Iako je ministar financija Zdravko Marić još u srpnju najavio da se planira ukinuti porez na promet nekretnina, čini se da od toga iduće godine neće biti ništa, pišu 24 sata.

Kako im je neslužbeno potvrđeno, taj porez sigurno ostaje i sljedeće godine te neće ipak biti dio paketa u kojem se snižavaju porez na dohodak i porez na dobit.

'Porez na promet nekretnina od tri posto ostaje i sljedeće godine. U programu Vlade je najava da će se ukinuti do kraja mandata i to ćemo ispuniti, ali neće biti dio ovog paketa rasterećenja', kazao je za 24 sata visokopozicionirani sugovornik iz Vlade.

Od ukidanja poreza se odustalo nakon što su se pobunili gradovi i općine koji na ime tog poreza ostvaruju veliki prihod te izgleda da su se uzalud nadali svi koji su odgađali kupnju nekretnine za sljedeću godinu kako ne bi platili tri posto poreza na promet.

Kako je tportal doznao od dobro upućenog izvora iz Ministarstva financija, nikada nije ni bio prezentiran vremenski rok u kojem će biti ukinut taj porez, a naš izvor ukazuje na to da u predizbornom programu HDZ-a stoji da će to biti napravljeno tijekom mandata aktualne Vlade.

Porez na promet nekretnina plaća se prema vrijednosti nekretnina, pa ako se kupuje stan, primjerice, vrijedan 100.000 eura, treba gradu ili općini u kojoj se nekretnina nalazi izdvojiti 3000 eura.

Taj porez je ranije iznosio pet posto, ali ga je vlada Andreja Plenkovića snižavala u dva navrata.

Iako je ministar financija Zdravko Marić još u srpnju najavio da se planira ukinuti porez na promet nekretnina, čini se da od toga iduće godine neće biti ništa, pišu 24 sata.

Kako im je neslužbeno potvrđeno, taj porez sigurno ostaje i sljedeće godine te neće ipak biti dio paketa u kojem se snižavaju porez na dohodak i porez na dobit.

'Porez na promet nekretnina od tri posto ostaje i sljedeće godine. U programu Vlade je najava da će se ukinuti do kraja mandata i to ćemo ispuniti, ali neće biti dio ovog paketa rasterećenja', kazao je za 24 sata visokopozicionirani sugovornik iz Vlade.

Od ukidanja poreza se odustalo nakon što su se pobunili gradovi i općine koji na ime tog poreza ostvaruju veliki prihod te izgleda da su se uzalud nadali svi koji su odgađali kupnju nekretnine za sljedeću godinu kako ne bi platili tri posto poreza na promet.

Kako je tportal doznao od dobro upućenog izvora iz Ministarstva financija, nikada nije ni bio prezentiran vremenski rok u kojem će biti ukinut taj porez, a naš izvor ukazuje na to da u predizbornom programu HDZ-a stoji da će to biti napravljeno tijekom mandata aktualne Vlade.

Porez na promet nekretnina plaća se prema vrijednosti nekretnina, pa ako se kupuje stan, primjerice, vrijedan 100.000 eura, treba gradu ili općini u kojoj se nekretnina nalazi izdvojiti 3000 eura.

Taj porez je ranije iznosio pet posto, ali ga je vlada Andreja Plenkovića snižavala u dva navrata.

Iako je ministar financija Zdravko Marić još u srpnju najavio da se planira ukinuti porez na promet nekretnina, čini se da od toga iduće godine neće biti ništa, pišu 24 sata.

Kako im je neslužbeno potvrđeno, taj porez sigurno ostaje i sljedeće godine te neće ipak biti dio paketa u kojem se snižavaju porez na dohodak i porez na dobit.

'Porez na promet nekretnina od tri posto ostaje i sljedeće godine. U programu Vlade je najava da će se ukinuti do kraja mandata i to ćemo ispuniti, ali neće biti dio ovog paketa rasterećenja', kazao je za 24 sata visokopozicionirani sugovornik iz Vlade.

Od ukidanja poreza se odustalo nakon što su se pobunili gradovi i općine koji na ime tog poreza ostvaruju veliki prihod te izgleda da su se uzalud nadali svi koji su odgađali kupnju...
