Studentski zbor Filozofskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu poslao je otvoreno pismo uz peticiju Vladi Republike Hrvatske zbog ugrožene egzistencije studenata u ovoj situaciji.
Studenti FFZG-a apelirali su na Vladu da donese mjere pomoći koje bi osigurale isplaćivanje naknada studentima koji rade na studentski ugovor, a osobito onima koji su ugroženiji zbog socio-ekonomskog statusa obitelji, odnosno skrbnika.
Peticiju je do sada potpisalo gotovo 900 potpisnika, a mi njihovo pismo prenosimo u cijelosti.

Uzimajući u obzir sve veću ekonomsku nesigurnost prouzrokovanu epidemijom COVID-19, Studentski zbor Filozofskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu ovim putem izražava zabrinutost za ekonomsku i egzistencijalnu dobrobit studenata koji se moraju sami uzdržavati, a posebice onih koji se nalaze u samoizolaciji.
Medijskim prostorom već kruže upozorenja stručnjaka da će gospodarske posljedice ove pandemije biti osjetne još dugo nakon prolaska neposrednih javnozdravstvenih rizika. Iz tog razloga smatramo nužnim svratiti pozornost na to čiji se rad i (shodno tome) čiji životi vrednuju u kontekstu mjera vladajućih za pomoć gospodarstvu.
U ovim trenucima izvanrednog stanja ne valja zaboraviti da su Republiku Hrvatsku i prije mučili (a i dalje muče) problemi nezaposlenosti i depopulacije; da je 2018. stopa zaposlenosti među mladima (od 15 do 24 godina) iznosila samo 25.6%; da su se prije nepuna 4 mjeseca održali predsjednički izbori za vrijeme kojih se većina kandidata (među kojima je i trenutni predsjednik RH, Zoran Milanović) nije udostojila odgovoriti na punih 7 pitanja koja se tiču mladih; da Vlada premijera Plenkovića, s dvije godine zakašnjenja, još nije donijela Nacionalni program za mlade.
Ovaj popis primjera o omalovažavajućem odnosu vladajućih prema mladima sigurno se može nastaviti, ali ono što je zajedničko suštini svih pojedinačnih točaka je svjestan zaborav mladih. Zaborav tih istih mladih koji, u trenutku kada prosječna cijena zaštitne maske u ljekarni iznosi 30 kuna, 3D printerom proizvode vizire za potrebe epidemije, i mladih koji su se iselili iz svojih domova (ne doma - domova) kako bi pomogli nastradalima u potresu, unatoč tome što je neodgovornom organizacijom zagrebačkog SC-a ugroženo njihovo privatno vlasništvo (te potencijalno i zdravlje).
Na sve spomenute probleme na koje mladi u Hrvatskoj nailaze pokušavajući unaprijediti sebe i društvo u kojem žive nadovezao se i najnoviji čin zaborava - zaborav na mlade koji, uz to što studiraju, rade ne bi li zaradili koju kunu da pokriju trošak studija i života. Studenti koji rade na studentski ugovor, prema informacijama iz Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje, nemaju pravo na naknadu plaće tijekom samoizolacije.
Neki će ovaj potez protumačiti kao “pružanje pomoći onima kojima je najpotrebnija”, smatrajući zdravorazumnim da su to prije roditelji i skrbnici studenata, nego li oni sami, ali mi se slažemo s premijerom kad kaže da ovo nije vrijeme za podjele. Pomoć jednima ne smije ići nauštrb drugih.
Hrvatska se među zemljama EU-a ističe s najvećim postocima mladih koji žive s roditeljima (u dobnoj skupini od 20 do 24 godine, taj postotak iznosi 92.4%, dok u dobnoj skupini od 25 do 29 godina, postotak iznosi 76.7%). Ako samo dio tih mladih koji ne ulaze u taj postotak, samo dio tih ukupno 30.9% dvadesetneštogodišnjaka inače studira i radi, a sada ni ne rade ni ne primaju pomoć države, koliko će naših mladih uskoro ponovno živjeti s roditeljima? Koliko njih će morati odustati od studija jer neće biti u mogućnosti pokriti troškove koji dolaze s njim?
Na kraju krajeva, ako ćemo o depopulaciji slijedom emigracije i slijedom prirodnog pada, tko će se među tim mladim ljudima uskoro osjećati dovoljno samouvjereno i stabilno na svojim nogama da bi u skoro vrijeme osnovali vlastitu obitelj?
Studentski rad je i inače zanemaren uzmemo li u obzir da ne ulazi u mirovinski staž i da poslodavci nerijetko za poslove s nefleksibilnim radnim vremenom zapošljavaju isključivo studente, nauštrb mnoštva nezaposlenih, jer znaju da na taj način mogu izbjeći doprinose i druga opterećenja.
Zbog svega iznesenog, Studentski zbor FFZG-a apelira na Vladu Republike Hrvatske da donese mjere pomoći koje bi osigurale isplaćivanje naknada studentima koji rade na studentski ugovor, a osobito onima koji su ugroženiji zbog socio-ekonomskog statusa obitelji, odnosno skrbnika.

