Nakon subotnjeg prosvjednog zagrebačkog skupa nazvanog "Festival slobode", na kojem su se okupili oni koji ne vjeruju Nacionalnom stožeru civilne zaštite, a većina njih negira i opasnost od bolesti Covid-19, razvile su se i burne polemike u javnosti o tome u kolikoj je mjeri sam Stožer kriv za rast nepovjerenja građana.

– Da bismo imali kompletnu sliku o tome koliko su nedosljedne odluke Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite utjecale da neki ljudi prestanu vjerovati u to da je Covid-19 opasna zarazna bolest trebalo bi provesti istraživanje. No, budući da ga nemamo, usudio bih se reći da su neke proturječne odluke Stožera ipak samo u manjoj mjeri pokrenule takva razmišljanja i samo kod dijela ljudi – smatra sociolog Renato Matić.

Lutanja oko mjera

Svako tko razmišlja zdravorazumski, kaže naš sugovornik, uočava lutanja kod donošenja pojedinih epidemioloških mjera, kao što je, primjerice, ona o radu noćnih klubova. No, isto tako, napominje kako je velika razlika između takvih razmišljanja ljudi nezadovoljnih pojedinim preporukama i onih drugih koji su pobornici zavjera.

– Tko to može očekivati da će u dva sata ujutro netko u noćnom klubu držati distancu dok tamo trešti glazba, a vi ste, k tome, u stanju "povišenog" raspoloženja? Kako ćete razgovarati nego unositi se jedni drugima u lice i vikati? Odluka o radu tih klubova u sitne noćne sate je nonsens, međutim većina ovih ljudi koji se oštro protive mjerama ipak nisu oni koji su promijenili mišljenje u nekoliko mjeseci, nego je riječ o dugogodišnjim pobornicima raznih teorija zavjere. Oni su takve stavove propagirali puno prije nego što je došla "korona" i imenovan Stožer – ističe Matić, objašnjavajući kako antivakseri na krilima nedosljednih odluka o epidemiološkim mjerama sad propagiraju svoje stavove o bjelosvjetskim urotama, pokušavajući dezavuirati službenu medicinu i uvjeriti ljude da se cjepivima ugrađuju čipovi.

Jedan dio njih uvjeren je kako je virus bezopasan, drugi detektira farmaceutsku industriju kao izvor svih zala, a njihovo nezadovoljstvo dobro koriste i političari.

U prvim redovima na zagrebačkom prosvjedu našli su se tako i zastupnici Domovinskog pokreta Karolina Vidović-Krišto i Zlatko Hasanbegović, bio je tu i Velimir Bujanec, kao i poznati protivnici cijepljenja, eurozastupnik Ivan Vilibor Sinčić iz Živog zida, te nekadašnji hrvatski parlamentarac Ivan Pernar.

Da ekstremne skupine koriste antivakserske teme, kao i one teoretičara zavjere, nije slučaj samo kod nas.

Desnica za 'slobodu'

I njemački Ured za zaštitu ustavnog poretka ustvrdio je kako je više od 90 posto prosvjeda protiv korona-mjera održano pod utjecajem krajnje desnice.

– Zanimljiva je ta situacija u kojoj krajnja desnica, koja je u pravilu protiv mnogih sloboda, od manjinskih do svjetonazorskih, sad se proklamiraju borcima za slobodu. Oni zapravo traže nešto što je apsolutno opozitno, suprotno onome što je "mainstream", nešto što će ih staviti u prvi plan. Ulijeću s čime jedino u nekom trenutku mogu "razbucati" diskusiju i dobiti pozornost, jer kreativne i pozitivne odgovore na konkretne životne probleme ne nude – napominje Matić i tumači kako su svjesni da će im pozicioniranje na tim temama donijeti medijsku vidljivost, a usput će se onda, kad će ih se već nešto pitati, moći nadovezati i na svoje klasične teme reciklaže prošlosti i sukoba ideologija.

Stav Ustavnog suda

Renato Matić je uvjeren kako je domet ovakvih pokreta ipak ograničen te da će njihovi poklonici ostati u jako malom postotku, manjem od izbornog praga.

– No, kako bi vlast vratila povjerenje onih ljudi, koji nisu skloni teorijama zavjere, a ne vjeruju Stožeru, njihove odluke moraju biti dosljedne, i okvir jasno zakonski uređen. U tom smislu važan će biti stav Ustavnog suda čiju odluku očekujemo o tome treba Sabor ili netko drugi, i na koji način kontrolirati rad Stožera – zaključuje Matić.

