- Već danima nazivam svoju obiteljsku liječnicu i ništa. Pozivi su mi ili odbijeni ili se nitko ne javlja. Do nje je teže doći nego do predsjednika države. Danas sam bio uporan i zvao doslovno 55 puta. Trebam li vam reći da nikoga nisam dobio - ljutito nam je ispričao svoje muke čitatelj iz Splita (podaci poznati redakciji) koji nam je i poslao i presliku današnje liste neuspjelih poziva svojoj liječnici.
Nije on jedini koji ukazuje na ovaj problem. Gotovo da nema dana da u našu redakciju ne stigne barem jedna ovakva pritužba. Ljudi bjesomučno svojim doktorima šalju sms i WhatsApp poruke, zovu na telefon, šalju e-mailove, a odgovora niotkud.
- Pet dana pokušavala sam telefonski dobiti svoju liječnicu. Trebam redovite lijekove za tlak i šećer. Doktorica nam nije dala ni svoj e-mail, ni sms tako da mi je preostalo samo zivkanje na telefon. Nakon više od stotinu poziva shvatila sam da se nitko neće javiti i peti dan sam odlučila otići u ambulantu. Tamo me dočekala prazna čekaonica, vrata od svih ambulanti bila su širom otvorena, a u njima nitko od pacijenata. Dobila sam jezikovu juhu od sestre koja se na mene izderala zašto dolazim bez najave jer doktorica ima posla preko glave – piše nam druga čitateljica.
- Naša pedijatrica je, ima više od pola godine ukinula javljanje na telefon i mail također. Samo smo dobili odgovor automatski na mail da radi previše posla i da ne može odgovarati na mailove, požalila nam se i jedna majka.
I sami smo jutros u više navrata okretali brojeve nekoliko dalmatinskih ambulanti opće medicine i ostali kratkih rukava. Linije su bile stalno zauzete. Što se tiče mailova, tu smo imali više sreće. Odgovori su stizali uredno. Ali nisu svi liječnici dali pacijentima mogućnost kontakta mailom, a isto tako mnogo starijih građana ne zna se koristiti internetom i ne preostaje im ništa drugo nego uporno zvati.
Ima naravno i pozitivnih primjera. Čitatelj iz Solina kaže kako nema dovoljno riječi hvale, koliko je zadovoljan sestrom i obiteljskom liječnicom, a težak je bubrežni bolesnik. "Povratno mi se jave čak i nakon radnog vremena, ako ne stignu prije, objašnjava.
MORAJU BITI DOSTUPNI
- Svaki liječnik obiteljske medicine mora biti dostupan pacijentu – kaže Jasna Karačić, predsjednica Udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata. Objašnjava kako je pandemija promijenila način komunikacije s liječnicima opće medicine i postavila je sa jedne strane visoke standarde za liječnike i dodatna opterećenja u radu.

- Kad se liječnik obiteljske medicine ili medicinska sestra ne javi na telefon, pacijent ostaje uskraćen za uslugu koja mu se morala pružiti. Stižu nam brojne pritužbe na to. Ponavljam doista je iznimno važno da svaki liječnik opće medicine bude dostupan svojim pacijentima, a organizacija rada se mora reformirati kako bi zdravstvo moglo funkcionirati – napominje Jasna Karačić i zaključuje kako bi dostupnost zdravstvene zaštite mogla postati upitna ako nastavimo ovim smjerom.
Iz Koordinacije hrvatske obiteljske medicine stalno objašnjavaju kako su obiteljski liječnici preopterećeni silnim nametnutim administrativnim poslovima zbog čega imaju sve manje vremena za svoje pacijente. Posebno su se digli na noge kad im je ministar zdravstva dao zadatak da zivkaju građane starije od 65 godina i pozovu ih da zavrnu rukav te o svemu obavještavaju ministarstvo. Ovih se dana svom žestinom rasplamsao sukob KOHOM-a i ministra Beroša oko antigenskog testiranja u ambulantama. Međusobno se optužuju i ratuju priopćenjima o tome tko je kriv za stanje u sustavu, a pacijenti za to vrijeme uzaludno zovu.

