Gost RTL Direkta bio je liječnik iz COVID bolnice, Bruno Baršić, dugogodišnji predstojnik intenzivne na Fran MIhaljeviću, a sada voditelj Kriznog stožera KB Dubrava.

Komentirao je i zašto mnogi zdravi, mladi nepušači završavaju u bolnici na kisiku, i što se to događa misterioznog 10. dana korone?

"Zato jer je to prirodni tijek bolesti kod srećom malog postotka bolesnika. Puno je zaraženih, pa je onda taj postotak veći. Tok bolesti ide tako da počne kao gripozni stadij. Oko petog, šestog dana je prvo pogoršanje stanja, a tada je to upala pluća, potreban je kisik. Onima kojima treba od početka 14, 15 litara kisika, kod tih dolazi do nemogućnosti ulaska kisika u krv. Ono što je sljedeće pogoršanje je, kod jednog dijela bolesnika dolazi do oštećenja pluća. Proširuju se krvne žile... Prvo se ljudima pogorša plućna funkcija. Čak imamo ljude koji su otišli doma pa su se vraćali opet s problemom", kazao je.

"Nismo pametniji da znamo zašto se to događa i mladim ljudima. Možda je stvar u količini virusa. Ako primite manju količinu virusa, vjerojatno ćete imati blažu sliku. Zato su tu maske, da nas štite... Onda i genetske predispozicije... Puno je teorija... On se ponaša kao super antigen", istaknuo je doktor Baršić i dodao:

"Ovakav tijek bolesti nismo vidjeli. Vidjeli smo svinjsku gripu, bila je nova bolest za nas. Ali ovako dugotrajne promjene na plućima, kao i posljedice za koje ne znamo koliko će biti dugoročne...", kazao je.

"Trajanje liječenja zavisi od pacijenta. Neki odu za par dana doma, nekima je potrebno preko 20 dana.  Što se tiče lijekova, nismo puno pametniji. Lijek o kome govorimo nije posebno učinkovit. Sad sve više dolazi potreba za inhibitorima", ističe.

Na pitanje je li za pacijente bolje da ni ne dospiju na respirator, jer, ogromna je smrtnost jednom kad dođu, kaže:

"Preživljavaju bolesnici. Smrtnost ovisi o intezitetu upale, vašem organizmu za koliko će se brzo oporaviti i o dobi jako ovisi. Ako imate preko 70 godina, 84 posto bolesnika umre. Čitao sam studiju neki dan. Naši teški bolesnici su preko 70 godina... Problem je što se teško odvajaju od aparata jer su pluća teško oštećena", kaže dr. Baršić.

Gost RTL Direkta bio je liječnik iz COVID bolnice, Bruno Baršić, dugogodišnji predstojnik intenzivne na Fran MIhaljeviću, a sada voditelj Kriznog stožera KB Dubrava.

Komentirao je i zašto mnogi zdravi, mladi nepušači završavaju u bolnici na kisiku, i što se to događa misterioznog 10. dana korone?

"Zato jer je to prirodni tijek bolesti kod srećom malog postotka bolesnika. Puno je zaraženih, pa je onda taj postotak veći. Tok bolesti ide tako da počne kao gripozni stadij. Oko petog, šestog dana je prvo pogoršanje stanja, a tada je to upala pluća, potreban je kisik. Onima kojima treba od početka 14, 15 litara kisika, kod tih dolazi do nemogućnosti ulaska kisika u krv. Ono što je sljedeće pogoršanje je, kod jednog dijela bolesnika dolazi do oštećenja pluća. Proširuju se krvne žile... Prvo se ljudima pogorša plućna funkcija. Čak imamo ljude koji su otišli doma pa su se vraćali opet s problemom", kazao je.

"Nismo pametniji da znamo zašto se to događa i mladim ljudima. Možda je stvar u količini virusa. Ako primite manju količinu virusa, vjerojatno ćete imati blažu sliku. Zato su tu maske, da nas štite... Onda i genetske predispozicije... Puno je teorija... On se ponaša kao super antigen", istaknuo je doktor Baršić i dodao:

"Ovakav tijek bolesti nismo vidjeli. Vidjeli smo svinjsku gripu, bila je nova bolest za nas. Ali ovako dugotrajne promjene na plućima, kao i posljedice za koje ne znamo koliko će biti dugoročne...", kazao je.

"Trajanje liječenja zavisi od pacijenta. Neki odu za par dana doma, nekima je potrebno preko 20 dana.  Što se tiče lijekova, nismo puno pametniji. Lijek o kome govorimo nije posebno učinkovit. Sad sve više dolazi potreba za inhibitorima", ističe.

Na pitanje je li za pacijente bolje da ni ne dospiju na respirator, jer, ogromna je smrtnost jednom kad dođu, kaže:

"Preživljavaju bolesnici. Smrtnost ovisi o intezitetu upale, vašem organizmu za koliko će se brzo oporaviti i o dobi jako ovisi. Ako imate preko 70 godina, 84 posto bolesnika umre. Čitao sam studiju neki dan. Naši teški bolesnici su preko 70 godina... Problem je što se teško odvajaju od aparata jer su pluća teško oštećena", kaže dr. Baršić.

Gost RTL Direkta bio je liječnik iz COVID bolnice, Bruno Baršić, dugogodišnji predstojnik intenzivne na Fran MIhaljeviću, a sada voditelj Kriznog stožera KB Dubrava.

Komentirao je i zašto mnogi zdravi, mladi nepušači završavaju u bolnici na kisiku, i što se to događa misterioznog 10. dana korone?

"Zato jer je to prirodni tijek bolesti kod srećom malog postotka bolesnika. Puno je zaraženih, pa je onda taj postotak veći. Tok bolesti ide tako da počne kao gripozni stadij. Oko petog, šestog dana je prvo pogoršanje stanja, a tada je to upala pluća, potreban je kisik. Onima kojima treba od početka 14, 15 litara kisika, kod tih dolazi do nemogućnosti ulaska kisika u krv. Ono što je sljedeće pogoršanje je, kod jednog dijela bolesnika dolazi do oštećenja pluća....
