Bivši minstar vanjskih poslova Miro Kovač komentirao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije sukob premijera Andreja Plenkovića i predsjednika Zorana Milanovića oko obuke ukrajinskih vojnika.
Smatra da su takve odluke tema za Vijeće za nacionalnu sigurnost, da se raspravi na toj razini. “Očito je da se to ne može organizirati”.
Ako Vlada stoji iza toga i smatra da može prikupiti 101 glas u Saboru, onda to može proći i bez predsjednika Milanovića, dodaje.
“Ova priča o neustavnosti ne drži vodu, to je politikanstvo. I Milanovićeva vlada je donosila takve odluke. Ako je Milanović protiv toga da Hrvatska pomaže Ukrajini na ovaj način, to je stav koji ima. On mora reći da je protiv toga i neka ide na Sabor, to je legitimno”, kaže Kovač.
Vlada, dodaje, preuzima na sebe rizik da mora prikupiti 101 glas, uvjeriti oporbu.
“To nije kršenje Ustava. Ako ste protiv toga da hrvatski instruktori obučavaju ukrajinsku vojsku to je legitiman stav, ali protiv toga se ne može izvlačiti na Ustav”, ponavlja.
Kaže da je Ukrajina saveznica jer su svi donijeli tu odluku da joj treba pomoći, čak i Mađarska.
Komentirao je i izjavu predsjednika Milanovića da rat u Ukrajini vode Rusija i SAD.
“Formalno rat vodi Rusija protiv Ukrajine. Na neki način se radi o zamjenskom ratu, ali to ne znači da možete apstrahirati da je Ukrajina žrtva krvave agresije. Logično je da Amerika kao, recimo to tako, pokrovitelj Zapada, pomaže Ukrajini”, kaže Kovač.
Smatra da je loše za naš ugled i nacionalne interese u međunarodnoj zajednici na planu sigurnosti i obrane da nema prave komunikacije na razini Pantovčak – Banski dvori.
“Nema alternative komunikaciji ako želimo biti ozbiljna država. To je otišlo jako daleko u smislu riječi koje se upotrebljavaju na političkoj sceni, treba stati na loptu. Treba biti oštra, ali treba postaviti nivo komunikacije oko ozbiljnih stvari”, tvrdi.
Osvrnuo se i na rusku naftu. Imamo globalnu konkurenciju triju velikih područja – Ameriku, Europu i Aziju, navodi.
“Mi u Europi smo imali ruski plin i dobro smo prolazili, bilo smo dosta konkurentni. Najskuplji plin su imali u Aziji, a najjeftiniji su imali Amerikanci. Napunili smo svoja skladišta u velikoj mjeri i ruskim plinom, sada će plin biti duplo skuplji, a Amerikancima ostaje jeftini plin”.
Europska poduzeća, dodaje, razmišljaju da prebace proizvodnju u SAD i sada prijeti deindustrijalizacija. Morat će se stvoriti fond kako zaštititi industriju i kako ostati konkurentni, zaključuje Kovač.

Bivši minstar vanjskih poslova Miro Kovač komentirao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije sukob premijera Andreja Plenkovića i predsjednika Zorana Milanovića oko obuke ukrajinskih vojnika.
Smatra da su takve odluke tema za Vijeće za nacionalnu sigurnost, da se raspravi na toj razini. “Očito je da se to ne može organizirati”.
Ako Vlada stoji iza toga i smatra da može prikupiti 101 glas u Saboru, onda to može proći i bez predsjednika Milanovića, dodaje.
“Ova priča o neustavnosti ne drži vodu, to je politikanstvo. I Milanovićeva vlada je donosila takve odluke. Ako je Milanović protiv toga da Hrvatska pomaže Ukrajini na ovaj način, to je stav koji ima. On mora reći da je protiv toga i neka ide na Sabor, to je legitimno”, kaže Kovač.
Vlada, dodaje, preuzima na sebe rizik da mora prikupiti 101 glas, uvjeriti oporbu.
“To nije kršenje Ustava. Ako ste protiv toga da hrvatski instruktori obučavaju ukrajinsku vojsku to je legitiman stav, ali protiv toga se ne može izvlačiti na Ustav”, ponavlja.
Kaže da je Ukrajina saveznica jer su svi donijeli tu odluku da joj treba pomoći, čak i Mađarska.
Komentirao je i izjavu predsjednika Milanovića da rat u Ukrajini vode Rusija i SAD.
“Formalno rat vodi Rusija protiv Ukrajine. Na neki način se radi o zamjenskom ratu, ali to ne znači da možete apstrahirati da je Ukrajina žrtva krvave agresije. Logično je da Amerika kao, recimo to tako, pokrovitelj Zapada, pomaže Ukrajini”, kaže Kovač.
Smatra da je loše za naš ugled i nacionalne interese u međunarodnoj zajednici na planu sigurnosti i obrane da nema prave komunikacije na razini Pantovčak – Banski dvori.
“Nema alternative komunikaciji ako želimo biti ozbiljna država. To je otišlo jako daleko u smislu riječi koje se upotrebljavaju na političkoj sceni, treba stati na loptu. Treba biti oštra, ali treba postaviti nivo komunikacije oko ozbiljnih stvari”, tvrdi.
Osvrnuo se i na rusku naftu. Imamo globalnu konkurenciju triju velikih područja – Ameriku, Europu i Aziju, navodi.
“Mi u Europi smo imali ruski plin i dobro smo prolazili, bilo smo dosta konkurentni. Najskuplji plin su imali u Aziji, a najjeftiniji su imali Amerikanci. Napunili smo svoja skladišta u velikoj mjeri i ruskim plinom, sada će plin biti duplo skuplji, a Amerikancima ostaje jeftini plin”.
Europska poduzeća, dodaje, razmišljaju da prebace proizvodnju u SAD i sada prijeti deindustrijalizacija. Morat će se stvoriti fond kako zaštititi industriju i kako ostati konkurentni, zaključuje Kovač.
