Borbena sredstva i oružje nisu usred pandemije i drugih prizemnih teškoća top tema samo u Vučićevoj Srbiji: nakon kupnje borbenih zrakoplova, Hrvatska do kraja siječnja mora odlučiti i o američkoj ponudi za donaciju 84 borbena oklopna vozila tipa Bradley, sukladno rokovima koje je postavila zamjenica pomoćnika državnog tajnika SAD-a za obranu Laure K. Cooper u nedavnome pismu.

Premijer je na tu temu, stoga, održao još jedan sastanak s vojnim vrhom, ministrom obrane Marijom Banožićem i načelnikom Glavnog stožera admiralom Robertom Hranjem, no zaključci s te zadnje rasprave baš i ne aludiraju na neki siguran posao.

Neslužbeno se saznaje kako će se od Sjedinjenih Američkih Država tražiti konkretni podaci o tome koliko bi koštala modernizacija ovih vozila, precizan otplatni plan i mogući operativni životni vijek rabljenih gusjeničara - bez tih će konkretnih podataka Plenkovićeva Vlada teško pristati na američku ponudu.

To se zacijelo neće svidjeti predsjedniku RH Zoranu Milanoviću koji već dulje vrijeme uporno agitira za prihvaćanje američke donacije Bradleya, premda u tom poslu reparacija i održavanje starih oklopnjaka nisu nimalo zanemarive stavke. Milanović također prilično otvoreno aludira da netko u Vladi ima drugačije poslovne planove i da s takvom krajnjom namjerom svjesno opstruira primanje ovoga dara od Sjedinjenih Država.

Premda je stara već nekoliko godina, američka ponuda Bradleya već je dulje vrijeme sastavni dio sukoba Milanovića i Vlade, u segmentu kontrole nad oružanim snagama. Ovisno o političkoj opciji, ili lobističkoj struji kojoj pripadaju, i hrvatski političari na nižim razinama su prilično podijeljeni oko isplativosti prihvaćanja američke donacije: jedni smatraju da bi nam rabljeni Bradleyi svakako predstavljali napredak u odnosu na ono što imamo sad, dok drugi drže kako Hrvatska već ima Patrie kao oklopne transportere pa nam Bradleyi baš i nisu nužni.

Hrvatska, međutim, ima NATO-obvezu da do 2026. godine dovrši formiranje i potpuno opremanje srednje velike pješačke brigade, pri čemu su novi transporteri nužno potrebni. Neke računice tvrde da bi jedan nužno modernizirani Bradley koštao Hrvatsku oko dva milijuna dolara, dočim bi za novi njemački transporter Lynx – i to bez oružja i opreme – valjalo izbrojiti oko 10 milijuna dolara.

Naša zemlja bi za dovođenje u operativnu funkciju sva 84 Bradleya trebala platiti oko 150 milijuna dolara, pošto su Amerikanci navodno spremni uz njih donirati i još 45 milijuna za potrebe manjih renovacija 62 vozila koja bi se obavila u slavonskobrodskom Đuri Đakoviću. Američki paket-aranžman uključuje još i specijalne alate, rezervne dijelove, municiju za top 25 mm i protuoklopne rakete TOW. U vladi, međutim, smatraju spornom cijenu pune modernizacije Bradleya koja bi njihove upravljačke i druge sustave potpuno digitalizirala.

Nju bi se svakako trebalo provesti najkasnije u narednih 10 godina, a cijena takvoga 'upgradea' navodno bi dosezala i preko 5 milijuna dolara po vozilu. Priča o Bradleyima i Hrvatskoj stara je priča o poklonu kojemu se obično ne gleda u zube, osim ako cijena popravka zubala darovanom konju ne prijeti doseći vrijednost zlatne dentijere. 

Gusjeničar Bradley je dizajniran za prijevoz pješaštva ili izviđača s oklopnom zaštitom, te za istovremeno pružanje vatrene podrške. Bradley M2 ima tročlanu posadu (zapovjednik, topnik i vozač) te u svom oklopu ima mjesta za još šest potpuno opremljenih vojnika. Hrvatskoj se nudi operativna varijanta vozila koja su djelovala u Zaljevskome ratu 1991. godine, te posjeduju dodatne alate poput laserskih daljinomjera, navigacijskih i termovizijskih sustava i nosača raketa…

Borbena sredstva i oružje nisu usred pandemije i drugih prizemnih teškoća top tema samo u Vučićevoj Srbiji: nakon kupnje borbenih zrakoplova, Hrvatska do kraja siječnja mora odlučiti i o američkoj ponudi za donaciju 84 borbena oklopna vozila tipa Bradley, sukladno rokovima koje je postavila zamjenica pomoćnika državnog tajnika SAD-a za obranu Laure K. Cooper u nedavnome pismu.

