Da se mnogi koji ne žive u Hrvatskoj, u zemlju dolaze besplatno liječiti javna je tajna, a potvrđuje to i novi popis stanovništva prema kojemu imamo nemoguću formulu s više zdravstvenih osiguranika nego samih stanovnika.  

Kao što znamo zdravstveno osiguranje se masno financira iz plaća svih zaposlenih u zemlji, kojih je tek nešto više od milijun i pol, a s druge strane koristi ga više od četiri milijuna ljudi. U proteklih deset godina tek manji broj ljudi koji je iselio iz Hrvatske odjavio je zdravstveno osiguranje i prijavio se u zemlji u kojoj doista zarađuju novac, poput Austrije, Njemačke, Italije ili Irske. Primjera kako to funkcionira u praksi ima napretek. Liječenje u Hrvatskoj, od popravka zuba do dijagnostičkih pretraga i operacijskih zahvata znatno je jeftinije nego u ostalim europskim zemljama. Po forumima naši gastarbajteri vrlo često razmjenjuju informacije o tome kako i dalje koriste zdravstvenu iskaznicu HZZO-a i po potrebi dolaze na liječenje u Hrvatsku.

- Živim u Irskoj s curom i radim, ali preskupo mi je u Galwayu, gdje sad živimo plaćati medicinske pretrage. Imam problema s hernijom diska. U Hrvatskoj sam već bio na CT-u i magnetskoj rezonanci jer sam i dalje osiguranik HZZO-a. Kad se smiri ova situacija s COVID-om, planiram operaciju obaviti u Hrvatskoj – tumači tako Dalmatinac iz okolice Sinja koji je u Hrvatskoj osiguran kao nezaposlena osoba. Cura mu, kaže i dalje ide kod svoje zubarice u Splitu.   

Osoba koja je napustila Hrvatsku dužna je javiti HZZO-u da radi u inozemstvu, no očito se mnogi na to oglušuju.

Dio njih u zemljama gdje su odselili plaćaju osnovne pakete zdravstva kako bi zadovoljili zakonsku formu, a sve skuplje medicinske usluge koje im nisu pokrivene, dolaze riješiti u Hrvatsku. Podsjećamo da na besplatne zdravstvene usluge imaju pravo i članovi obitelji nezaposlenih. Na temelju nezaposlenost u Hrvatskoj više od 400.000 osoba ima zdravstveno osiguranje te još oko 36.000 članova njihovih obitelji.

U Irskoj primjerice strani radnici često odlaze u druge zemlje obaviti redovne preglede, planirane zubarske zahvate i neke operacije. Čak i agencije za zapošljavanje otvoreno preporučuju da takve preglede obave tijekom godišnjeg odmora, pogotovo ako u Irskoj nemaju privatno zdravstveno osiguranje.

Stomatologinja Ivana Kuleš iz Ivanić Grada brine se o svojih 2375 pacijenata. Potvrđuje da nekolicina njih već godinama ne živi u Hrvatskoj, ali i dalje dolaze k njoj.

- Dođu najviše oko blagdana. Uglavnom se radi o preventivnim mjerama, kontrolama i čišćenju kamenca, koje bi tamo vjerujem skuplje platili nego ovdje – navodi liječnica u izjavi za HRT.

Dio njih zasigurno ima i svoje liječnike u inozemstvu, ali to se ne može provjeriti jer u Europskoj uniji ne postoji jedinstvena baza podataka.

Već je najavljeno da se ide u opsežniju izmjenu Zakona o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju do kraja godine, no ne bi bio prvi put da od najavljena 'reforme' na koncu ne bude ništa.   

- Moguće je da izađemo u međuvremenu i sa samom promjenom načina osiguranja, tj. da se nezaposlene osobe moraju prijaviti na Zavod za zapošljavanje, a ne na HZZO kao nezaposlene osobe – otkrio je za državni tajnik Ministarstva zdravstva Tomislav Dulibić za HRT.

Tvrdi kako neće biti neosnovanog brisanja statusa, jer "u Hrvatskoj svi imaju pravo na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje, svi su osigurani i ostat će osigurani kad se pročisti popis osiguranika".

Liječnici u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti izrazito su nezadovoljni najavljenom zdravstvenom reformom ministra Vilija Beroša. Radni materijal koji se našao prošli tjedan pred sudionicima okruglog stola održanog na temu zdravstvene reforme u saborskom Odboru za zdravstvo predstavnici obiteljskih liječnika ocijenili su lošim. Kazali su da se na postojećim temeljima primarne medicine gdje je prosječna dob liječnika 53 godine, a 750 ih je starije od 60 godina, te gdje se danas mahom bave administracijom, ne može niknuti kvalitetna reforma zdravstvenog sustava.

