Sad će gospodin Plenković imati mogućnosti da žanje što je posijao. Nadam se da će se u Saboru, umjesto glasanju, pristupiti odlučivanju i da će svojim odlukama pomoći da se zaustavi zabrinjavajuće stanje u gospodarstvu. Činjenica je da je milijun ljudi osiromašeno i doći će u još težu situaciju. Bez ozbiljnog pristupa socijalnim aspektima, stvar bi mogla izbjeći kontroli. Ovi izbori pokazuju da ćemo nastaviti ići u smjeru u kojem smo započeli, a ekonomsku krizu smo dočekali krajnje nespremni. Dobar menadžer prepoznaje se u vremenima oluje, a ne bonace.

To nam je dr. Guste Santini kazao sinoć, nakon objave prvih izbornih rezultata. Dodaje da će se izborni pobjednici suočiti s velikim minusom. Bivša je Vlada procijenila ovogodišnji ekonomski pad na 9,4 posto, a u svibnju je industrijska proizvodnja pala više od 12 posto, te ukazuje da njegove procjene govore da će pad biti 20 posto.

– Između tih dviju cifri je dramatična razlika u posljedicama jer 9,4 ili 10 posto pada znači malo povećati sirotinju, malo smanjiti gospodarsku aktivnost, znači da neće biti poreza na dobit jer gospodarstvenici neće ostvariti dobit ili će imati mali gubitak. Taj pad se može preživjeti, dok je pad od 20 posto drama s obzirom na posljedice, a toliki ćemo pad imati ne ostvari li turizam 30 posto lanjskih rezultata.

Prvo što bi trebao učiniti premijer koji će formirati novu vlast jest sastaviti jednu odgovornu Vladu, koja će odgovorno birati stručnjake i napisati scenarije pada od 9,4 posto, od 20 i od 30 posto koji će pokazati velika proračunska ograničenja i da je subvencioniranje plaća od gotovo šest milijardi kuna samo za to da se ljudi ne pojave na burzi rada bio novac bačen u vjetar – ističe dr. Santini.

Idući potez bio bi da se objasni građanima kakvo je stanje. Ovaj ekonomist upozorava da bi trebalo prestati s pričama o kohezijskim fondovima i velikoj Europskoj uniji. Jer, kako kaže, interes je Hrvatske da bude u toj zajednici, ali joj Unija neće dijeliti darove koje mogu dobiti Francuska, Italija i eventualno Španjolska. Te su zemlje relevantne za EU, za razliku od Grčke i Hrvatske.

– Treba zamrznuti porezne obveze za izravne poreze, fiskalna i parafiskalna davanja. Svima koji nisu mogli raditi jer im je zbog korone tako naloženo, treba dati određenu nadoknadu za troškove. Pozvao bih guvernera i poslovne banke ga pomognu gospodarstvu tako da se poduzećima odobre dodatni krediti, a onda će država privremeno dokapitalizirati ta poduzeća sve do investiranja, kada će država prodati dionice tih poduzeća.

Za vlasnike apartmana uz more koji su ih gradili zbog loših odluka što su ih donijeli jer je država forsirala turizam, formirao bih fond u kojem će građani jamčiti apartmanima, a država će preuzeti njihove obveze prema bankama i plaćati njihove anuitete sve dok ne budu mogli normalno raditi i nastaviti vraćati svoje dugove – navodi dr. Santini i dodaje da nam je potreban snažan domaći trgovački lanac koji će nuditi proizvode hrvatske poljoprivredne i prehrambene proizvode, da bi Vlada trebala uvjetovati pomoć hotelima u stranom vlasništvu pojačanjem udjela hrvatskih proizvoda u ponudi...

Sad će gospodin Plenković imati mogućnosti da žanje što je posijao. Nadam se da će se u Saboru, umjesto glasanju, pristupiti odlučivanju i da će svojim odlukama pomoći da se zaustavi zabrinjavajuće stanje u gospodarstvu. Činjenica je da je milijun ljudi osiromašeno i doći će u još težu situaciju. Bez ozbiljnog pristupa socijalnim aspektima, stvar bi mogla izbjeći kontroli. Ovi izbori pokazuju da ćemo nastaviti ići u smjeru u kojem smo započeli, a ekonomsku krizu smo dočekali krajnje nespremni. Dobar menadžer prepoznaje se u vremenima oluje, a ne bonace.