Studentski zbor Filozofskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu poslao je otvoreno pismo uz peticiju Vladi Republike Hrvatske zbog ugrožene egzistencije studenata u ovoj situaciji.
Studenti FFZG-a apelirali su na Vladu da donese mjere pomoći koje bi osigurale isplaćivanje naknada studentima koji rade na studentski ugovor, a osobito onima koji su ugroženiji zbog socio-ekonomskog statusa obitelji, odnosno skrbnika.
Peticiju je do sada potpisalo gotovo 900 potpisnika, a mi njihovo pismo prenosimo u cijelosti.

Uzimajući u obzir sve veću ekonomsku nesigurnost prouzrokovanu epidemijom COVID-19, Studentski zbor Filozofskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu ovim putem izražava zabrinutost za ekonomsku i egzistencijalnu dobrobit studenata koji se moraju sami uzdržavati, a posebice onih koji se nalaze u samoizolaciji.
Medijskim prostorom već kruže upozorenja stručnjaka da će gospodarske posljedice ove pandemije biti osjetne još dugo nakon prolaska neposrednih javnozdravstvenih rizika. Iz tog razloga smatramo nužnim svratiti pozornost na to čiji se rad i (shodno tome) čiji životi vrednuju u kontekstu mjera vladajućih za pomoć gospodarstvu.
U ovim trenucima izvanrednog stanja ne valja zaboraviti da su Republiku Hrvatsku i prije mučili (a i dalje muče) problemi nezaposlenosti i depopulacije; da je 2018. stopa zaposlenosti među mladima (od 15 do 24 godina) iznosila samo 25.6%; da su se prije nepuna 4 mjeseca održali predsjednički izbori za vrijeme kojih se većina kandidata (među kojima je i trenutni predsjednik RH, Zoran Milanović) nije udostojila odgovoriti na punih 7 pitanja koja se tiču mladih; da Vlada premijera Plenkovića, s dvije godine zakašnjenja, još nije donijela Nacionalni program za mlade.
Ovaj popis primjera o omalovažavajućem odnosu vladajućih prema mladima sigurno se može nastaviti, ali ono što je zajedničko suštini svih pojedinačnih točaka je svjestan zaborav mladih. Zaborav tih istih mladih koji, u trenutku kada prosječna cijena zaštitne maske u ljekarni iznosi 30 kuna, 3D printerom proizvode vizire za potrebe epidemije, i mladih koji su se iselili iz svojih domova (ne doma - domova) kako bi pomogli nastradalima u potresu, unatoč tome što je neodgovornom organizacijom zagrebačkog SC-a ugroženo njihovo privatno vlasništvo (te potencijalno i zdravlje).
Na sve spomenute probleme na koje mladi u Hrvatskoj nailaze pokušavajući unaprijediti sebe i društvo u kojem žive nadovezao se i najnoviji čin zaborava - zaborav na mlade koji, uz to što studiraju, rade ne bi li zaradili koju kunu da pokriju trošak studija i života. Studenti koji rade na studentski ugovor, prema informacijama iz Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje, nemaju pravo na naknadu plaće tijekom samoizolacije.
Neki će ovaj potez protumačiti kao “pružanje pomoći onima kojima je najpotrebnija”, smatrajući zdravorazumnim da su to prije roditelji i skrbnici studenata, nego li oni sami, ali mi se slažemo s premijerom kad kaže da ovo nije vrijeme za podjele. Pomoć jednima ne smije ići nauštrb drugih.
Hrvatska se među zemljama EU-a ističe s najvećim postocima mladih koji žive s roditeljima (u dobnoj skupini od 20 do 24 godine, taj postotak iznosi 92.4%, dok u dobnoj skupini od 25 do 29 godina, postotak iznosi 76.7%). Ako samo dio tih mladih koji ne ulaze u taj postotak, samo dio tih ukupno 30.9% dvadesetneštogodišnjaka inače studira i radi, a sada ni ne rade ni ne primaju pomoć države, koliko će naših mladih uskoro ponovno živjeti s roditeljima? Koliko njih će morati odustati od studija jer neće biti u mogućnosti pokriti troškove koji dolaze s njim?
Na kraju krajeva, ako ćemo o depopulaciji slijedom emigracije i slijedom prirodnog pada, tko će se među tim mladim ljudima uskoro osjećati dovoljno samouvjereno i stabilno na svojim nogama da bi u skoro vrijeme osnovali vlastitu obitelj?
Studentski rad je i inače zanemaren uzmemo li u obzir da ne ulazi u mirovinski staž i da poslodavci nerijetko za poslove s nefleksibilnim radnim vremenom zapošljavaju isključivo studente, nauštrb mnoštva nezaposlenih, jer znaju da na taj način mogu izbjeći doprinose i druga opterećenja.
Zbog svega iznesenog, Studentski zbor FFZG-a apelira na Vladu Republike Hrvatske da donese mjere pomoći koje bi osigurale isplaćivanje naknada studentima koji rade na studentski ugovor, a osobito onima koji su ugroženiji zbog socio-ekonomskog statusa obitelji, odnosno skrbnika.