Da se mnogi koji ne žive u Hrvatskoj, u zemlju dolaze besplatno liječiti javna je tajna, a potvrđuje to i novi popis stanovništva prema kojemu imamo nemoguću formulu s više zdravstvenih osiguranika nego samih stanovnika.  

Kao što znamo zdravstveno osiguranje se masno financira iz plaća svih zaposlenih u zemlji, kojih je tek nešto više od milijun i pol, a s druge strane koristi ga više od četiri milijuna ljudi. U proteklih deset godina tek manji broj ljudi koji je iselio iz Hrvatske odjavio je zdravstveno osiguranje i prijavio se u zemlji u kojoj doista zarađuju novac, poput Austrije, Njemačke, Italije ili Irske. Primjera kako to funkcionira u praksi ima napretek. Liječenje u Hrvatskoj, od popravka zuba do dijagnostičkih pretraga i operacijskih zahvata znatno je jeftinije nego u ostalim europskim zemljama. Po forumima naši gastarbajteri vrlo često razmjenjuju informacije o tome kako i dalje koriste zdravstvenu iskaznicu HZZO-a i po potrebi dolaze na liječenje u Hrvatsku.

- Živim u Irskoj s curom i radim, ali preskupo mi je u Galwayu, gdje sad živimo plaćati medicinske pretrage. Imam problema s hernijom diska. U Hrvatskoj sam već bio na CT-u i magnetskoj rezonanci jer sam i dalje osiguranik HZZO-a. Kad se smiri ova situacija s COVID-om, planiram operaciju obaviti u Hrvatskoj – tumači tako Dalmatinac iz okolice Sinja koji je u Hrvatskoj osiguran kao nezaposlena osoba. Cura mu, kaže i dalje ide kod svoje zubarice u Splitu.   

Osoba koja je napustila Hrvatsku dužna je javiti HZZO-u da radi u inozemstvu, no očito se mnogi na to oglušuju.

Dio njih u zemljama gdje su odselili plaćaju osnovne pakete zdravstva kako bi zadovoljili zakonsku formu, a sve skuplje medicinske usluge koje im nisu pokrivene, dolaze riješiti u Hrvatsku. Podsjećamo da na besplatne zdravstvene usluge imaju pravo i članovi obitelji nezaposlenih. Na temelju nezaposlenost u Hrvatskoj više od 400.000 osoba ima zdravstveno osiguranje te još oko 36.000 članova njihovih obitelji.

U Irskoj primjerice strani radnici često odlaze u druge zemlje obaviti redovne preglede, planirane zubarske zahvate i neke operacije. Čak i agencije za zapošljavanje otvoreno preporučuju da takve preglede obave tijekom godišnjeg odmora, pogotovo ako u Irskoj nemaju privatno zdravstveno osiguranje.

Stomatologinja Ivana Kuleš iz Ivanić Grada brine se o svojih 2375 pacijenata. Potvrđuje da nekolicina njih već godinama ne živi u Hrvatskoj, ali i dalje dolaze k njoj.

- Dođu najviše oko blagdana. Uglavnom se radi o preventivnim mjerama, kontrolama i čišćenju kamenca, koje bi tamo vjerujem skuplje platili nego ovdje – navodi liječnica u izjavi za HRT.

Dio njih zasigurno ima i svoje liječnike u inozemstvu, ali to se ne može provjeriti jer u Europskoj uniji ne postoji jedinstvena baza podataka.

Već je najavljeno da se ide u opsežniju izmjenu Zakona o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju do kraja godine, no ne bi bio prvi put da od najavljena 'reforme' na koncu ne bude ništa.   

- Moguće je da izađemo u međuvremenu i sa samom promjenom načina osiguranja, tj. da se nezaposlene osobe moraju prijaviti na Zavod za zapošljavanje, a ne na HZZO kao nezaposlene osobe – otkrio je za državni tajnik Ministarstva zdravstva Tomislav Dulibić za HRT.

Tvrdi kako neće biti neosnovanog brisanja statusa, jer "u Hrvatskoj svi imaju pravo na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje, svi su osigurani i ostat će osigurani kad se pročisti popis osiguranika".

Liječnici u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti izrazito su nezadovoljni najavljenom zdravstvenom reformom ministra Vilija Beroša. Radni materijal koji se našao prošli tjedan pred sudionicima okruglog stola održanog na temu zdravstvene reforme u saborskom Odboru za zdravstvo predstavnici obiteljskih liječnika ocijenili su lošim. Kazali su da se na postojećim temeljima primarne medicine gdje je prosječna dob liječnika 53 godine, a 750 ih je starije od 60 godina, te gdje se danas mahom bave administracijom, ne može niknuti kvalitetna reforma zdravstvenog sustava.