To nam je dr. Guste Santini kazao sinoć, nakon objave prvih izbornih rezultata. Dodaje da će se izborni pobjednici suočiti s velikim minusom. Bivša je Vlada procijenila ovogodišnji ekonomski pad na 9,4 posto, a u svibnju je industrijska proizvodnja pala više od 12 posto, te ukazuje da njegove procjene govore da će pad biti 20 posto.

– Između tih dviju cifri je dramatična razlika u posljedicama jer 9,4 ili 10 posto pada znači malo povećati sirotinju, malo smanjiti gospodarsku aktivnost, znači da neće biti poreza na dobit jer gospodarstvenici neće ostvariti dobit ili će imati mali gubitak. Taj pad se može preživjeti, dok je pad od 20 posto drama s obzirom na posljedice, a toliki ćemo pad imati ne ostvari li turizam 30 posto lanjskih rezultata.

Prvo što bi trebao učiniti premijer koji će formirati novu vlast jest sastaviti jednu odgovornu Vladu, koja će odgovorno birati stručnjake i napisati scenarije pada od 9,4 posto, od 20 i od 30 posto koji će pokazati velika proračunska ograničenja i da je subvencioniranje plaća od gotovo šest milijardi kuna samo za to da se ljudi ne pojave na burzi rada bio novac bačen u vjetar – ističe dr. Santini.

Idući potez bio bi da se objasni građanima kakvo je stanje. Ovaj ekonomist upozorava da bi trebalo prestati s pričama o kohezijskim fondovima i velikoj Europskoj uniji. Jer, kako kaže, interes je Hrvatske da bude u toj zajednici, ali joj Unija neće dijeliti darove koje mogu dobiti Francuska, Italija i eventualno Španjolska. Te su zemlje relevantne za EU, za razliku od Grčke i Hrvatske.

– Treba zamrznuti porezne obveze za izravne poreze, fiskalna i parafiskalna davanja. Svima koji nisu mogli raditi jer im je zbog korone tako naloženo, treba dati određenu nadoknadu za troškove. Pozvao bih guvernera i poslovne banke ga pomognu gospodarstvu tako da se poduzećima odobre dodatni krediti, a onda će država privremeno dokapitalizirati ta poduzeća sve do investiranja, kada će država prodati dionice tih poduzeća.

Za vlasnike apartmana uz more koji su ih gradili zbog loših odluka što su ih donijeli jer je država forsirala turizam, formirao bih fond u kojem će građani jamčiti apartmanima, a država će preuzeti njihove obveze prema bankama i plaćati njihove anuitete sve dok ne budu mogli normalno raditi i nastaviti vraćati svoje dugove – navodi dr. Santini i dodaje da nam je potreban snažan domaći trgovački lanac koji će nuditi proizvode hrvatske poljoprivredne i prehrambene proizvode, da bi Vlada trebala uvjetovati pomoć hotelima u stranom vlasništvu pojačanjem udjela hrvatskih proizvoda u ponudi...

Guste Santini: Od Plenkovićeve nove Vlade očekujem da stane iza vlasnika apartmana koji su izgrađeni zbog forsiranja turizma

Sad će gospodin Plenković imati mogućnosti da žanje što je posijao. Nadam se da će se u Saboru, umjesto glasanju, pristupiti odlučivanju i da će svojim odlukama pomoći da se zaustavi zabrinjavajuće stanje u gospodarstvu. Činjenica je da je milijun ljudi osiromašeno i doći će u još težu situaciju. Bez ozbiljnog pristupa socijalnim aspektima, stvar bi mogla izbjeći kontroli. Ovi izbori pokazuju da ćemo nastaviti ići u smjeru u kojem smo započeli, a ekonomsku krizu smo dočekali krajnje nespremni. Dobar menadžer prepoznaje se u vremenima oluje, a ne bonace.