Premijer je na tu temu, stoga, održao još jedan sastanak s vojnim vrhom, ministrom obrane Marijom Banožićem i načelnikom Glavnog stožera admiralom Robertom Hranjem, no zaključci s te zadnje rasprave baš i ne aludiraju na neki siguran posao.

Neslužbeno se saznaje kako će se od Sjedinjenih Američkih Država tražiti konkretni podaci o tome koliko bi koštala modernizacija ovih vozila, precizan otplatni plan i mogući operativni životni vijek rabljenih gusjeničara - bez tih će konkretnih podataka Plenkovićeva Vlada teško pristati na američku ponudu.

To se zacijelo neće svidjeti predsjedniku RH Zoranu Milanoviću koji već dulje vrijeme uporno agitira za prihvaćanje američke donacije Bradleya, premda u tom poslu reparacija i održavanje starih oklopnjaka nisu nimalo zanemarive stavke. Milanović također prilično otvoreno aludira da netko u Vladi ima drugačije poslovne planove i da s takvom krajnjom namjerom svjesno opstruira primanje ovoga dara od Sjedinjenih Država.

Premda je stara već nekoliko godina, američka ponuda Bradleya već je dulje vrijeme sastavni dio sukoba Milanovića i Vlade, u segmentu kontrole nad oružanim snagama. Ovisno o političkoj opciji, ili lobističkoj struji kojoj pripadaju, i hrvatski političari na nižim razinama su prilično podijeljeni oko isplativosti prihvaćanja američke donacije: jedni smatraju da bi nam rabljeni Bradleyi svakako predstavljali napredak u odnosu na ono što imamo sad, dok drugi drže kako Hrvatska već ima Patrie kao oklopne transportere pa nam Bradleyi baš i nisu nužni.

Hrvatska, međutim, ima NATO-obvezu da do 2026. godine dovrši formiranje i potpuno opremanje srednje velike pješačke brigade, pri čemu su novi transporteri nužno potrebni. Neke računice tvrde da bi jedan nužno modernizirani Bradley koštao Hrvatsku oko dva milijuna dolara, dočim bi za novi njemački transporter Lynx – i to bez oružja i opreme – valjalo izbrojiti oko 10 milijuna dolara.

Naša zemlja bi za dovođenje u operativnu funkciju sva 84 Bradleya trebala platiti oko 150 milijuna dolara, pošto su Amerikanci navodno spremni uz njih donirati i još 45 milijuna za potrebe manjih renovacija 62 vozila koja bi se obavila u slavonskobrodskom Đuri Đakoviću. Američki paket-aranžman uključuje još i specijalne alate, rezervne dijelove, municiju za top 25 mm i protuoklopne rakete TOW. U vladi, međutim, smatraju spornom cijenu pune modernizacije Bradleya koja bi njihove upravljačke i druge sustave potpuno digitalizirala.

Nju bi se svakako trebalo provesti najkasnije u narednih 10 godina, a cijena takvoga 'upgradea' navodno bi dosezala i preko 5 milijuna dolara po vozilu. Priča o Bradleyima i Hrvatskoj stara je priča o poklonu kojemu se obično ne gleda u zube, osim ako cijena popravka zubala darovanom konju ne prijeti doseći vrijednost zlatne dentijere. 

Gusjeničar Bradley je dizajniran za prijevoz pješaštva ili izviđača s oklopnom zaštitom, te za istovremeno pružanje vatrene podrške. Bradley M2 ima tročlanu posadu (zapovjednik, topnik i vozač) te u svom oklopu ima mjesta za još šest potpuno opremljenih vojnika. Hrvatskoj se nudi operativna varijanta vozila koja su djelovala u Zaljevskome ratu 1991. godine, te posjeduju dodatne alate poput laserskih daljinomjera, navigacijskih i termovizijskih sustava i nosača raketa…