Nakon subotnjeg prosvjednog zagrebačkog skupa nazvanog "Festival slobode", na kojem su se okupili oni koji ne vjeruju Nacionalnom stožeru civilne zaštite, a većina njih negira i opasnost od bolesti Covid-19, razvile su se i burne polemike u javnosti o tome u kolikoj je mjeri sam Stožer kriv za rast nepovjerenja građana.

– Da bismo imali kompletnu sliku o tome koliko su nedosljedne odluke Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite utjecale da neki ljudi prestanu vjerovati u to da je Covid-19 opasna zarazna bolest trebalo bi provesti istraživanje. No, budući da ga nemamo, usudio bih se reći da su neke proturječne odluke Stožera ipak samo u manjoj mjeri pokrenule takva razmišljanja i samo kod dijela ljudi – smatra sociolog Renato Matić.

Lutanja oko mjera

Svako tko razmišlja zdravorazumski, kaže naš sugovornik, uočava lutanja kod donošenja pojedinih epidemioloških mjera, kao što je, primjerice, ona o radu noćnih klubova. No, isto tako, napominje kako je velika razlika između takvih razmišljanja ljudi nezadovoljnih pojedinim preporukama i onih drugih koji su pobornici zavjera.

– Tko to može očekivati da će u dva sata ujutro netko u noćnom klubu držati distancu dok tamo trešti glazba, a vi ste, k tome, u stanju "povišenog" raspoloženja? Kako ćete razgovarati nego unositi se jedni drugima u lice i vikati? Odluka o radu tih klubova u sitne noćne sate je nonsens, međutim većina ovih ljudi koji se oštro protive mjerama ipak nisu oni koji su promijenili mišljenje u nekoliko mjeseci, nego je riječ o dugogodišnjim pobornicima raznih teorija zavjere. Oni su takve stavove propagirali puno prije nego što je došla "korona" i imenovan Stožer – ističe Matić, objašnjavajući kako antivakseri na krilima nedosljednih odluka o epidemiološkim mjerama sad propagiraju svoje stavove o bjelosvjetskim urotama, pokušavajući dezavuirati službenu medicinu i uvjeriti ljude da se cjepivima ugrađuju čipovi.

Jedan dio njih uvjeren je kako je virus bezopasan, drugi detektira farmaceutsku industriju kao izvor svih zala, a njihovo nezadovoljstvo dobro koriste i političari.

U prvim redovima na zagrebačkom prosvjedu našli su se tako i zastupnici Domovinskog pokreta Karolina Vidović-Krišto i Zlatko Hasanbegović, bio je tu i Velimir Bujanec, kao i poznati protivnici cijepljenja, eurozastupnik Ivan Vilibor Sinčić iz Živog zida, te nekadašnji hrvatski parlamentarac Ivan Pernar.

Da ekstremne skupine koriste antivakserske teme, kao i one teoretičara zavjere, nije slučaj samo kod nas.

Desnica za 'slobodu'

I njemački Ured za zaštitu ustavnog poretka ustvrdio je kako je više od 90 posto prosvjeda protiv korona-mjera održano pod utjecajem krajnje desnice.

– Zanimljiva je ta situacija u kojoj krajnja desnica, koja je u pravilu protiv mnogih sloboda, od manjinskih do svjetonazorskih, sad se proklamiraju borcima za slobodu. Oni zapravo traže nešto što je apsolutno opozitno, suprotno onome što je "mainstream", nešto što će ih staviti u prvi plan. Ulijeću s čime jedino u nekom trenutku mogu "razbucati" diskusiju i dobiti pozornost, jer kreativne i pozitivne odgovore na konkretne životne probleme ne nude – napominje Matić i tumači kako su svjesni da će im pozicioniranje na tim temama donijeti medijsku vidljivost, a usput će se onda, kad će ih se već nešto pitati, moći nadovezati i na svoje klasične teme reciklaže prošlosti i sukoba ideologija.

Stav Ustavnog suda

Renato Matić je uvjeren kako je domet ovakvih pokreta ipak ograničen te da će njihovi poklonici ostati u jako malom postotku, manjem od izbornog praga.

– No, kako bi vlast vratila povjerenje onih ljudi, koji nisu skloni teorijama zavjere, a ne vjeruju Stožeru, njihove odluke moraju biti dosljedne, i okvir jasno zakonski uređen. U tom smislu važan će biti stav Ustavnog suda čiju odluku očekujemo o tome treba Sabor ili netko drugi, i na koji način kontrolirati rad Stožera – zaključuje Matić.
