničkom stanju, dijelom iz razloga što nisu bili adekvatno praćeni, a većina domova zdravlja, odnosno primarne zdravstvene zaštite nema dovoljno kapaciteta i kadra kako bi te pacijente držala pod nadzorom”, navodi Senad Huseinagić, direktor Instituta za zdravlje i sigurnost hrane Zenica.

- Problem je nedostatak svijesti. BiH građani, ali i strukture vlasti, čini se, još ne shvaćaju da je koronavirus globalni problem, problem svih nas. A da je odgovornost na svakom pojedincu. Želi se teret i odgovornost prebaciti na zdravstveni sektor. Zdravstveni sektor je sam nemoćan, on mora imati podršku svih drugih struktura, mora imati podršku privrednika koji će provoditi mjere u svojim firmama, mora imati podršku obrazovnog sektora koji će provoditi mjere u školama i, naravno, mora imat podršku kontrolnih organa, to su prije svega inspekcije i policija, koji moraju ako je potrebno izmijeniti i svoju regulativu”, naglašava Huseinagić.

Cjepivo je jedino raspoloživo, no i jedino sigurno oružje u borbi protiv virusa. Nažalost, ni toga nismo svjesni. Tako će do kraja ovog mjeseca propasti nekoliko stotina tisuća doza. Iako su podaci jasni:

“Od svih hospitaliziranih u prošlom tjednu, potpuno cijepljenih je 7,5 posto. Dakle, 92 posto ovih što leže u bolnici su necijepljeni ili nepotpuno cijepljeni”, navodi Siniša Skočibušić, v.d. ravnatelja Zavoda za javno zdravstvo FBiH.

“Ljudi umiru zbog ove teške bolesti koja je tako nepredvidiva i koja najviše utječe, prema podacima o smrtnosti, na građane od 70 do 79 godina i preko 80 godina i zato je strategija bila da se prema njima prvo okrenemo i njih zaštitimo. Mi moramo pozivati dalje građane na cijepljenje”, poručuje Alen Šeranić, ministar zdravlja i socijalne zaštite RS-a.

Cjepivo, prije svega, štiti svakog od nas posebno. No, često zaboravljamo kako je krajnji cilj postići kolektivni imunitet. Kolektivnim imunitetom sprječavamo širenje zaraze i zaustavljamo pandemiju. Dakle, logika je jasna, ako želite zaštiti sebe, druge oko sebe i živjeti kao prije pojave koronavirusa – otiđite po svoju dozu cjepiva, piše Buka Magazin.

Bosna i Hercegovina druga je u svijetu po smrtnosti od koronavirusa, a prva u Europi. Nažalost, ovo nisu rezultati kojima se možemo pohvaliti, a uzrok je, čini se, neodgovornost svih nas.

Četvrti val u našoj zemlji trenutačno stagnira. Brojke novozaraženih i epidemiološka situacija nisu zabrinjavajući. Bosnu i Hercegovinu, ipak, i dalje muči isti problem – visoka stopa smrtnosti od koronavirusa.

Podaci kažu da su osobe koje umiru od covida uglavnom starije životne dobi, a već od prije imaju neku kroničnu bolest. No, još je nekoliko uzroka visokog mortaliteta. Jedan od njih je i novac. Naša zemlja, nažalost, spada u zemlje koje ne ulažu dovoljno u zdravstvo. Pa tako sustav ne može odgovoriti, piše Buka Magazin.

“Veliki broj hospitalizacija u kratkom vremenskom periodu pridonosi opterećenosti zdravstvenog sustava, te je također jako teško svemu tome odgovoriti unutar jednog zdravstvenog sustava”, objašnjava Svjetlana Grgić, voditeljica covid bolnice SKB Mostar.

“Posebno je problematično da nam pacijenti dolaze u dosta teškom kliničkom stanju, dijelom iz razloga što nisu bili adekvatno praćeni, a većina domova zdravlja, odnosno primarne zdravstvene zaštite nema dovoljno kapaciteta i kadra kako bi te pacijente držala pod nadzorom”, navodi Senad Huseinagić, direktor Instituta za zdravlje i sigurnost hrane Zenica.

- Problem je nedostatak svijesti. BiH građani, ali i strukture vlasti, čini se, još ne shvaćaju da je koronavirus globalni problem, problem svih nas. A da je odgovornost na svakom pojedincu. Želi se teret i odgovornost prebaciti na zdravstveni sektor. Zdravstveni sektor je sam nemoćan, on mora imati podršku svih drugih struktura, mora imati podršku privrednika koji će provoditi mjere u svojim firmama, mora imati podršku obrazovnog sektora koji će provoditi mjere u školama i, naravno, mora imat podršku kontrolnih organa, to su prije svega inspekcije i policija, koji moraju ako je potrebno izmijeniti i svoju regulativu”, naglašava Huseinagić.

Cjepivo je jedino raspoloživo, no i jedino sigurno oružje u borbi protiv virusa. Nažalost, ni toga nismo svjesni. Tako će do kraja ovog mjeseca propasti nekoliko stotina tisuća doza. Iako su podaci jasni:

“Od svih hospitaliziranih u prošlom tjednu, potpuno cijepljenih je 7,5 posto. Dakle, 92 posto ovih što leže u bolnici su necijepljeni ili nepotpuno cijepljeni”, navodi Siniša Skočibušić, v.d. ravnatelja Zavoda za javno zdravstvo FBiH.

“Ljudi umiru zbog ove teške bolesti koja je tako nepredvidiva i koja najviše utječe, prema podacima o smrtnosti, na građane od 70 do 79 godina i preko 80 godina i zato je strategija bila da se prema njima prvo okrenemo i njih zaštitimo. Mi moramo pozivati dalje građane na cijepljenje”, poručuje Alen Šeranić, ministar zdravlja i socijalne zaštite RS-a.

Cjepivo, prije svega, štiti svakog od nas posebno. No, često zaboravljamo kako je krajnji cilj postići kolektivni imunitet. Kolektivnim imunitetom sprječavamo širenje zaraze i zaustavljamo pandemiju. Dakle, logika je jasna, ako želite zaštiti sebe, druge oko sebe i živjeti kao prije pojave koronavirusa – otiđite po svoju dozu cjepiva, piše Buka Magazin.