- Već danima nazivam svoju obiteljsku liječnicu i ništa. Pozivi su mi ili odbijeni ili se nitko ne javlja. Do nje je teže doći nego do predsjednika države. Danas sam bio uporan i zvao doslovno 55 puta. Trebam li vam reći da nikoga nisam dobio - ljutito nam je ispričao svoje muke čitatelj iz Splita (podaci poznati redakciji) koji nam je i poslao i presliku današnje liste neuspjelih poziva svojoj liječnici.
Nije on jedini koji ukazuje na ovaj problem. Gotovo da nema dana da u našu redakciju ne stigne barem jedna ovakva pritužba. Ljudi bjesomučno svojim doktorima šalju sms i WhatsApp poruke, zovu na telefon, šalju e-mailove, a odgovora niotkud.
- Pet dana pokušavala sam telefonski dobiti svoju liječnicu. Trebam redovite lijekove za tlak i šećer. Doktorica nam nije dala ni svoj e-mail, ni sms tako da mi je preostalo samo zivkanje na telefon. Nakon više od stotinu poziva shvatila sam da se nitko neće javiti i peti dan sam odlučila otići u ambulantu. Tamo me dočekala prazna čekaonica, vrata od svih ambulanti bila su širom otvorena, a u njima nitko od pacijenata. Dobila sam jezikovu juhu od sestre koja se na mene izderala zašto dolazim bez najave jer doktorica ima posla preko glave – piše nam druga čitateljica.
- Naša pedijatrica je, ima više od pola godine ukinula javljanje na telefon i mail također. Samo smo dobili odgovor automatski na mail da radi previše posla i da ne može odgovarati na mailove, požalila nam se i jedna majka.
I sami smo jutros u više navrata okretali brojeve nekoliko dalmatinskih ambulanti opće medicine i ostali kratkih rukava. Linije su bile stalno zauzete. Što se tiče mailova, tu smo imali više sreće. Odgovori su stizali uredno. Ali nisu svi liječnici dali pacijentima mogućnost kontakta mailom, a isto tako mnogo starijih građana ne zna se koristiti internetom i ne preostaje im ništa drugo nego uporno zvati.
Ima naravno i pozitivnih primjera. Čitatelj iz Solina kaže kako nema dovoljno riječi hvale, koliko je zadovoljan sestrom i obiteljskom liječnicom, a težak je bubrežni bolesnik. "Povratno mi se jave čak i nakon radnog vremena, ako ne stignu prije, objašnjava.
MORAJU BITI DOSTUPNI
- Svaki liječnik obiteljske medicine mora biti dostupan pacijentu – kaže Jasna Karačić, predsjednica Udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata. Objašnjava kako je pandemija promijenila način komunikacije s liječnicima opće medicine i postavila je sa jedne strane visoke standarde za liječnike i dodatna opterećenja u radu.

- Kad se liječnik obiteljske medicine ili medicinska sestra ne javi na telefon, pacijent ostaje uskraćen za uslugu koja mu se morala pružiti. Stižu nam brojne pritužbe na to. Ponavljam doista je iznimno važno da svaki liječnik opće medicine bude dostupan svojim pacijentima, a organizacija rada se mora reformirati kako bi zdravstvo moglo funkcionirati – napominje Jasna Karačić i zaključuje kako bi dostupnost zdravstvene zaštite mogla postati upitna ako nastavimo ovim smjerom.
Iz Koordinacije hrvatske obiteljske medicine stalno objašnjavaju kako su obiteljski liječnici preopterećeni silnim nametnutim administrativnim poslovima zbog čega imaju sve manje vremena za svoje pacijente. Posebno su se digli na noge kad im je ministar zdravstva dao zadatak da zivkaju građane starije od 65 godina i pozovu ih da zavrnu rukav te o svemu obavještavaju ministarstvo. Ovih se dana svom žestinom rasplamsao sukob KOHOM-a i ministra Beroša oko antigenskog testiranja u ambulantama. Međusobno se optužuju i ratuju priopćenjima o tome tko je kriv za stanje u sustavu, a pacijenti za to vrijeme uzaludno zovu.
