Nataša Ban Toskić, predsjednica Koordinacije hrvatske obiteljske medicine (KoHOM), gostovala je u Newsroomu N1 televizije i komentirala izmjene zakon o sigurnosti na cestama.
Jedna od tih izmjena je trenutno na glasu i kao potencijalan problem zbog kojeg bi mogla izbiti "pobuna" obiteljskih liječnika koji bi trebali preuzeti odgovornost za to da pravovremeno prepoznaju osobu koja ne može upravljati osobnim vozilom.
Ban Toskić tvrdi da će time liječnici biti u velikoj pravnoj nesigurnosti.
- Jednostavno rečeno, ako i kada ovaj zakon bude usvojen, a po svemu sudeći bit će, ne samo obiteljski liječnici, već svi liječnici u Hrvatskoj bit će u obavezi prilikom svakog pregleda svakog pacijenta procijeniti njegovu sposobnost za upravljanje vozilom i ako ustanove, svojom subjektivnom procjenom, da pacijent nije sposoban upravljati, istog časa o tome će kroz centralni elektronički sustav obavijestiti MUP i takav pacijent od tog trenutka ne može sjesti u svoje vozilo, a da pritom ne čini prometni prekršaj vožnje bez dozvole - kazala je .
Dodaje kako obiteljski liječnici svakodnevno imaju velik broj kontakata te da se bave širokim spektrom bolesti kao i da do sada nisu vještačili sposobnost upravljanja vozilom.
- To se uvijek radilo kod specijalista medicine rada. Postupanje po ovom zakonu dovest će do neujednačenih situacija na terenu i dovest će do velikih konflikata s pacijentima - rekla je.
- Obratili smo se i samom premijeru prije nešto više od tri tjedna, ali nismo od njega dobili niti kurtoazni odgovor. Čini nam se da uopće ne uvažava struku i tako smo se našli u groznoj situaciji u kojoj upravo mi, osobe koje bi trebale uživati najveće povjerenje kod pacijenata, budemo osobe koje će obustavljati vozačke dozvole. Prisjetimo se da je ministar Beroš prije tjedan dana najavio i obvezne sistematske preglede. Pa tko će se odazvati na sistematski pregled ako je svjestan da time riskira vozačku dozvolu? - govori Toskić.
Kazala je kako vjeruje da će ovime nastati razdor u povjerenju pacijenata.
- Povjerenje je nešto što se gradi godinama. Kako možemo očekivati da nam se itko obrati otvoreno i s povjerenjem kada zna nakon naše pomoći slijedi prijava policiji. Nismo čuli niti jedan konkretan argument zašto se ovakva promjena uopće uvodi - rekla je.
Ipak, kaže da neće doći do nikakvog bijelog štrajka liječnika
- Nas je premalo, o tome govorio već mjesecima i nikada nismo ostavili svoje pacijente bez pomoći. Mi smo legalisti i borili smo se svim načinima da spriječimo ovaj zakon. Na žalost, nismo uspjeli - zaključila je Toskić.

Nataša Ban Toskić, predsjednica Koordinacije hrvatske obiteljske medicine (KoHOM), gostovala je u Newsroomu N1 televizije i komentirala izmjene zakon o sigurnosti na cestama.
Jedna od tih izmjena je trenutno na glasu i kao potencijalan problem zbog kojeg bi mogla izbiti "pobuna" obiteljskih liječnika koji bi trebali preuzeti odgovornost za to da pravovremeno prepoznaju osobu koja ne može upravljati osobnim vozilom.

- Jednostavno rečeno, ako i kada ovaj zakon bude usvojen, a po svemu sudeći bit će, ne samo obiteljski liječnici, već svi liječnici u Hrvatskoj bit će u obavezi prilikom svakog pregleda svakog pacijenta procijeniti njegovu sposobnost za upravljanje vozilom i ako ustanove, svojom subjektivnom procjenom, da pacijent nije sposoban upravljati, istog časa o tome će kroz centralni elektronički sustav obavijestiti MUP i takav pacijent od tog trenutka ne može sjesti u svoje vozilo, a da pritom ne čini prometni prekršaj vožnje bez dozvole - kazala je .
Dodaje kako obiteljski liječnici svakodnevno imaju velik broj kontakata te da se bave širokim spektrom bolesti kao i da do sada nisu vještačili sposobnost upravljanja vozilom.
- To se uvijek radilo kod specijalista medicine rada. Postupanje po ovom zakonu dovest će do neujednačenih situacija na terenu i dovest će do velikih konflikata s pacijentima - rekla je.
- Obratili smo se i samom premijeru prije nešto više od tri tjedna, ali nismo od njega dobili niti kurtoazni odgovor. Čini nam se da uopće ne uvažava struku i tako smo se našli u groznoj situaciji u kojoj upravo mi, osobe koje bi trebale uživati najveće povjerenje kod pacijenata, budemo osobe koje će obustavljati vozačke dozvole. Prisjetimo se da je ministar Beroš prije tjedan dana najavio i obvezne sistematske preglede. Pa tko će se odazvati na sistematski pregled ako je svjestan da time riskira vozačku dozvolu? - govori Toskić.
Kazala je kako vjeruje da će ovime nastati razdor u povjerenju pacijenata.
- Povjerenje je nešto što se gradi godinama. Kako možemo očekivati da nam se itko obrati otvoreno i s povjerenjem kada zna nakon naše pomoći slijedi prijava policiji. Nismo čuli niti jedan konkretan argument zašto se ovakva promjena uopće uvodi - rekla je.
Ipak, kaže da neće doći do nikakvog bijelog štrajka liječnika
- Nas je premalo, o tome govorio već mjesecima i nikada nismo ostavili svoje pacijente bez pomoći. Mi smo legalisti i borili smo se svim načinima da spriječimo ovaj zakon. Na žalost, nismo uspjeli - zaključila je Toskić.
