Na crnom tržištu i u malim oglasnicima pojavili su se brzi kućni testovi na koronavirus koji nisu pouzdani i koje nije pametno koristiti. Skupo će vas stajati, a uz to vjerojatno i dovesti u zabludu.
Takvi testovi su drukčiji od ovih laboratorijskih, kod kojih se uzima bris iz nosa i grla. Ovdje se radi o krvnoj pretrazi, a funkcionira slično kao i test za dijabetes. Stanje se očitava na osnovu kapljice krvi koja se istisne na posebnu trakicu te potom očita jeste li pozitivni ili negativni.
Kompleta struka upozorava kako su takvi testovi opasni.
- U zadnjih tjedan dana s terena smo dobili informacije kako neki dobavljači nude nove proizvode za samotestiranje pacijenata na koronavirus. Obavijestili smo sve ljude u legalnom distribucijskom kanalu i u ljekarnama da ih nipošto ne uzimaju. Kolege su bile odgovorne nisu ni pomišljale ići u nabavu - objašnjava nam mr. Ana Soldo, predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore.
Kaže kako je riječ je o testovima koji su neprovjerene kvalitete, nisu registrirani ni u Europskoj uniji niti u Republici Hrvatskoj.
- Nitko te jednokratne testove ne bi smio koristiti jer ne znamo koliko su oni ispravni i precizni. Dijagnostika za koronavirus mora ostati na mjestima gdje postoje provjerena testiranja, a to su prema uputama Nacionalnog kriznog stožera, samo epidemiološke službe u bolnicama i domovima zdravlja gdje je to točno propisano. Nekvalitetni testovi mogu dati lažan rezultate i izazvati paniku, a onda i stampedo na bolnice ako će ljudi htjeti dodatno provjeriti jesu li bolesni ili nisu – napominje šefica ljekarničke komore.
Test na koroanovirus u laboratoriju se radi tako da se uzme bris iz dubine nosa i iz grla koji se šalje na daljnju obradu. Rezultati se mogu dobiti za osam, a ponekad čak i za 48 sati.
Brzi testovi koji su se nudili ljekarnama i laboratorijima nisu nimalo jeftini. Na njima netko pokušava masno zaraditi.
Privatnim biokemijskim laboratorijima dobavljači su testove nudili u velikim pakiranjima od tisuću komada po cijeni 300 kuna za komad. Uz druga davanja cijena takvog testa krajnjeg korisnika došla bi na najmanje 500 kuna.
U Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo ne žele ni čuti za mogućnost privatnog testiranja, a istog je mišljenja i dr. Alemka Markotić, ravnateljica Klinke „dr. Fran Mihaljević“
Ona je danas uputila i snažnu poruku svima koji naknadno nude razna rješenja, a nisu dovoljno stručni.
- U Hrvatskoj prije mjesec i pol dana, kada smo uspostavili dijagnostiku na klinici, nije bilo onih koji danas nude kojekakva rješenja. Za nekoliko dana će biti još laboratorija koji će profunkcionirati. U zadnjih 7, 8 dana pojavili su se razni testovi na tržištu, različite su kategorije. Ljudi ne moraju nužno biti stručni za testiranje, međutim te testove treba provjeriti i validirati i vidjeti da li njihove reagencije i metode funkcioniraju kako treba i jesu li doista pozitivni uzorci, pozitivni a negativni, negativni – istaknula je šefica infektivne klinike i upozorila kako nestručne osobe, kao i testovi koji nisu validirani mogu dovesti do kaosa koji će biti puno gori od toga da se ne testira sve i svakoga.
- Mora se kvaliteta testiranja zadržati na najvišoj razini. Jer ako nekom netočno kažete da mu je test negativan on će misliti kako može i dalje obavljati sve svoje aktivnosti. Isto tako nećemo raditi testove u privatnim ordinacijama. Znaju se pravila, ta pravila su između ostalog dovela do uredne situacije koju imamo danas. Ne treba se upuštati u neprovjerenu dijagnostiku – dodaje dr. Markotić.
Ukazuje kako su svi oni koji su imali simptome i bilo koju indikaciju na zarazu testirani, a tako će biti i ubuduće.
- Da to nije dobro funkcioniralo imali bismo već sada desetke tisuća oboljelih - upozorila je objasnivši kako se na infektivnoj klinici i u drugim potvrđenim laboratorijima koristi kvalitetan test koji je odobrila Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija.
- Ako bi se krenulo samostalno, da svatko radi dijagnostiku kako mu padne na pamet i s čim god stigne onda ćemo imati problem – veli ugledna liječnica.
Mišljenja je i kako ne treba rasipati reagense na sve strane nego ih čuvati za laboratorije koje rade kvalitetnu dijagnostiku.
- Ju ću uporno ponavljati ovo isto i suočit ću se s bilo kime tko tvrdi drukčije, a da pritom nije nikad radio dijagnostiku zaraznih bolesti, pogotovo u vrijeme pandemije kakvu danas imamo – jasna je doktorica Markotić.

Na crnom tržištu i u malim oglasnicima pojavili su se brzi kućni testovi na koronavirus koji nisu pouzdani i koje nije pametno koristiti. Skupo će vas stajati, a uz to vjerojatno i dovesti u zabludu.
Takvi testovi su drukčiji od ovih laboratorijskih, kod kojih se uzima bris iz nosa i grla. Ovdje se radi o krvnoj pretrazi, a funkcionira slično kao i test za dijabetes. Stanje se očitava na osnovu kapljice krvi koja se istisne na posebnu trakicu te potom očita jeste li pozitivni ili negativni.
Kompleta struka upozorava kako su takvi testovi opasni.
- U zadnjih tjedan dana s terena smo dobili informacije kako neki dobavljači nude nove proizvode za samotestiranje pacijenata na koronavirus. Obavijestili smo sve ljude u legalnom distribucijskom kanalu i u ljekarnama da ih nipošto ne uzimaju. Kolege su bile odgovorne nisu ni pomišljale ići u nabavu - objašnjava nam mr. Ana Soldo, predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore.
Kaže kako je riječ je o testovima koji su neprovjerene kvalitete, nisu registrirani ni u Europskoj uniji niti u Republici Hrvatskoj.
- Nitko te jednokratne testove ne bi smio koristiti jer ne znamo koliko su oni ispravni i precizni. Dijagnostika za koronavirus mora ostati na mjestima gdje postoje provjerena testiranja, a to su prema uputama Nacionalnog kriznog stožera, samo epidemiološke službe u bolnicama i domovima zdravlja gdje je to točno propisano. Nekvalitetni testovi mogu dati lažan rezultate i izazvati paniku, a onda i stampedo na bolnice ako će ljudi htjeti dodatno provjeriti jesu li bolesni ili nisu – napominje šefica ljekarničke komore.
Test na koroanovirus u laboratoriju se radi tako da se uzme bris iz dubine nosa i iz grla koji se šalje na daljnju obradu. Rezultati se mogu dobiti za osam, a ponekad čak i za 48 sati.
Brzi testovi koji su se nudili ljekarnama i laboratorijima nisu nimalo jeftini. Na njima netko pokušava masno zaraditi.
Privatnim biokemijskim laboratorijima dobavljači su testove nudili u velikim pakiranjima od tisuću komada po cijeni 300 kuna za komad. Uz druga davanja cijena takvog testa krajnjeg korisnika došla bi na najmanje 500 kuna.
U Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo ne žele ni čuti za mogućnost privatnog testiranja, a istog je mišljenja i dr. Alemka Markotić, ravnateljica Klinke „dr. Fran Mihaljević“
Ona je danas uputila i snažnu poruku svima koji naknadno nude razna rješenja, a nisu dovoljno stručni.
- U Hrvatskoj prije mjesec i pol dana, kada smo uspostavili dijagnostiku na klinici, nije bilo onih koji danas nude kojekakva rješenja. Za nekoliko dana će biti još laboratorija koji će profunkcionirati. U zadnjih 7, 8 dana pojavili su se razni testovi na tržištu, različite su kategorije. Ljudi ne moraju nužno biti stručni za testiranje, međutim te testove treba provjeriti i validirati i vidjeti da li njihove reagencije i metode funkcioniraju kako treba i jesu li doista pozitivni uzorci, pozitivni a negativni, negativni – istaknula je šefica infektivne klinike i upozorila kako nestručne osobe, kao i testovi koji nisu validirani mogu dovesti do kaosa koji će biti puno gori od toga da se ne testira sve i svakoga.
- Mora se kvaliteta testiranja zadržati na najvišoj razini. Jer ako nekom netočno kažete da mu je test negativan on će misliti kako može i dalje obavljati sve svoje aktivnosti. Isto tako nećemo raditi testove u privatnim ordinacijama. Znaju se pravila, ta pravila su između ostalog dovela do uredne situacije koju imamo danas. Ne treba se upuštati u neprovjerenu dijagnostiku – dodaje dr. Markotić.
Ukazuje kako su svi oni koji su imali simptome i bilo koju indikaciju na zarazu testirani, a tako će biti i ubuduće.
- Da to nije dobro funkcioniralo imali bismo već sada desetke tisuća oboljelih - upozorila je objasnivši kako se na infektivnoj klinici i u drugim potvrđenim laboratorijima koristi kvalitetan test koji je odobrila Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija.
- Ako bi se krenulo samostalno, da svatko radi dijagnostiku kako mu padne na pamet i s čim god stigne onda ćemo imati problem – veli ugledna liječnica.
Mišljenja je i kako ne treba rasipati reagense na sve strane nego ih čuvati za laboratorije koje rade kvalitetnu dijagnostiku.
- Ju ću uporno ponavljati ovo isto i suočit ću se s bilo kime tko tvrdi drukčije, a da pritom nije nikad radio dijagnostiku zaraznih bolesti, pogotovo u vrijeme pandemije kakvu danas imamo – jasna je doktorica Markotić.
